Abstrak :
Patient perception is one of essential measurement to assessed the quality of nurse performance. This study aimed to evaluate satisfaction the level of patient based on nurse performance after the implementation of Indonesian health coverage. This descriptive study involved 199 respondents in Tarakan hospital, Jakarta that were assed from aspects of gender, education, job, and income. The instrument used in this study Service Quality (ServQual) that consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The result revealed that average value of patient satisfaction was 63.16%. As resulted by government, patient satisfaction level on the outpatient unit is 90% minimum. This study suggested the evaluation of nurse management to improve the quality of nurse services in the healthcare organization.
Kinerja keperawatan dapat dinilai dari berbagai sudut pandang, salah satunya melalui persepsi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kepuasan pasien atas kinerja perawat setelah diterapkan kebijakan BPJS. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Service Quality (ServQual) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan perhatian. Karakteristik pasien yang diteliti sangat beragam dari segi umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan. Penilaian kinerja perawat di RSUD Tarakan, Jakarta dengan sampel 199 standar pelayanan minimal instalasi rawat jalan sebesar 90%, menghasilkan persepsi tidak puas dengan rerata 63,16%. Banyaknya kunjungan pasien pada poli BPJS, membuat komunikasi terapeutik kurang terjaga dan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan manajemen keperawatan dalam meningkatkan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan.
