Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tentang cara membobotkan indikator modal intelektual dan menentukan peringkat Modal Intelektual di Sentra Industri di Kota Bandung dengan elemen Modal Manusia, Modal Struktural dan Modal Relasional dengan Metode Entropy dan TOPSIS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan modal intelektual yang ada di sentra industri kreatif di kota bandung sebagai salah satu masukan untuk pengembangan sentra industri selanjutnya. Hasil penelitiannya adalah setiap sentra industri mempunyai kelebihan dan kelemahan di setiap elemen Modal intelektual sehingga pemerintah harus dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan sentra industri di kota bandung tersebut. ......This thesis discusses how to count heavily on indicators of intellectual capital and to rank the Intellectual Capital in Industrial Center in Bandung, with the elements consist of Human Capital, Structural Capital and Relational Capital with Entropy and TOPSIS method. This research’s objective is to map the intellectual capital that is in the center of the creative industries in Bandung, as one of the inputs for the development of further industrial district. The results of this research are that any industrial centers have strengths and weaknesses in each intellectual capital elements that the government should help them to improve the industrial centers in the city of Bandung.

Abstrak :
Pengambilan keputusan dalam proyek adalah suatu usaha yang kompleks. Proyek adalah organisasi sementara yang dikelilingi oleh ketidakpastian yang melekat. Ketidakpastian yang dapat terjadi dalam proyek antara lain ketidakpastian waktu,biaya, dan kualitas. Untuk mengatasi berbagai kompleksitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu evaluasi kinerja proyek. Pada salah satu perusahaan jasa pertambangan minyak dan gas di Indonesia,evaluasi kinerja telah dilakukan, namun dilakukan secara terpisah dan hanya sedikit kriteria yang dievaluasi, sehingga kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan masih belum terlihat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja pada proyek perusahaan tersebut dengan pendekatan MCDA (Multi-criteria decision analysis) dengan menggunakan metode MACBETH yang dapat memodelkan elemen proyek menjadi suatu kelompok tingkat pengawasan untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajer proyek. ......Decision-making in a project is a complex undertaking. A project is a temporary organization that is surrounded by inherent uncertainties. Uncertainties that may occur in the project, among others, are the uncertainty of the time, cost, and quality. To overcome this complexity, we need a project performance evaluation. At one of the services the oil and gas in Indonesia, the performance evaluation has been done, but done separately and only few criteria are evaluated, so that the overall project performance is still not visible. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the company's project with the MCDA (Multi-criteria decision analysis) approach using MACBETH method that can model the elements of the project into a supervisory level group to facilitate decision-making by the project manager.

Abstrak :
Memilih produk asuransi membutuhkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang cukup rumit karena melibatkan banyak kriteria seperti brand image perusahaan, besar premi yang harus dibayarkan, kemudahan prosedur klaim, dan lain sebagainya, sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam prosesnya. Salah satu metode yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan ini adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah metode AHP dapat digunakan dalam suatu sistem penunjang keputusan. Untuk mendukung penelitian, dibuat suatu sistem penunjang keputusan yang berisi modul simulasi untuk memilih produk asuransi. Berdasarkan skenario pengujian yang dibuat, diperoleh hasil bahwa solusi yang diberikan oleh sistem cukup akurat dan mendekati kemampuan manusia dalam mengambil keputusan.

