Abstrak :
Dengan semakin meningkatnya tuntutan kepada perguruan tinggi sebagai lembaga pendidikan untuk mampu mencetak sarjana-sarjana yang andal dalam bidangnya serta kompetisi antar perguruan tinggi untuk selalu memberikan servis yang baik kepada peserta didiknya dalam menghadapi gbbalisasi, makin banyak kegiatan yang sifatnya untuk merumuskan kembali visi misi dan pencapaian target dalam bisnis ini. Pada kasus Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITN) Malang. tercapai sebuah kesepakatan dalam perumusan Misi dan Visi serta Tujuan yang bekah melibatkan segenap elemen level manajamen untuk yang pertama kali dalam sejarahnya. Akan tetapi meskipun hal ini telah dilakukan, pelaksanaan kegiatan manajemen sehari-hari masih belum mampu secara optimal untuk mencerminkan aktualisasinya sebagai sebuah prioritas yang runut dan rinci dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan untuk membuat sruktui organisasi sebagai landasan awal yang menentukan dalam proses system otorisasi manajamen yang rapi, mendeskripsikan prioritas strategi yang berorientasi terhadap masalah kualitas dengan kontrol yang menggunakan Metode Hoshin Kanri dan Hoshin Planning.

At ITN Malang case, not to long have formulation of Mission, Vision and Objective with participation all management level for the first time. Although that, Implementation of daily management still haven't optimal to realize actuality as systemic priority for policy. This research focused to make organization structure as based in best management information system, description strategic priority as oriented quality topic by control with Hoshin Kanri methode and Hoshin Planning software to accommodate database.

The paradigm of evidence based medicine (EBM) is new in the world of medicine and is used in practice praxis and medical research through a systematic observation, standardized, and objective. The article brings to light whether EBM and the supportive apparatus are able to defend the theory of decision-making concept of pallegrino and thomasma and how it affects the attitude of the practitioners in making a well-thought decision to administer a rational, objective, and effective treatment for the patients

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimumkan konversi TKKS menjadi etanol, furfural, dan listrik yang terintegrasi dengan sistem generasi kukus agar menghasilkan performa ekonomi dan lingkungan yang optimum. Performa ekonomi diukur dengan NPV (net present value) sedangkan performa lingkungan diukur melalui emisi CO2 hasil analisis life cycle. Hasil optimisasi menunjukkan bahwa suhu optimum untuk reaksi hidrolisis adalah 180°C dan pemenuhan fraksi kukus massa dari generasi kukus tenaga surya yang optimum berada pada rentang 0-0,28 yang ditunjukkan oleh kurva Pareto. CSP mampu memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan kukus secara finansial pada pembangunan unit ke-10 dengan proyeksi learning curve. Split fraksi TKKS untuk objektif optimum didapatkan pada fraksi massa TKKS sebesar 0.25 ke unit reaktor hidrolisis.

ABSTRAK
The purpose of this research is to optimize the conversion process of EFB to ethanol, furfural, and electricity through co-production principal integrated with solar-assisted steam generation system, to achieve optimum economic and environmental performances. Economic performance is measured by NPV, while environmental performance by CO2 emission through life cycle analysis. The multi-objective optimization shows that the optimum temperature of hydrolisis reaction is 180°C and solar-assisted generation system is applicable for fulfilling steam need until 0,28 of mass fraction, which are represented by Pareto curve. CSP can fulfill all demand of steam funancially when the 10th unit established by learning curve projection. Fraction split of EFB into hydrolisis reactor is optimum at 0,25.
