"ABSTRAKPelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan di RSUD Kota Depok bertujuan untukmenjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan. Datasekunder mengenai realisasi jaga supervisor menunjukkan bahwa supervisorkeperawatan belum sepenuhnya patuh menjalankan tugas jaganya. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan supervisikeperawatan di RSUD Kota Depok yang dilihat dari aspek input, proses danoutput. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif deskriptif.Seluruh data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam danpenelaahan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanankeperawatan di RSUD Kota Depok sudah cukup baik walaupun masih seringterdapat komplain dari pasien. Banyak aspek-aspek yang masih harus diperbaikiagar pelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan menjadi lebih optimal. Dengan adanyapelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan diharapkan pelayanan keperawatan yangdiberikan tetap terjaga kualitasnya. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalahpelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan di RSUD Kota Depok lebih banyakmenangani masalah manajerial dan administrasi rumah sakit dibandingkan dengankeperawatan klinisnya. Namun, hal tersebut cukup membantu petugas lainnyayang tidak terlalu memahami masalah manajerial dan administrasi rumah sakit

ABSTRACTThe aims of nursing supervision implementation at Regional General Hospital inDepok are to maintain and improve quality of nursing service. Secondary dataregarding on supervisor duty realization shows that nurse supervisors are not fullyobedient in performing their duties. The purpose of this study was to describe thenursing supervision implementation at Regional General Hospital in Depokviewed from the aspect of input, process and output. The research method hasbeen used is a qualitative descriptive study. All of the data in this study wereobtained from in-depth interviews and document review. The results showed thatthe quality of nursing service at Regional General Hospital in Depok are quitegood although there are still many patient complaints. "Insiden terkait keselamatan pasien semakin meningkat, sehingga diperlukan penanganan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala ruang model Proctor terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Rancangan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre and post test control group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling, dengan sampel 88 perawat pelaksana. Sebelum dan sesudah penerapan supervisi kepala ruang model Proctor, perawat pelaksana diobservasi pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Analisa data meng-gunakan Mann-Whitney menunjukkan ada pengaruh supervisi kepala ruang model Proctor terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (p= 0,000). Fungsi normatif, formatif dan restoratif dalam supervisi model Proctor, berfokus pada monitoring evaluasi kualitas pelayanan. Supervisi kepala ruang model Proctor dapat diaplikasikan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien.

Incident related to patient safety has increased and it is needed an accurate handling. This study aimed to determine the influence of headroom supervision proctor model to the implementation of patient safety. The design was quasi experimental using pre and post test control group. Proportional sampling was used as the sampling technique and the sample obtained was 88 nurses. Before and after the application of headroom supervision proctor model, all nurses were observed about the implementation of patient safety. The data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test and showed that there is influence of headroom supervision proctor model to the implementation of patient safety (p= 0.000). Normative, formative and restorative function in supervision proctor model focused on monitoring service quality. Headroom supervision proctor model can be applied as a solution to improve the implementation of patient safety."
