Abstrak :
Strategic Management has been widely discussed in the context of competitive advantage building a fundamental need by firms for competition Competitive advantage of a firm may be reached by implementing distinguished strategies where its resources and capabilities are leveraged to overcome extemal environment forces. Strategic decision works at the operational level of strategy implementation. Strategic decision is getting more relevant for an industry risking massive capital and requiring high technology in environment uncertainties like oil and gas industry. This research has surveyed upstream oil and gas business segment of PT Medcol-Energi International Tbk to study the roles of ?strategic decision? thru ?asset portfolio management", ?operational success?, and ?financial risk management? tasks that have influences to its company?s performances. MedcoEnergi is a holding company which has several entities in its portfolio. Underneath the parent's company consists of business units and assets portfolio. Strategic decision consequently should occupy either at corporate level or at business level. Organizational structure, executive paradigms, functional perspective integration dimensions should have shaped the strategic decisions. This study addresses three main questions. First, do the strategic decision roles effects on company?s perfonnances thru asset portfolio management. Second, do the strategic decision roles effects on company?s performances thru operational success. Third, do strategic decision roles effects on oompany's performances thru financial risk management. In making strategic decision "organizational structure", "executive paradigm", and "functional perspective" dimensions are measured. A survey was conducted in MedcoEnergi group companies to measure the roles of strategic decision in achieving its performances through asset portfolio management, operational success, and inancial risk management. Questionnaires were distributed along to samples under criteria reaching 55 respondents across the organizational structures, job positions, and job unit so the profiles has represented strategic decision makers and supporter around the group that focused on up stream oil and gas industry. The results indicate that strategic decision has not been accordingly practiced to support asset portfolio management but slightly support operational success and financial risk management which remarked by insignificant relationship among the variables. As conclusion, the performance within the time name surveyed of MedocEnergi generated from its up stream oil and gas exploration and development business segment not appeared to reach its optimality. This study should make important contributions which would promote the importance of further research of strategic decision roles in the up stream oil and gas industry as a whole. The Endings here offer to practice strategic decision in tackling strategic issues such as to manage portfolio of assets (proved reserves), to manage operational success more sharply, to manage financial risk more expanded to capability of the companies to reduce risks. By having those issues considered through strategic decision, the company's? performances would be expected higher than current level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan prestasi akademik semester pertama dan nilai Pengantar Akuntansi 1 diantara mahasiswa apabila dilihat berdasarkan jenis kelamin, latar belakang pendidikan, jalur penerimaan perguruan tinggi, dan perolehan beasiswa Bidikmisi. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan mahasiswa perempuan memiliki IPK semester pertama dan nilai Pengantar Akuntansi 1 yang lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa laki-laki. Selain itu, perbedaan pada jurusan yang diambil mahasiswa saat SMA menyebabkan perbedaan pada perolehan IPK semester pertama diantara mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang berasal dari jurusan IPA memiliki IPK yang lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa yang berasal dari jurusan IPS pada semester pertama. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan IPK semester pertama dan nilai Pengantar Akuntansi 1 antara mahasiswa yang masuk melalui jalur undangan dan mahasiswa yang masuk melalui jalur tes tertulis. ...... The purpose of this study was to discover the differences in first semester academic performances and grade in Intoduction to Accounting 1 course between students based their gender, academic background, college admission way and Bidikmisi scolarship. The analysis was done by Mann-Whitney test. The results of the analysis in this study shows that female student have better first semester GPA and grade in Introduction to Accounting 1 course than male student. Moreover, difference between student major at high school cause difference in their first semester GPA. Students from science major have better first semester GPA than students from social major. This study also proves that there are differences in first semeter GPA and grade in Introduction to Accounting 1 course between students who accepted through invitation track and student who accepted from written examination track.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaturan beneficial ownership dan transparasinya di Indonesia, yang mana pengaturannya ditemukan di dalam sektor agraria, investasi, keuangan, pasar modal, perpajakan dan perindustrian, skripsi ini juga membahas pengaturan internasional terkait dengan beneficial ownership, yaitu terdapat didalam OECD Model Tax Convention 1977 and 2014 Update, FATF Guidance on Beneficial Ownership and Transparency 2014 dan G20 High- Level Principles on Beneficial Ownership Transparency 2014 sebagai panduan internasional dari pengaturan di Indonesia, pada penelitian yuridis normatif ini akan dijelaskan analisis pengaturan beneficial ownership di Indonesia dengan pengaturan internasional dan analisis pengaturan antar sektor untuk keperluan harmonisasi peraturan perundang-undangan sehingga dicapai pengaturan yang lebih baik dan mencegah kerugian negara yang diakibatkan corporate crimes dan pelanggaran lainnya.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the regulations on beneficial ownership and it's transparency in Indonesia, the regulations are found in the agrarian, investment, finance, capital markets, taxation and industry sectors, this thesis also discusses international regulations relating to beneficial ownership that contained in the OECD Model Tax Convention 1977 and 2014 Update, FATF guidance on Beneficial Ownership and Transparency 2014 and the G20 High-Level Principles on Beneficial ownership Transparency 2014 as international guidelines of the regulations in Indonesia, at this juridical normative thesis there will be an analysis of beneficial ownership regulations in various sectors with international regulations and a comparative analysis among aforementioned sectors for regulations harmonization with purpose of achieving better beneficial ownership regulations and prevention state losses caused by corporate crimes and another violations.

