The surgery room is a place specifically for carrying out surgical procedures on patients. The long queue for patients to receive health services is an indicator of the quality of health services. These inhibiting factors can come from hospitals or from surgical patients. Method This study used a cross sectional research design among health workers at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The data in the study came from secondary data from the RSCM neurosurgery division from 2022 to 2023. Data analysis used the chi-square test. Results The average duration of the queue before undergoing neurosurgical surgery is 1 month 3 weeks 1 day (52 days) with the number of queues in 2022 amounting to 66% with obstacles originating from hospitals amounting to 50.4% and from patients amounting to 16.6% while in 2023 it will be 62.5% with barriers originating from hospitals amounting to 35.5% and barriers originating from patients amounting to 26.9%. Based on the results of SPSS analysis using chi-square, a value of P=0.00 (P<0.05) was obtained, which means there is a significant relationship between inhibiting factors and the queue for neurosurgery at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital."

"As a result of the increasing number of surgical procedures on the brain, head, neck, and spine, postoperative changes are being encountered more frequently on neuroradiological examinations. However, these findings are often unfamiliar to neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons and can be difficult to interpret. This book, which contains numerous images and to-the-point case descriptions, is a comprehensive yet concise reference guide to postsurgical neuroradiology. It will enable the reader to identify the type of surgery performed and the hardware implanted and to differentiate expected sequelae from complications. Topics reviewed include trauma, tumors, vascular disorders, and infections of the head, neck, and spine; cerebrospinal fluid abnormalities; and degenerative diseases of the spine. This book will serve as a unique and convenient resource for both neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons."
