Perkembangan teknologi mempercepat perkembangan dalam dunia bisnis. Perjanjian jual beli tidak perlu melakukan pertemuan tatap muka. Jual beli secara elektronik sudah dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan platform seperti Tokopedia dan Blibli.com. Pada kedua platform tersebut, terdapat perbedaan sistem jual beli, sehingga menghasilkan hubungan hukum serta pertanggungjawaban yang berbeda. Walaupun jual beli melalui platform memberikan kemudahan, tetapi masih ditemukan beberapa masalah dalam pelaksanaan transaksi jual beli melalui platform karena belum dilakukannya identifikasi terkait pola hubungan hukum dalam transaksi jual beli melalui platform tersebut. Identifikasi hubungan hukum penting untuk mengetahui pertanggungjawaban masing-masing pihak serta dapat menjadi perbandingan mengenai kelebihan maupun kelemahan masing-masing platform. Kelebihan maupun kelemahan dari masing-masing platform tergantung dari kepentingan pihak pembeli, penjual, ekspeditur, serta platform itu sendiri.

Technological development accelerates business development. In performing purchase agreement, we do not need to do it face to face. We are able to purchase electronically by using platforms, such as Tokopedia and Blibli.com. Both platforms have different purchase systems, thus, they form different legal relations and liabilities. Although purchasing through platforms provides convenience, but there are several problems in the implementation of purchasing through platforms because it has not carried out the identification related to legal relations pattern in purchasing through platforms. The identification itself, is the key to comprehend the liabilities of each party and also to compare the excellences and weaknesses of each platforms. The excellences and weaknesses of each platforms depend on the interest of the buyer, seller, shipping agent, and platform itself.

Adapun bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif-analitik untuk memperoleh gambaran umum tentang hukum pasar yang relevan PT.Go-Jek Indonesia. Penentuan pasar yang relevan dalam bisnis ride-hailing seperti PT. Go-Jek Indonesia didasarkan pada kedua perusahaan berbasis aplikasi yang memiliki bisnis naik wahana atau transportasi online dan konvensional di pasar yang sama, hanya saja lebih spesifik dalam bentuk moda transportasi yang sama, apakah itu sama dua roda atau empat roda bersamaan di area yang sama. Pemerintah harus merespons lebih cepat terhadap penentuan pasar menyangkut bisnis naik kendaraan dengan memperbarui aturan yang ada, serta dengan tegas menanggapi keberadaan sepeda motor sebagai penentuan transportasi umum terkait dari pasar terkait.
