"Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kinerja pengurus PSSI priode 2007-2011, budaya organisasi di PSSI dan hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja. Dengan melakukan wawancara medalam, observasi dan studi pustaka, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus PSSI priode 2007-2011 dinilai buruk. Budaya organisasi di PSSI adalah kuat negatif, karena nilai-nilai pertemanan yang tidak profesional dianut secara kuat oleh semua level. The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of PSSI management for the period 2007-2011, organizational culture in PSSI and the relationship between organizational culture and performance. By conducting in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies, the results show that the performance of the PSSI management for the 2007-2011 period is considered poor. The organizational culture at PSSI is strongly negative, because the values of unprofessional friendship are strongly embraced by all levels. And, there is a strong negative relationship between organizational culture and the performance of organizational members."
