This focused of research is a physical activity needs for elders who lived in the charitable institution at Bekasi with objective to gain infomation regarding self-monitoring planning. This research are quantitative and qualitative research. It is categorized as explanatory stuvey, using hypothetical assessment that independent factors affected dependent factors. In the operational technique, this research used several methodological tools to assess subjects? physical activity level, social support, and self-efficacy. The samples are 67 persons. The data was collected using in-depth interview methods, and focus group discussion. The result showed that only social support factor could affect the level of elder`s physical activity while self-efficacy was not affecting it. This study also found that physical health status ofthe respondent as confounding factor, which affecting social support factors in relation with physical activity level of the respondent. However qualitative methodology showed that both social support and self-efficacy aifected physical activity level of the respondent. In conclusion, the self-monitoring program for elders could be implemented by taking social support and selfleliicacy factors into consideration. For next research, it needs bigger sample size, sensitive tools of methodology, and developing the form of self-monitori ng program.

Saat ini RS Persahabatan berupaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan profesional, bermutu, dan bersahabat untuk mewujudkan kepuasan bagi konsumen sasarannya dalam rangka penyelenggaraan status rumah sakit swadana. Beberapa upaya telah dilakukan antara lain dengan membuka Instalasi Praktek Dokter Spesialis Terpadu pada pertengahan tahun 1998. Dalam perjalanannya hingga tahun 2001 angka kunjungan pasien relatif meningkat tetapi masih sekitar 4% dibandingkan dengan angka kunjungan Instalasi Rawat Jalan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut perlu diketahui informasi tentang perkembangan konsumen dengan melakukan pemantauan tentang keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen sasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien yang tidak ingin memanfaatkan lagi IPDST RSP sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk membuat strategi pengembangan 1PDST RSP. Penelitian ini merupakan case control dengan data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner pada 145 responden. Analisa data dengan cara univariat dan bivariat untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang diteliti, kemudian dilakukan uji statistik dengan bantuan komputer untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara faktor yang diteliti dengan tidak kembalinya pasien untuk berobat lagi (drop out). Hasil penelitian hampir seluruhnya menunjukkan persepsi responden baik terhadap IPDST RSP, hanya masalah tarif dan sebagian responden memanfaatkan fasilitas pelayanan lain yang lebih dekat tempat tinggal. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut, manajemen RSP perlu memantau persepsi, keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen sasaran dan menindaklanjuti strategi pengembangan yang telah disusun. The Caracteristices Drop Out Patient of the Instaiasi Praktek Dokter Spesialis Terpadu at Persahabatan Hospital, 2001 At the moment, Persahabatan Hospital makes efforts to increase health service quality through the organization of professional health service, better quality and friendly, the satisfaction of the target customer in making efforts as a swadana (self funding) hospital. The efforts had performed; one of them is opening the Instalasi Praktek Dokter Spesialis Terpadu (The Consolidate Doctor Specialist Practice) in the middle of 1998. In the progressing to 2001, patient visit numbers are increase relatively, but still remain about 4 % if compare with the Instalasi Rawat Jalan (Out Patient Installation). For that reason, information regarding the behavior of the target customer is needed and can be achieved through the monitoring of their wants and needs so we can really understand them. The objective of this research is to obtain information about the patient characteristics that doesn't want to utilize the Instalasi Prakktek Dokter Spesialis Terpadu of Persahabatan Hospital as a consideration to set up developing strategy of IPDST RSP. This research is made by using case control design and using primary data taken from questionnaire of 145 respondents interviewed Univariate analysis is used to set up the frequency distribution and followed by the bivariate analysis to obtain the cross tabulation of variables used by computer to inform the connection of the factors of unutilization IPDST (patient drop out). The result shows that in general the perception about IPDST is relatively good but more attention must be made to the price and some of the