Teknologi telah berhasil mendisrupsi semua yang kita ketahui, termasuk sektor keuangan. Ribuan startup telah tercupta di seluruh dunia, dengan yang paling populer selama beberapa tahun terakhir ini adalah fintech. Di Indonesia, fintech baru mulai mencuat baru-baru ini. Berfokus pada Peer-to-Peer Lending, penelitian ini mencoba untuk memahami bagaimana persepsi investor terhadap layanan peer-to-peer lending dan bagaimana hal itu mempengaruhi niat berkelanjutan untuk menggunakan platform. Studi ini telah mengumpulkan 110 responden yang memiliki pengalaman dalam berinvestasi dalam platform Peer-to-Peer Lending. Metode Partial Least Square digunakan untuk menguji model yang diusulkan, yang menghasilkan risiko keuangan memiliki efek paling negatif pada intensi berkelanjutan pengguanaan Peer-to-Peer Lending, sedangkan Economic Benefit memiliki efek positif terkuat. Studi ini dapat berkontribusi untuk memahami manfaat dan faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi intensi penggunaan Peer-to-Peer Lending secara berkelanjutan, karena studi tentang topik ini masih sangat sedikit.
ABSTRACT
Technology has come to disrupt everything we know, including the financial sector. Thousands of startups had has risen around the world, with the most popular one for these few years were Financial Technology. In Indonesia, such thing has just gained its fame recently. Focusing on Peer to Peer Lending, this study tries to understand how people on lender side perceived the services and how that affecting the continuous intention to use the platform. This research has collected 110 participants that have experience on investing at Peer to Peer Lending platforms. Partial Least Square method was used to test the proposed model, resulting on financial risk had the most negative effect on Peer to Peer Lending continuance intention, while economic benefit had the strongest positive effect. This study can contribute to understand the benefit and risk factors that affecting the Peer to Peer Lending continuance intention, as there are very limited number of study regarding the topic.

Abstrak :
Daya saing merupakan permasalahan klasik bagi industri pengolahan Indonesia khususnya sektor mikro dan kecil. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing adalah penerapan sertifikasi produk. Dengan menggunakan data cross-section dari Survei IMK Tahun 2019 yang dikeluarkan BPS dan metode regresi OLS dan Logit, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan sertifikasi produk yaitu SNI, sertifikat nasional lainnya, sertifikasi internasional, dan merek dagang terhadap peningkatan daya saing industri mikro dan kecil di Indonesia. Daya saing diukur dengan nilai tambah, produktivitas tenaga kerja dan ekspor. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan sertifikat internasional dan merek dagang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan nilai tambah, produktivitas tenaga kerja dan ekspor IMK. Sedangkan sertifikat SNI hanya berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Selain itu penelitian ini juga melihat dampak sertifikasi produk berdasarkan ukuran usaha. Hasil menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar sertifikasi produk lebih berpengaruh pada industri mikro dibandingkan dengan industri kecil. Dengan demikian pemerintah dapat melanjutkan dan mengintegrasikan program fasilitasi sertifikasi produk bagi IMK sebagai upaya mendorong peningkatan daya saing IMK. ......Competitiveness is a classical problem for the Indonesian manufacturing industry, especially the micro and small industrie. One of the efforts to improve competitiveness is the application of product certification. Using cross-sectional data from Survey IMK 2019 from BPS and using OLS and Logit regression methods, this study aims to analyze impact from product certification namely SNI, other national certificates, international certifications, and trademarks to increasing the competitiveness of micro and small industries in Indonesia. Competitiveness measured by value added, labor productivity and exports. The results show that ownership of international certificates and trademarks has an effect on increasing value added, labor productivity and IMK exports. While the SNI certificate only affects the increase in labor productivity. In addition, this study also analyze at product certification based on business size. The results show that most of product certification has more influence on micro industries compared to small industries. Thus, the government can continue and integrate the certificate facilitation for IMK to encourage IMK’s competitiveness.

