Abstrak :
An important aspect of the organization to improve the work ethos and productivity by giving employees the motivation and effort in motivating employees by providing compensation in the form of incentives. Work motivation Muslims are seeking the blessing of Allah and worth worship. The research aims to determine the relationship between incentives and work to worship with employee motivation at the Polyclinic and Maternity Hospital Ibnu Sina Balikpapan. The study was conducted in January 2015 using a questionnaire. Analyses were performed quantitative approach with cross sectional study design. This research sample 95 of 95 total population. The results showed as much as 75.8% of respondents have a low work motivation, as well as the most dominant variable with work motivation is a variable communication with superiors. Suggested Polyclinic and Maternity Hospital has a policy of ensuring good communication with the boss as a forum for formal and informal meetings regulary with employees and optimize the religious forum to improve communication with superiors.

Motivasi beiprestasi adalah daya dorong dalam diri seseorang untuk mencapai basil yang terbaik. Dua falrtor yang mempengarohi motivasi bwprestasi seseorang. Faktor intrinsik adalah daya dorong yang tumbuh dari dalam individu. Dan faktor ekstrinsik berasal dari luar individu Penelitian tentang motivasi belprestasi dilakakan terbadap 4 (empat) santri yang memilild prestasi mengbalid al-Qur'an dan nilai akademik masuk dalam 5 (lima) besat di kelas mereka masing masing. Untuk mendapalkan gambaran lebih dalam tentang fenomena yang te adi. Hasil penelilian menunjukkan motivasi berpreslasi anak pengbalill al-Qur 'an pada kelompok takhassus (khusus) di Pesanllal Terpadu AI Kabfi, Lido dipengaruhi oleh faktor intrinsik yaitu ingin mendapat syafaat di di aldlimt dan berbak1i pada orang tua. Adapun falrtor akstrinsik yaitu pengasuhan orang tua, nilai budaya yang ada dalam keluarga dan sistem pendidikan di pesantren. Anak-anak yang belprestasi dalam penelitian ini, seperti yang disebutkan oleh McClelland dalam teori Motivasi Bwprestasi memiliki tanggung jawab, memperhittmgkan resiko. serumg mendapatkan: masukan meningkatkan kemampuan, menyelesaikan tugas secara baik, kreatif, dan ingin menjadi yang terbaik. Mcreka memiliki energi lebib terbukli dengan bemagai tanggung jaw.>b yang diamanahkan pada mereka. Mereka memiliki kekuatan mengbalill melebibi santri-santri seangkatannya. Temuan lain adalah rata-r.da anak yang memililci jumiah hafalan al Qur'an melampaui lalgejuga memililci prestasi akademik yang baik. ......Motivation of achievement is the driving force in a person to achieve the best results. This research is using qnalitative methods to gain a deeper picture of this particala.- phenomenon. This result has shown that the achievemeot modvatioo of children memorizing the Qumn in takhassus (special) groups in the Integrated Islamic School Al·Kahfi, Lido, is influenced by the intrinsic f3ctors of wanting to get some rewards in the Hereafter and to be dutiful to dteir parents. The extrinsic factors involved are nurturing paren1S, cultural values in their fiunily and the education system in pesantren, Each of the children who excel in this research, as noted by McClelland Achievement motivation theory, have the characteristics of being a child who is responsible risk taker, open to feedback. able to improve, wish to complete tasks well, creatively and relentlessly strive to be the best of !he best They have more energy as depicted by the various mandated responsibilities for 1hem.They have much more power to memorize in comparison to other studen1s at their levels. Furthermore, another relevant discovery is that average chi1d who has memorized the Quran over the targealso has a good academic achievement.
