"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Visitor Satisfaction pada Pengunjung Museum Nasional Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 165 responden yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara luring. Data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan SPSS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu pengaruh service quality terhadap revisit intention, pengaruh service quality terhadap visitor satisfaction, dan pengaruh visitor satisfaction terhadap revisit intention. Pada uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa visitor satisfaction memiliki pengaruh mediasi parsial pada hubungan service quality terhadap revisit intention pada pengunjung Museum Nasional Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on revisit intention with visitor satisfaction as mediating variable with a study on Museum Nasional Indonesia’s visitors. The study used a quantitative approach through purposive sampling technique on 165 respondents obtained direct distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using SPSS through descriptive statistical analysis and linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are several significant effects, namely the effect of service quality on revisit intention, the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction, and the effect of visitor satisfaction on revisit intention. The mediation test showed that visitor satisfaction has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and revisit intention to Museum Nasional Indonesia’s visitors."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalis tentang penyampaian informasi pada Ruang Koleksi Prasasti Museum Nasional dengan sikap pengunjung.Subek penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang datang ke Museum Nasional.Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner disusun dengan skala Likert dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara sikappengunjung museum terhadap penyampaian informasi koleksi prasasti di Museum Nasional. AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the delivery of information inscription on the National Museum of Archaeology Collections Room using the attitude of visitors. The subject of this research was the visitors who came to the National Museum. Research conducted by distributing questionnaires arranged with the Likert scale with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. The results showed that there were gaps between the attitude of museum visitors toward information delivery inscription at the National Museum collection. To information marketing about the museum, especially collection of inscriptions one of the ways is by popularizing museum through the promotions and dissemination of appropriate information. This promotion is also about ongoing activities related to the collection of inscriptions in giving lessons."

"Indonesia sebagai negara multikultural terintegrasi dalam semboyan Bhineka Tunggal Ika sebagai simbol persatuan. Pada kenyataannya masih ada etnis yang mengalami diskriminasi yaitu etnis Cina, hingga sekarang kitapun masih bisa melihat adanya sentimen yang diarahkan kepada mereka. Pemisahan etnis tertentu akan mengganggu ketahanan nasional. New Museum mengubah paradigma museum dari tempat pameran masa lalu menjadi tempat pendidikan dan media komunikasi untuk kepentingan masa kini dan masa depan. Etnis Cina harus direpresentasikan di museum sebagai cara untuk merangkul dan sebagai simbol pengakuan negara terhadap minoritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana museum nasional Indonesia mengakomodir etnis Cina dan kendala apa yang dihadapi serta cara untuk mengatasinya. Dan juga menunjukkan sejauh mana pemerintah menggunakan museum sebagai sarana pembentuk integrasi nasional. Penelitian menunjukkan etnis Cina belum direpresentasikan karena Museum Nasional Indonesia masih terjebak dalam konsep traditional museum yang berfokus koleksi dan masa lalu.

Indonesia as a multicultural country is integrated in the motto of Bhinneka Tungga Ika or Unity in Diversity as a symbol of unity. But now adays, there are still ethnic groups that discriminated like Chinese Ethnic as we can still see the sentiment pointed to them. The Segregation of certain ethnic will disrupt national resilience. New Museum transforms the paradigm of the museum from the place of the past exhibition into a place of education and communication media for the benefit of both present and the future. Chinese Ethnic must be represented in museums as a way to embrace and symbolize state recognition of minorities. This research aims to see the extent to which the Museum Nasional Indonesia accommodates the Chinese and what obstacles are faced and ways to overcome them. And also shows the extent to which the government uses museum as a means of forming national integration. This research shows that Chinese minority has not been represented because Museum Nasional Indonesia are still trapped in traditional museum concepts."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang ekshibisi sebagai bagian dari fungsi museum. Kajian yang digunakan adalah Museum Nasional Indonesia, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat Jakarta 12, Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang diawali dengan gambaran mengenai Museum Nasional Indonesia saat ini. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, perlu dilakukan penentuan tema dan narasi yangnsesuai dengan visi dan misi Museum Nasional Indonesia. Penentuan temabdilakukan berdasarkan konsep identitas. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan tema yangnditentukan, dibuat sebuah teknik presentasi dan desain alur pameran. Dalam ekshibisi tersebut terdapat pesan yang akan disampaikan, yaitu Bhinneka Tunggal Ika: Kebhinnekaan pada gedung A dan Ketunggalikaan pada gedung B. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan ekshibisi yang lebih efektif dalam menyampaikan identitas nasional.

The focus of the theses is about exhibition as a part of museum?s function. National Museum of Indonesia which located on Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat 12, Jakarta is the case study for this research. The study uses qualitative research which descriptive design started with description of recent condition of the museum. Base on the condition, it?s needed to determine a more direct theme and narration correspond to the museum?s vision and mission. The theme is determined using identity concept. Furthermore, the theme implemented to a presentation technique and storyline exhibition?s design. The exhibition has a message, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Diversity and Unity); Diversity in old building and Unity in new building. Those matters are intent on creating effective exhibition to communicated national identity."