Latar Belakang: Pelayanan keperawatan di Puskesmas saat ini belum sepenuhnya menampilkan kemandirian profesi keperawatan sehingga kinerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat terkait pemberian asuhan keperawatan menjadi tidak optimal. Model Tata Kelola Klinis Pelayanan Keperawatan INPRO merupakan upaya penataan kegiatan pelayanan keperawatan dalam gedung puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas model tata kelola klinis pelayanan keperawatan INPRO terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan kepuasan perawat di Puskesmas. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian operasional dengan tiga tahap penelitian. Tahap pertama yakni penelitian eksplorasi melalui studi kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan jumlah responden studi kuantitatif sebanyak 96 responden dan 18 partisipan untuk studi kualiatif. Tahap kedua, proses pengembangan model melibatkan 3 pakar dan 7 responden untuk uji keterbacaan .Tahap ketiga merupakan uji efektivitas model dengan disain kuantitatif kuasi eksperimen pre-post test with control group, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 56 responden yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok. Hasil: Penelitian tahap 1 teridentifikasi 6 temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa perlu upaya penataan pelayanan keperawatan didalam gedung puskesmas. Tahap 2 dihasilkannya model tata kelola pelayanan keperawatan INPRO dalam gedung Puskesmas yang berlandaskan pada otonomi profesi, kepemimpinan dan hubungan profesional. Tahap 3 diperoleh hasil terdapat perbedaan signifikan peningkatan rerata kepuasan kerja (p<0,05) dan kinerja perawat (p<0,05) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada kelompok intervensi. Kesimpulan: Model tata kelola klinis pelayanan keperawatan Inpro efektif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja perawat. Saran: Model ini dapat digunakan pada pelayanan keperawatan dalam gedung puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja perawat. ......Background: Nursing services at Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) currently do not fully display the independence of the nursing profession so that Nurse performance and job satisfaction regarding to providing the nursing care was not optimal. The INPRO Nursing Service Clinical Governance Model is an effort to manage nursing service activities for increasing the satisfaction and performance of nurses. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the INPRO nursing service clinical governance model for increasing nurse satisfaction and performance at community health center. Methods: This study used an operational research with three stages of research. The first stage is exploratory research through quantitative and qualitative studies with 96 respondents and 18 participants for qualitative studies. The second stage is the model development process involved 3 experts and 7 respondent to test readability.. The third stage is a test of the effectiveness of the model with a quasi experiment pre-post test with control group design, with a total of 56 respondents divided into two groups. Results: Stage 1 research identified 6 findings that showed that efforts were needed to manage nursing services. stage 2 produced a clinical governance model of INPRO nursing services at Puskesmas based on professional autonomy, leadership and professional relationships. Stage 3 obtained the results that there was a significant difference in the average increase in job satisfaction (p<0.05) and nurse performance (p<0.05) before and after the intervention for the intervention group. Conclusion: The clinical governance model of Inpro nursing services can effectively improve nurse satisfaction and performance. Suggestion: This model can be used for nursing services at puskesmas to improve nurse satisfaction and performance.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Tempat penelitian dipilih berdasarkan FKTP yang berada pada zona aman dan zona tidak aman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan adalah pada indikator angka kontak, hambatan menengah pada indikator prolanis, dan hambatan kecil pada indikator RRNS. Seluruh FKTP sudah cukup baik pada variabel sumber daya kewenangan dan disposisi, namun masih belum baik pada variabel struktur birokrasi. Perbedaan FKTP yang berada pada zona aman dengan zona tidak aman terdapat pada variabel komunikasi, keikutsertaan PJ indikator pada pertemuan dengan BPJS, dan pemahaman seluruh petugas FKTP. Perbedaan klinik dengan puskesmas terdapat pada variabel sumber daya manusia, sumber daya keuangan, sumber daya fasilitas. ......This research is qualitative study which use indepth interview and document review methods. The places of this research are choosen by primary health care that in safe zone and unsafe zone. The result of the research show that the biggest struggle of implementing the policy is the contact indicator, the middle is prolanis indicator, and the smallest is RRNS indiactor. All the primary care are good enough at resource of authority and disposition, but are not good yet at bureaucratic structure variable. The differences between primary health care in safe zone with unsafe zone are at communication variable, the absence of indicator’s PIC of meeting with BPJS, and knowledge of all staffs about the policy. The differences between clinic with primary care are variable of human resource, money, and facilities.