Manajemen risiko berperan penting dalam meningkatkan ketahanan suatu organisasi untuk mengatasi risiko yang teridentifikasi. Peningkatan urbanisasi global, kebutuhan keamanan, serta permintaan produk ramah lingkungan yang melatarbelakangi pertumbuhan industri lift tentunya tidak terlepas dari risiko. Namun, pada industri lift belum banyak ditemukan penelitian mengenai penilaian risiko khususnya pada bidang instalasi lift. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis penilaian risiko pada proses isntaalasi lift yang selanjutnya dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam memitigasi risiko. Penilaian expert digunakan untuk menghasilkan bobot kepentingan prioritas job step dan task pada instalasi lift. Risiko paling tinggi yaitu job step 10 dan risiko paling rendah yaitu job step 1. ......Risk management has been known as a discipline that plays an important role in improving the resilience of an organization to address the risks identified. As the increasing of global urbanization, security needs, and the demand for environmental friendly products, has been underlying the growth of the elevator industry, thus can not be separated from the risks. However, in the elevator industry has not found much research on risk assessment, especially in the field of elevator installation. This study aims to make a risk assessment analysis on the elevator installation process which then used as a reference in mitigating risk. Expert judgement being used to generate the priority weight of each job step and task on the elevator installation. The result are job step 10 has the highest risk and job step 1 has the lowest risk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan kuesioner pertanyaan tertutup yang di analisis menggunakan analisis konten, analisis tematik, dan analisis konstan komparatif menggunakan aplikasi NVivo 12 Pro. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan teori kontinjensi jamak (multiple contingency theory) guna menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang di terapkan pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan tata kelola serta mengungkapkan kondisi kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi terkini perusahaan XYZ dengan menggunakan penilaian rating process analysis yang telah ditentukan dalam kerangka kerja COBIT 2019. Hasil analisis kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini kemudian dapat memberikan gambaran terkait kondisi terkini yang dimiliki oleh PT. XYZ, serta memberikan rekomendasi terhadap perbaikan yang dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi yang dimiliki. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa tata kelola teknologi informasi yang dimiliki saat ini masih belum sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan dalam proses aktivitas EDM 04, APO 07, BAI 08, dan DSS 01, sedangkan untuk proses APO 08 sudah memenuhi target. Sementara itu pemilihan model tata kelola TI yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor kontinjensi menunjukan hasil saling menguatkan (reinforcing contingencies) sehingga menghasilkan model tata kelola TI yang tersentralisasi. .......This study aims to determine the factors that influence the selection of information technology governance and evaluation of information technology capabilities within the state-owned enterprise using COBIT 2019 as a framework. This study uses a mixed-method approach that applies multiple contingency theory in utilizing data from interviews and surveys from Indonesian state-owned enterprises. The evaluation will reflect the companies' current capabilities and compare them to the capabilities they aspire to, resulting in a gap analysis. This study found that the current information technology governance is still not following the level capabilities targets specified in the EDM 04, APO 07, BAI 08, and DSS 01 activity processes. In contrast, APO 08 process has met the target. Meanwhile, the selection of an IT governance model influenced by contingency factors shows reinforcing contingencies resulting in a centralized IT governance selection model.

Industri film Indonesia mengalami penurunan perolehan jumlah penonton yang cukup signifikan pada tahun 2011. Akibatnya film Indonesia mengalami kesulitan untuk bersaing dengan film impor. Untuk mengatasinya diperlukan suatu strategi industri yang tepat. Analisis SWOT merupakan metoda untuk mendapatkan strategi bedasarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang ada pada suatu industri. Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan terhadap strategi yang dihasilkan dengan analisis SWOT menggunakan Proses Analisis Hirarki (AHP). Hasilnya, strategi diprioritaskan untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan industri film Indonesia adalah alternatif strategi Strength-Opportunities. ......Indonesian film industry has decreased the acquisition of a significant number of moviegoers in 2011. As a result, the film Indonesia has struggled to compete against imported films. The purpose this study is to solve the problem by a proper industrial strategy. SWOT analysis is a method to get the strategy based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the industry. Then, we do the weighting of the strategy produced by the SWOT analysis using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results, strategies that is prioritized to address the problems of the Indonesian film industry is an alternative strategy of Strength-Opportunities.

