Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh lingkungan organisasi dan bagaimana hal itu menciptakantekanan untuk perubahan di Garuda Indonesia, carrier local Indonesia. Tekanan dari kedualingkungan internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi keputusan CEO untuk perubahan dalam suatuorganisasi.