Abstrak :
The performance test of CI engine which uses biodiesel fuel from vegetable oils and its blends with diesel fuel is essential to be carried out. This research investigates the quality of rubber seed oil methyl ester (RSOME) which is produced via catalytic method dry wash system which uses magnesol (magnesium silicate) as absorbent based on Indonesian Biodiesel Forum (FBI) standard in 2005 and the performance of CI engine, which uses its blends with diesel fuel (B-10, B-20, and B-30). The best engine performance is then compared with RSOME which is produced via non-catalytic method, namely, superheated methanol high temperature atmospheric pressure and diesel fuel (B-0). The engine test shows that B-20 produces the best engine performance at 2550 rpm. Compared to RSOME non-catalytic method and diesel fuel, RSOME catalytic method and non-catalytic method yield the same effective power, whereas diesel fuel is lower than both methods. The engine which uses RSOME non-catalytic method needs the same specific fuel consumption as diesel fuel, but a bit more than catalytic method. The thermal efficiency of RSOME non-catalytic method is higher than catalytic method and diesel fuel, but catalytic method has lower efficiency than diesel fuel. The emission of non-catalytic method is the most eco-friendly, catalytic method is the next, and diesel fuel is the one with the highest emission levels.

Reformasi dalam tata kelola penyelenggaraan pemerintah kita kenal dengan istilah reformasi birokrasi. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah perbedaan pemahaman terhadap peraturan dan manajemen sumber daya manusia aparatur belum dilaksanakan secara optimal untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme, kinerja pegawai dan organisasi. Tunjangan kinerja merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme kinerja pegawai sebagai bentuk penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam rangka pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Tesis ini berupaya untuk mengetahui kesesuaian PERMEN KP Nomor 30/PERMEN-KP/2013 dalam hal penilaian dan pemberian tunjangan kinerja sebagaimana Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara mengaturnya dalam Manajeman Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) serta menganalisis dampak pemberian tunjangan kinerja dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Jenderal (Itjen KKP) apabila dikaitkan dengan asas akuntabilitas dalam hukum administrasi kepegawaian. Penulisan tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan melihat, menelaah dan menginterpretasikan hal-hal yang bersifat teoritis yang menyangkut asas-asas hukum berupa konsepsi, peraturan perundangundangan, pandangan, doktrin hukum dan sistem hukum yang berkaitan. Berdasarkan analisis, perbedaan pemahaman mengenai peraturan pada tingkat pusat terhadap pengisian penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan berdampak tidak berjalannya penilaian kinerja secara teratur dan tertib. Pemberian tunjangan kinerja pada lingkup Itjen KKP belum menunujukkan peningkatan kinerja yang signifikan. Hal ini berakibat terhadap terhambatnya pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi sebagai perubahan besar dalam tata kelola pemerintahan (good governance) di lingkup Itjen KKP.
ABSTRACT
Reform of governmental performance management so called Bureaucracy Reform. Some faced problems are the difference between comprehension to regulation and human resource (apparatus) management had not been implemented to increase professionalism, employees performance and organization optimally. Performance support/allowance is any method to increase professionalism of employees performance as any appreciation/award to achievement of State Civil Servant within framework of bureaucracy reformation implementation. This thesis had endeavored to know suitability of Governmental Regulation of Marine and Fishery No. 30/PERMEN-KP/2013 regarding evaluation and performance awarding/supporting as Law No.5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus regulating in State Civil Apparatus (ASN) management and impact analysis of such performance awarding/supporting may influence employees performance increasing of General Inspectorate of Maritime and Fishery Ministry if it is related with accountability principles in employee administrative law. This thesis writing uses normative and juridical research method by observing, studying and interpreting theories relating to legal principle such as conception, rules and regulation, legal doctrine and related law system. Based on analysis, comprehension on regulation at central/state level against performance evaluation completing having impact that performance evaluation may not be implemented regularly and orderly. Performance awarding/supporting at scope of General Inspectorate of Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries had not indicated significant performance increasing. It result in the hindrance of bureaucracy reform implementation of good governance at scope of General Inspectorate of Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.;Reform of governmental performance management so called Bureaucracy Reform.