Abstrak :
Pertumbuhan industri berdampak terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan listrik di berbagai tempat, hal ini juga terjadi di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, khususnya di Kabupaten Bengkayang. Sebagian pasokan listrik di Bengkayang masih tergantung dari pembangkit listrik yang diperoleh dari Sarawak, yaitu salah satu negara bagian Malaysia yang berbatasan dengan Kalimantan. Maka dari itu, untuk mengurangi ketergantungan listrik, perlu dibangun suatu Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Nuklir (PLTN). Pertimbangan penggunaan teknologi PLTN diantaranya didasari karena faktor kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan listrik dengan skala yang besar, mengurangi pemakaian energi fosil, dan juga mengurangi emisi karbondioksida sebagai hasil dari proses pembangkitannya. Namun demikian, untuk membangun suatu PLTN, diperlukan tapak yang memenuhi aspek kelayakan (feasibility) dan keandalan (reliability). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian untuk menentukan satu tapak PLTN yang merupakan hasil penilaian dari beberapa lokasi tapak PLTN di Kabupaten Bengkayang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multi Criteria Decision Analisis (MCDA) yang digunakan pada platform Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) dan Analytical Hierarchi Process (AHP). Tahap pertama analisis dengan SIG diperoleh 3 lokasi tapak (candidate sites) PLTN, sedangkan tahap kedua dengan menggunakan analisis AHP diperoleh 1 tapak (selected site). Selected site untuk tapak PLTN di Kabupaten Bengkayang terletak di Batu Belah di Desa Karimunting. ......Industrial growth has an impact on increasing the electricity demands in various places, this has also taken place in West Kalimantan Province, especially in Bengkayang Regency. Some electricity supplies in Bengkayang mainly depend on the power plant that is imported from Sarawak, which is one of the Malaysian states. Therefore, to reduce dependence on electricity, it is necessary to build a Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). Some of considerations for utilizing a nuclear power plant technology are based on its advantages factors such as the capability of generating electricity on a large scale, reducing the use of fossil energy, as well as reducing carbon dioxide emissions as a result of the generation process. However, to build a nuclear power plant requires a thorough assessment to meets the feasibility and reliability requirements. This study was carried out to determine one selected NPP site out of three NPP candidates sites located in Bengkayang Regency. The method used in this study is Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) under the Geographic Information System (GIS) platform and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The first step analysis using GIS resulted 3 candidate sites, while the second step by means of applying AHP analysis resulted 1 selected site. The selected site for NPP in Bengkayang Regency is located at Batu Belah in Karimunting Village.

PT. ABC beroperasi di Indonesia dibawah Kotrak Kerja Sama dengan SKK Migas sebagai badan pengawas minyak dan gas Indonesia, oleh karena itu semua proses pemilihan pemasok harus mengikuti peraturan pemerintah PTK007. Kesuksesan kinerja & efisiensi pengilangan sangat tergantung dari pemilihan pemasok. Proses pemilihan pemasok saat ini menyebabkan beberapa pelaksanaan kontrak dilakukan dengan kinerja yang kurang baik. Pemilihan pemasok adalah salah satu bidang di mana pendekatan Fuzzy AHP telah diterapkan untuk memilih pemasok terbaik dan memberikan kepuasan paling besar untuk kriteria yang ditentukan. Fuzzy AHP adalah ekstensi dari metode AHP klasik ketika ketidakjelasan pembuat keputusan dipertimbangkan. Makalah ini memberikan rekomendasi pada perbaikan pemilihan pemasok untuk membantu para pembuat keputusan untuk mengevaluasi serangkaian alternatif menggunakan Fuzzy AHP dan sistem evaluasi kualitas teknis dan harga tanpa melanggar peraturan PTK007. ......PT. ABC operates in Indonesia under a Production Sharing Contract with the Indonesian oil and gas regulatory body SKK Migas, therefore all supplier selection processes shall follow government regulation PTK007. The success of plant performance & efficiency of the company is highly dependent on selection of suppliers. The current supplier selection process caused several un-perform contract executions. Supplier selection is one of the fields to which the Fuzzy AHP approach has been applied to select the best supplier and providing the most satisfaction for the criteria determined. Fuzzy AHP is extension of classical AHP method when the fuzziness of the decision makers is considered. This paper gives recommendation on supplier selection improvement to helps the decision makers to evaluate a set of alternatives using Fuzzy AHP approach and Price-Quality Method without violation to PTK007.

Abstrak :
The aim of this article was to develop an interval type-2 fuzzy permutation method for addressing multiple criteria decision-making problems under incomplete preference information. Furthermore, this article present an experimental analysis to examine the implementation efficiency and the applicable scope of the proposed method. Interval type-2 fuzzy sets are more capable than ordinary fuzzy sets of handling imprecision and imperfect information in real-world applications. This article used interval type-2 fuzzy sets to capture imprecise or uncertain decision information in fields that require multiple criteria decision analysis. Based on pairwise criterion comparisons of the alternatives using a signed distance-based approach, this article presents a concordance-discordance analysis and propose an integrated programing model in the interval type-2 fuzzy permutation method. Finally, computational experiments with enormous amounts of simulation data are designed to examine the influence of numbers of alternatives and criteria on the implementation efficiency and the applicable scope of the proposed method.