patients use other health service that closer to their home. Based on the result of the research above, the management needs to monitoring the perception, desire and target customer needs and perform developing strategy that had been set up. Instalasi Rawat Jalan merupakan pelayanan yang mempunyai fungsi strategi, maka sangat perlu untuk memikirkan peningkatan mutu pelayanannya, terutama dengan menurunkan waktu tunggu pasien khususnya dilakukan perbaikan pada sistem antrian pasiennya. Poliklinik Anak dan Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta melayani pasien mulai dari jam 07.00 loket dibuka sampai dengan jam 14.04 habisnya pasien. Tingkat kedatangan pasien yang tertinggi adalah pada jam-jam tertentu, yaitu dari jam 09-00 sampai dengan jam 11.00, dengan rata-rata kedatangannya sebayak 20 orang per jam, kecuali tpp (tempat pendaftaran pasien) dan loket karcis kedatangannya adalah 100 orang per jam yang menyebabkan antrian pasien menjadi panjang. Padahal jumlah petugas yang melayani cukup jumlahnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 12 sampai dengan 23 Juni 2000 bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang karakteristik sistem antrian dan waktu pelayanan di tiap bagian sampai pasien mendapatkan pelayanan dokter dan mencari model yang sesuai untuk diterapkan serta mengetahui tingkat utilisasinya. Hasilnya menggambarkan bahwa, pasien datang dengan rata-rata 20 perjam untuk poliklinik anak dan poliklinik penyakit dalam mengikuti distribusi poisson. Antrian pada umumnya bersifat F.I.F.O. Struktur antrian Multi Channel Multi Phase. Waktu pelayanan dokter rata-rata 8 menit untuk pasien anak dan 5 menit untuk pasien penyakit dalam. Secara keseluruhan waktu tunggu pasien dalam sistem adalah 1 jam 45 menit (105 menit) dan waktu tunggu dalam antrian 1 jam (60 menit). Pada penelitian ini dibahas 6 alternatif untuk mencari model sistem antrian yang lebih baik, yaitu dengan cara menambah dan mengurangi jumlah petugas (server) dan menambah waktu pelayanannya. Keseluruhannya menghasilkan efisiensi yang lebih baik dan peningkatan utilisasi, dengan model empat yang paling efisien dan paling optimal tingkat utilisasinya. Optimalization of Service System at Clinics of Internal Medicine and Pediatric, Fatmawati General Hospital-South Jakarta Out patient?s clinics is a strategic functioning service, therefore it is necessary to think the improvement of its service quality especially by decreasing the patients waiting time, it is particularly done for the improvement of its patients queuing system. Out patients clinics of pediatric and internal medicine Fatmawati General Hospital Jakarta serves the patients starting from 7.00 A.M and the ticket window is open until 14.00 P.M (the patients are over). The highest patients coming rate is at certain time namely at 9.00 A.M until at 11.00 A.M on the average with the coming rate of 20 people per hour, except the patients registration counter and ticket window are visited by 100 people per hour due to a long patients queuing. In fact the number of officials (server) to serve them is adequate. The observation was conducted from June 12 until June 23, 2000 with the aim to get the view concerning the characteristics of queuing system and service time in every part until the patients get the doctor's services and find out the appropriate model to implement and know the utilization rate. The results describe that the patients are coming on the average 20 people per hour for pediatric and internal medicine clinics to follow the Poisson distribution. The queuing in general characteristics is F.1.F.0 (first in first out). The queuing structure is Multi Channel Multi Phase. Doctor service time on the average is 8 minutes for child patient and 5 minutes for internal disease patient. In general, patient-waiting time in the system is 1 hour 45 minutes (105 minutes) and queuing waiting time is 1 hour (60 minutes). In this observation, there are 6 alternatives to discuss to find out a better queuing system model, namely by increasing and decreasing the number of official (servers) and adding the service time. All of them produce better efficiency and the improvement of utilization with the most efficient and the most optimal utilization rate is using model numbers 4.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara fungsi pemasaran yang dilaksanakan oleh tenaga keperawatan dengan persepsi kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif eksploratif menggunakan pendekatan potong lintang dan dilengkapi dengan informasi secara kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 118 perawat dengan latar belakang pendidikan minimal D-3 Keperawatan, masa kerja minimal 3 tahun dan memberikan pelayanan langsung kepada pasien ditambah 10 orang pasien yang telah dirawat minimal 3 hari untuk memvalidasi informasi dari subyek perawat. Seluruh sampel diambil secara proposional dari 2 Rumah sakit Islam. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana, chi-square dan uji regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara fungsi pernasaran yang dilaksanakan oleh perawat dengan persepsi kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil analisis karakteristik individu rerata menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi pemasaran. Hasil analisis korelasi dengan a. = 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara diferensiasi pelayanan, kepemimpinan biaya, fokus pelayanan (variabel babas), dan umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan dan lama kerja (variabel pengganggu) dengan persepsi perawat tentang kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lama kerja mempunyai penganruh yang paling besar terhadap persepsi kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan, tetapi hanya 16,5% dari variasi persepsi kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat menjelaskan fungsi pemasaran yang dilaksanakan dan karakteristik individu. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena belum optimalnya pelaksanaan fungsi pemasaran oleh tenaga keperawatan disertai persepsi kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk itu, praktik keperawatan, institusi rumah sakit dan keilmuan perlu meninjau kembali aspek - aspek yang dapat meningkatkan pencapaian fungsi pemasaran dan mengubah persepsi perawat tentang kesadaran pelanggan akan hak pelayanan kesehatan sehingga pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dapat meningkat.
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between the function of marketing done by nurses and the perception of consumer awareness towards patient's rights to health service at Islamic hospitals. The design was descriptive explorative using cross sectional approach and also provided with information from patients. The sample of the study was 118 nurses who have minimal education of D-3 of nursing, minimal experience of 3 years and provide care directly to the patients, also added with 10 patients who were hospitalized for minimal 3 days to validate information from the nurse subjects. The sample was proportionately taken from two Islamic hospitals. The analyses employed simple regression, chie square, and multiple regressions tests. The findings showed that the function of marketing done by nurses have significant correlation with the nurse' perception of consumer awareness toward patient's rights to health service, and none of the individual characteristics had correlation with the function of marketing done by nurses. Further, from its correlation analysis with a = 0.05 there were significant relationship between differentiation of service, cost leadership, focus of service (independent variables), and age, sex, education and experience (confounding variables) with the perception of consumer awareness towards patient's rights to health service. The study concluded that experience variable had very strong influence to the perception of consumer awareness towards patient's rights to health service but only 16.5% from variation of the perception of consumer awareness to patient's rights to health service could be explained by the function of marketing done by nurses and individual characteristic simultaneously. This condition may be related to the function of marketing done by nurses that was not optimum in implementation. Therefore, the nursing service, the hospitals and nurses organization need to re-evaluate and improve the factors that could strengthen the achievement of nurse marketing function.

ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kebutuhan informasi nelayan yang ada di wilayah Muara Kaliadem, Jakarta Utara. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara terstruktur dan dokumen pendukung yang digunakan untuk memperkuat hasil analisis dalam pembahasan. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model faktor pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi yang dikemukakan oleh Johnson. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan kebutuhan informasi nelayan serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang mendorong tindakan pencarian informasi dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan informasinya. Faktor latar belakang serta faktor personal individu menjadi pemicu tindakan pencarian informasi. Adapun hambatan dalam tindakan pencarian informasi yang ditemukan merupakan hambatan yang berasal dari individu itu sendiri terkait dengan keterbatasan yang dimilikinya, serta akses informasi yang sulit untuk dijangkau. Beberapa hal yang disarankan terkait hambatan yang ditemukan antara lain adalah penyediaan akses sumber informasi di beberapa titik tertentu dan penyuluhan informasi yang dilakukan secara rutin.
