ABSTRAK
Variabel laboratorium selain untuk mendiagnosis penyakit juga berguna sebagai penanda untuk keberhasilan terapi, kondisi pasien dan prognosis dari suatu penyakit. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel laboratorium seperti LED, CRP, LDH dan ALP digunakan sebagai referensi untuk keberhasilan kemoterapi osteosarkoma. Penelitian ini berdesain deskriptif analitik dengan metode potong lintang dan melibatkan 57 pasien osteosarkoma pada periode Januari 2015 hingga Agustus 2016 di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. Uji statistik dilakukan menggunakan Statistic Program for Social Science SPSS berupa uji deskriptif dan komparatif variabel kategorik dan numerikal. Variabel LED, CRP, LDH dan ALP menurun setelah diberikan berbagai regimen terapi pembedahan dan kemoterapi. LDH berhubungan dengan kematian p=0.013 sedangkan ALP berhubungan dengan metastasis p=0.04 . Kesintasan kelompok kemoterapi neoadjuvan-pembedahan-adjuvan dan kelompok pembedahan-adjuvan lebih baik dibandingkan diberikan neoadjuvan saja atau pembedahan saja

Laboratory values in addition to diagnose the disease is also useful as a marker for the success of the therapy, the patient 39 s condition and prognosis of the disease. In this study, laboratory values such as ESR, CRP, LDH and ALP used as a reference for the success of chemotherapy in osteosarcoma. This is a descriptive analytical research with cross sectional design. Total of 57 osteosarcoma patients during January 2015 period up to August 2016 was collected at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital.
