Saat plasenta sudah terlepas dari implantasi normalnya di usia kehamilan prematur, risiko kesakitan dan kematian perinatal dapat meningkat. Penanganan kasus emergensi ini diperlukan guna menyelamatkan hidup ibu dan bayinya. Selain itu, perlu juga dilakukan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas dan komprehensif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan. Metode yang diterapkan pada studi kasus ini yakni dengan fokus penerapan teori Need for Help Wiedenbach dan Model Adaptasi Konsep Diri Roy pada asuhan keperawatan ibu multipara dengan solusio plasenta yang dilakukan terminasi kehamilan. Aplikasi kedua teori ini efektif diterapkan pada kelima kasus yang berfokus pada dampak solusio plasenta, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis, serta bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan adaptasi konsep diri terhadap krisis situasi yang dialami oleh ibu. Teori Need for Help Wiedenbach dan Model Adaptasi Konsep Diri Roy dapat digunakan perawat untuk diaplikasikan secara komprehensif pada asuhan keperawatan persalinan dengan solusio plasenta.

ABSTRACT
When the placenta is released from its normal implantation at the age of premature pregnancy, the risk of perinatal morbidity and death can increase. Handling this emergency case is needed to save the life of the mother and her baby. In addition, it is also necessary to carry out quality and comprehensive nursing care using the nursing theory approach. The method applied in this case study is to focus on applying the theory of Need for Help Wiedenbach and Roy s Self Concept Adaptation Model to the nursing care of multiparous mothers with placental abruption carried out by termination of pregnancy. The application of these two theories is effectively applied to the five cases that focus on the effects of placental solution, both physically and psychologically, and aim to maximize the adaptation ability of self-concept to the crisis of the situation experienced by the mother. The Need for Help Wiedenbach theory and Roy s Self-Adaptation Model can be used by nurses to be applied comprehensively in labor nursing care with placental abruption.
