Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas untuk siap kerja di DNetwork Indonesia – Jaringan Kerja Disabilitas dalam bentuk pelatihan hardskills dan softskills bagi Penyandang Disabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di tahun 2021 yang merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, difokuskan untuk menggambarkan upaya pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas yang dilakukan oleh DNetwork Indonesia melalui pelatihan hardskills dan softskills sebagai keterampilan untuk Penyandang Disabilitas sehingga siap bersaing di pasar kerja, serta mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat program. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan informan berjumlah enam orang dengan pengumpulan data melalui video conference dan chat menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas yang dilakukan DNetwork Indonesia dilatarbelakangi karena adanya kondisi ketidakselarasan antara kebutuhan pasar kerja dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh Penyandang Disabilitas sehingga disusunlah program pendidikan yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan hardskills dengan 4 jenis pelatihan yaitu pelatihan profesi, pelatihan menjadi wirausaha, digital content writing, dan kelas bahasa inggris dengan tujuan pengembangan keterampilan lapangan bagi Penyandang Disabilitas dan pelatihan softskills dengan 3 jenis pelatihan yaitu mindset training, financial planner, dan sesi well-being bagi Penyandang Disabilitas yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal berupa kemampuan yang berfokus mempersiapkan Penyandang Disabilitas untuk dapat bertahan dengan kondisi yang tidak diinginkan dan siap untuk bekerjasama di lingkungan kerja. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pemberdayaan adalah pendonor dana, kolaborasi yang meluas, motivasi Penyandang Disabilitas, dan kemampuan Penyandang Disabilitas mengakses teknologi, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pemberdayaan adalah pandangan masyarakat yang masih negatif terhadap Penyandang Disabilitas, peran pemerintah yang masih kurang, dan kondisi ekonomi Penyandang Disabilitas. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan DNetwork sudah memberikan hasil dimana peserta pelatihan ada yang sudah bekerja dan membuka usaha secara mandiri. ......This study discusses the empowerment of Persons with Disabilities to be ready to work at DNetwork Indonesia – the Disability Network in the form of hardskills and softskills training for Persons with Disabilities. This research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021.This is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, focused on describing the efforts to empower Persons with Disabilities carried out by DNetwork Indonesia through hardskills and softskills training as skills for Persons with Disabilities so that they are ready to compete in the job market, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The results of the research conducted with six informants with data collection through video conference and chat show that the empowerment of Persons with Disabilities conducted by DNetwork Indonesia is motivated by the condition of incompatibility between the needs of the job market and the capabilities possessed by Persons with Disabilities so that educational programs are arranged in hard skills training with 4 types of training, namely professional training, entrepreneurial training, digital content writing, and english classes with the aim of developing field skills for Persons with Disabilities and soft skills training with 3 types of training, namely mindset training, financial planner, and well-being sessions. for Persons with Disabilities which aims to provide provisions in the form of abilities that focus on preparing Persons with Disabilities to be able to survive with undesirable conditions and be ready to cooperate in the environment. bro work. Supporting factors for the implementation of empowerment are donors of funds, extensive collaboration, motivation of Persons with Disabilities, and the ability of Persons with Disabilities to access technology, while the inhibiting factors for implementing empowerment are community views that are still negative towards Persons with Disabilities, the role of the government is still lacking, and the economic condition of Persons with Disabilities. The empowerment carried out by DNetwork has had an impact on some of the training participants who are already working and opening businesses independently.
