"ABSTRAK
Perilaku caring perawat dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien. Perawat yang berperilaku caring meningkatkan hubungan saling bantu dan percaya antara perawat-pasien sehingga mempercepat penyembuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku caring perawat yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta Pusat. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional melibatkan 145 pasien yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan chi square, uji t, dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat yang dipersepsikan oleh pasien dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap (p<0,05; CI 95%). Faktor caritas yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah cinta kasih (OR = 0,320; CI 95%) dan mengambil keputusan (OR = 0,154; CI 95%) setelah dikontrol pendidikan. Hasil ini merekomendasikan manajer keperawatan untuk melakukan supervisi komunikasi terapeutik, penilaian kinerja komunikasi perawat, meningkatkan pendidikan formal maupun informal, dan memotivasi perawat agar berperilaku caring sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien

ABSTRACT
Nurse caring behavior can improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. Nurses who behave caring improving mutual aid relationship and trust between the nurse-patient so as to accelerate the healing. This study aim to identify the relationship of nurse caring behaviors perceived by the patient and patient's satisfaction in Tarakan Hospital in Central Jakarta. The research method using descriptive correlation with cross sectional study involving 145 patients were selected by consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed with chi square, t-test, and logistic regression. The results showed relationship between nurse caring behaviors perceived by the patient and patient's satisfaction at the inpatient unit (p <0.05; CI 95%). Caritas factors most associated with patient satisfaction is love (OR = 0.320; CI 95%) and a decision (OR = 0.154; CI 95%) after controlling for education. This result suggests a nursing manager to supervise therapeutic communication, evaluation of nurse communication performance, improving nursing education in both formal and informal, and motivating nurses to caring that can improve patient satisfaction"

"This research is merely correlational descriptive design which purposed to identify on correlation of individual factor and organisation factor with nurse caring behaviour at Treatment Instalationt at RSUD Kota Bandung. The population of this research are thoroughly staff nurses at 4 treatment room unit. Number of research samples are 43 nurses totally conducted. Data analysis are initiated from univariat test, bivariat and proceeded with multivariate tests. The results describe that there is a significant correlation among individual factors (age and experience) and organisation factor (leadership, compensation, organisation structure, and job desain) with nurse caring behaviour. The Head of Room Unit as a leader should posses a high ability to empowering others, in line with that a responsibility. Organitation structure that must be see. Nurse as public service agents need to improve quality and quantity during performing their duty and responsible, they need to provide opportunity to attending skill development training. Further research recommendation should be conducted in depth review by nurse caring behaviours. "
