"ABSTRAKTujuan utama humas politik adalah menggunakan media untuk mengkomunikasikan interpretasi politik tertentu dari isu-isu yang berkembang di masyarakat dengan harapan dapat mengumpulkan dukungan publik terhadap kebijakan politik. Artikel ini berisi tentang bagaimana cara humas politik membawa perspektif khusus ke dalam media. Hal tersebut menggunakan konsep strategi framing yang dimanfaatkan oleh para pendukung Presiden Joko Widodo untuk menyampaikan pesan khusus kepada publik dan masyarakat Indonesia untuk memperbaiki citra positif pemerintah dan Presiden Jokowi yang sempat mengalami masalah komunikasi politik.

ABSTRACT

The main goal of political Public Relations is to use the media to communicate specific political interpretations of issues in hope of gather public support for political policies. This article describes how political Public Relations brings a special perspective to the media. It uses the concept of strategic framing utilized by supporters of the President Joko Widodo to convey a special message to the public and the people of Indonesia to improve the positive image of the government and President Joko Widodo who had experienced problems of political communication."
