"[ABSTRAK
Komunikasi efektif antara orangtua dan anak perlu dimulai sedini mungkin. Selama ini strategi komunikasi yang digunakan ibu dengan anaknya belum efektif, hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana berkomunikasi efektif dengan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang komunikasi efektif dengan anak prasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain before-and-after (one group before and after design). Kegiatan dilakukan terhadap sembilan ibu di wilayah Serpong Utara, Tangerang Selatan selama tiga hari. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang terdiri atas pertanyaan terbuka untuk mengukur pengetahuan ibu tentang komunikasi efektif dengan anak prasekolah. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan ibu tentang komunikasi efektif dengan anak prasekolah (p<0,05).

While children are very young, parents should begin effective communication. However, the strategy of communication used by mother has not been effective and it is because of limited knowledge about how to communicate effectively with children. This study aimed to determine the whether the training can improve mother?s knowledge of effective communication with pre-school age children. Before-and-after (one group before and after design) design were used in this study. Three days-activities was conducted in nine mothers in the region of North Serpong, South Tangerang. Mother knowledge about effective communication were assessed using questionnaire which consist of open questions. The results using Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference in mother?s knowledge of effective communication with pre-school age children (p<0.05).

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas Program SADARI Dini sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya peventif dasar orang tua terhadap bahaya kekerasan seksual pada anak usia dini. Dengan mengikuti program ini, diharapkan partisipan dapat mengalami peningkatan kesadaran tentang tindak kekerasan seksual pada anak (KSA). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimental, one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan secara daring, dengan melibatkan tujuh orang ibu yang memiliki anak berusia 3-6 tahun di wilayah Jabodetabek. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pretest dan posstest penelitian ini adalah Assesment of Smart Parents dan modifikasi kuesioner pemberian edukasi pencegahan tindak KSA orang tua kepada anak. Hasil pengukuran diuji menggunakan metode nonparametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, dengan nilai signifikansi ppengetahuan sebesar 0,017 (p<0,05) dan pupaya sebesar 0,018 (p<0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Program SADARI Dini yang disusun pada penelitian ini efektif meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua anak usia dini tentang bahaya tindak kekerasan seksual pada anak. Dengan demikian, Program SADARI Dini yang dirancang melalui penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan tindak kekerasan seksual pada anak di masayarakat. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya ialah pelaksanaan program yang dibagi secara berkelompok, sesuai dengan jenis kelamin anak.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of SADARI Dini Program to improve parents’ awareness against the dangers of sexual violence in early childhood. By participacing this program, hopefully parents could increase their awareness towards the child sexual abuse (CSA). This study used the experimental research design, one group pretest-posttest. The research was conducted through a virtual training method, involving 7 mothers with children age 3-6 years old in Jabodetabek. The measuring instruments used for pretest and posttest purposed in this research was The Assessment of Smart Parents’ and the modified questionnaire form of parents’ prevention towards CSA. Results were tested using the nonparametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, with a significance p value of knowledge 0.017 (p<0.05) and p value of effort 0.018 (p<0.05). This results indicate that the SADARI Dini Program which developed in this study can improve parents’ awareness towards child sexual abuse. Thus, SADARI Dini Program, which designed through this research, can be used as a prevention towards child sexual abuse in society. For further research, the implementation of programs could be separated between two groups, according to child’s gender."
