Abstrak :
Tidak efektifnya proses penerimaan bahan baku menimbulkan efek domino terhadap keberlangsungan kertas memproses proses bisnis perusahaan. Mereka menghasilkan biaya rawat inap baru untuk penundaan kontainer, sewa ruang parkir untuk peti kemas, personel tambahan, antrian, dan simpanan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses saat ini menggunakan Business Process Reengineering, yang digunakan untuk menganalisis proses saat ini (As-Is). Ini proses dibuat menggunakan Pemodelan dan Notasi Proses Bisnis standar iGrafx. Pemetaan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan proses mana yang menunjukkan tidak efektifnya proses penerimaan bahan baku untuk perbaikan. Dari pemetaan ini, penulis meningkatkan proses penerimaan manual dan penerapan IoT, dalam hal ini menggunakan RF-ID yang dipilih menggunakan metode AHP. Penelitian dan perbaikan ini mengacu pada metode praktik terbaik dari Rekayasa Ulang Proses Bisnis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membantu memperjelas konsep proses bisnis rekayasa ulang di perusahaan pengolahan kertas. ......The ineffectiveness of the raw material receipt process creates a domino effect on the sustainability of the paper processing company's business processes. They result in new hospitalization costs for container delays, rental of parking spaces for containers, additional personnel, queues, and stock backlogs. This study aims to analyze the current process using Business process reengineering, which is used to analyze the current process (As-Is). This process was created using the iGrafx standard Business Process Modeling and Notation. This mapping aims to determine which processes indicate the ineffectiveness of the process of receiving raw materials for improvement. From this mapping, the authors improve the manual acceptance process and the application of IoT, in this case using the selected RF-ID using the AHP method. This research and improvement refer to the best practice method of Business Process Re-engineering. Therefore, this research helps to clarify the concept of business process reengineering in paper processing companies.

Abstrak :
Lean adalah suatu prinsip untuk menghilangkan pemborosan (waste), secara continuous improvement dengan meningkatkan nilai tambah (value added) produk, dan memberikan nilai kepada pelanggan. Value stream mapping merupakan salah satu penerapan dari konsep lean, yaitu untuk memvisualisasikan, memetakan proses produktif atau seluruh jaringan rantai pasok aliran material beserta informasi, dan dapat meningkatkan pengendalian terkait operasional secara keseluruhan. Industri pulp dan kertas termasuk dalam sektor yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Terutama dalam aspek ekspor, bahwa industri pulp dan kertas terus meningkat, sehingga industri ini berpotensi untuk terus berkembang, dan dapat meningkatkan devisa negara. Oleh karena itu, industri pulp dan kertas dituntut untuk terus berkembang agar performa perusahaannya tetap terjaga dan kepuasan pelanggan dapat terus terpenuhi. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah demand yang dialami oleh PT. XYZ, sehingga perusahaan perlu untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi proses. PT. XYZ belum beroperasi dengan efisien yang ditunjukkan dari proses pergudangan yang masih ditemukannya keberadaan waste. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menerapkan lean warehousing dengan metode value stream mapping untuk meminimalkan waste dan meningkatkan efisiensi keseluruhan proses pergudangan, yang dilanjutkan dengan pemeringkatan waste kritis dan analisis akar permasalahan dengan ishikawa diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa rancangan future state map dapat meningkatkan kinerja proses pergudangan PT. XYZ dengan pengurangan total process time sebesar 40.48%, total waktu pemborosan berkurang sebesar 32.93% dan peningkatan value added ratio proses pergudangan sebesar 34%. Rancangan perbaikan untuk mengeliminasi waste dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan penempatan tata letak, penerapan sistem FIFO dan flow mobilisasi pergerakan, pembentukan standard operating procedure (SOP) dan sistem penjadwalan, dan lean 5S. ......Lean is a principle aimed at eliminating waste, continuously improving by increasing the value added to products, and delivering value to customers. Value stream mapping is one of the applications of the lean concept, which involves visualizing and mapping productive processes or the entire supply chain network, including material flows and information. This practice can enhance overall operational control. The pulp and paper industry significantly contributes to Indonesia's economic growth, particularly in exports. As the pulp and paper industry continues to grow, it possesses the potential for further expansion, thereby increasing the country's foreign exchange. Consequently, the pulp and paper industry must continue growing to maintain company performance and satisfy customer satisfaction. This can be observed through the increasing number of requests experienced by PT. XYZ, necessitating performance and process efficiency improvements. PT. XYZ needs to be operating more efficiently, as evidenced by the waste in the warehousing process. Therefore, this study applies lean warehousing with the value stream mapping method to minimize waste and enhance the overall efficiency of the warehousing process. Additionally, the study employs Ishikawa diagrams to classify critical waste and conduct root cause analysis. The findings indicate that the future state map design can improve PT. XYZ's performance by reducing total process time by 40.48%, reducing total wastage time by 32.93%, and increasing the value-added ratio of the warehousing process by 34%. The improvement plans outlined in this study encompass layout placement design, implementation of the FIFO system and movement mobilization flow, establishment of standard operating procedures (SOP) and scheduling systems, and the implementation of lean 5S.