ABSTRACT
This research is determined to understand fishermens information needs at Muara Kaliadem, North Jakarta. Research approach that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data is collected by using structured interview and supported documents to strengthen the analysis in the discussion. Research model that is used in this research is Johnsons information needs fulfillment factors. The result of this research shows fishermens information needs and identifies factors that trigger them to do information seeking to fulfill their information needs. Factors such as their personal background and as an individual become their triggers in information seeking. Barriers found when they do information seeking are coming from themselves as an individual regarding their own limitations, also access to information that is hard to reach. There are some suggestions regarding overcoming these barriers such as providing access to information resources at certain points and socializing about information resources routinely.

Pada tahun 2009, flu babi kembali menyerang berbagai negara di dunia. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menetapkan wabah virus influenza A H1N1 sebagai pandemi global pada 11 Juni 2009. Setidaknya ada sekitar 18.449 orang di seluruh dunia yang meninggal akibat serangan virus ini. Kemudian pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2010 Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) secara resmi mengumumkan pandemi flu babi di dunia telah berakhir dan berganti menjadi fase post pandemic Fase post pandemic ini fase paling tepat untuk menemukan antiviral yang dapat mengatasi infeksi virus ini. Salah satu antiviral yang telah ada yaitu amantadine dan rimantadine dilaporkan telah mengalami resistansi. Oleh karena itu perlu ditemukan antiviral baru untuk menggantikan amantadine dan rimantadine sebagai inhibitor protein M2 channel virus influenza A H1N1. Belakangan dilaporkan bahwa senyawa (1R,2R,3R,5S)-(-)-isopinocampheylamine memiliki kemampuan untuk menginhibisi protein M2 channel virus influenza A H1N1. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan modifikasi (1R,2R,3R,5S)-(-)-isopinocampheylamine secara in silico untuk mendapatkan inhibitor yang lebih baik. Terhadap protein M2 channel, dilakukan docking dengan tiga inhibitor standar dan 52 inhibitor modifikasi, serta dilakukan drug scan terhadap modifikasi inhibitor. Hasil docking didapatkan 3 inhibitor modifikasi terbaik yang mempunyai afinitas ikatan dan potensi inhibisi yang lebih baik dibanding ligan standar. Berdasarkan analisa drug scan, inhibitor modifikasi mempunyai sifat farmakologi yang baik, ditunjukkan oleh nilai drug likeness, drug score, bioavailabilitas oral, dan toksisitas. ......In 2009, swine flu attacked various countries in the world. World Organization (WHO) set a pandemic of influenza A H1N1 virus as a global pandemic on June 11, 2009. At least there are approximately 18,449 people worldwide who die from this virus attack. Then on August 10, 2010 World Health Organization (WHO) officially announced the swine flu pandemic in the world has ended and changed into post-pandemic phase. Post-pandemic phase is the most appropriate phase to find antiviral that can overcome the infection with this virus. One of the existing antivirals amantadine and rimantadine are reported to have experienced resistance. Therefore it is necessary to find new antiviral to replace amantadine and rimantadine as the M2 channel protein inhibitor of influenza A H1N1 virus. Later it was reported that compound (1R, 2R, 3R, 5S )-(-)- isopinocampheylamine have the ability to inhibit channel M2 protein of influenza A H1N1 virus. This research will be modified (1R, 2R, 3R, 5S )-(-)-isopinocampheylamine in silico to obtain better inhibitors. Against the M2 protein channel, performed three inhibitor docking with standard and 52 inhibitors modifications, and also done a drug scan for modifications inhibitor. Docking results obtained three best binding affinity of modifications inhibitor and its potency of inhibition is much better than standard ligands. Based on drug analysis scan, the inhibitor of modification has a good pharmacological properties, indicated by the value of drug-likeness, drug score, oral bioavailability, and toxicity.
