Abstrak :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pasca bedah digestif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, menggunakan metode deskriktif korelasi non eksperimental serta menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 59 responden pasca bedah digestif dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor yang berhubungan signifikan adalah stres pasca bedah digestif, nyeri, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat keparahan dan dukungan keluarga (p < 0,05). Faktor yang paling berhubungan adalah stres (OR 5,526). Disimpulkan bahwa stres merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi pasca bedah digestif di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.

The goal from this research is to know factors relating with and factors most relating with implementation of early mobilization after digestive surgery. Type of research is quantitative, using descriptive correlation method and is a non experimental research using cross sectional design. There are 59 samples of respondents. To know the most relating factor, data is being analyzed with Chi-square test method with purposive sampling. Result of this research is that factor that significantly relating is stress after digestive surgery, pain education level, degree of serious condition and family support (P < 0,05). the most relating factor is stress (OR 5.526). Summary of this research stress is the most relating variable, relating with implementation of mobilization after digestive surgery at RSUD Ulin, Banjarmasin.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perubahan kebijakan mobilisasi terbatas di Rusia pada tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif studi pustaka pendekatan hukum normatif untuk melihat legalitas dan bentuk pengaturan mobilisasi di Rusia dari perubahan kebijakan mobilisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perubahan undang-undang tentang mobilisasi di Rusia pada tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa perubahan kebijakan tentang mobilisasi yang dilakukan oleh Duma Negara Rusia adalah bentuk upaya Presiden Vladimir Putin dalam mempertahankan dan mengamankan masyarakat serta kedaulatan negara Federasi Rusia dan diketahui bahwa budaya hukum masyarakat Rusia terbentuk sebagai masyarakat yang taat pada hukum yang berlaku walaupun berawal dari rasa takut dan terpaksa. ......This research analyzes changes in the limited mobilization policy in Russia in 2022. This research method is a qualitative method of literature study with a normative legal approach to see the legality and form of mobilization regulations in Russia through the changes in the mobilization policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in legislation on mobilization in Russia in 2022. The results of this study are that the changes in policy on mobilization made by the Russian State Duma are a form of President Vladimir Putin's efforts to defend and secure society and the sovereignty of the Russian Federation state and it is known that the legal culture of Russian society is formed as a society that obeys the applicable law even though it starts from fear and force.

Pendahuluan: Spondilitis TB adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh mycobacterium tuberkulosis yang mengenai tulang belakang dan disebut juga dengan Pott’s disease. Pasien dengan spondylitis TB selain pengobatan dengan obat anti tuberculosis, di lakukan tindakan operasi yaitu Decompresi Stabilisasi Asuhan keperawatan dilaksanakan berdasarkan ilmu keperawatan yang diberikan dalam pelayanan melalui penerapan teori karena pada kasus spondilytis tb pada manajement penatalaksanaanya bergantung pada self care pasien. Temuan kasus: Nn A.V usia 20 tahun pasca operasi Decompresi Stabilisasi Posterior hari pertama dengan keluhan belumbisa bergerak karena nyeri di daerah luka operasi pasien belummelakukan mobilisasi . Diagnosis keperawatan utama yang didapat dari hasil pengkajian pada pasien ini adalah hambatan mobilisasi fisik dan nyeri akut. Intervesi: intervensi yang telah dilakukan pada pasien ini adalah lebih diutamakan pada saat mobilisasi terutama mobilisasi dini,sesera mungkin dengan latihan ROM aktif dan pasif Hasil: ROM zktif dilakukan oleh pasien setelah hari pertama di operasi dan mampu berjalan dengan menggunakan brace. Kesimpulan: Mobilisasi dini pada pasien dengan post stabiliasi pada pasien dengan spondylitis TBdapat mencegah terjadinya komplikasi post operasi dan pengurangan skala nyeri ......Introduction: TB spondylitis is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis which affects the spine and is also called Pott's disease. Patients with TB spondylitis besides treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs, surgery is carried out, namely Decompression Stabilization. Nursing care is carried out based on nursing knowledge provided in services through the application of Orem's self-care theory because in the case of spondylitis TB, the management depends on the patient's self-care. Case findings: Ms A.V, 20 years old postoperative Posterior Stabilization Decompression on the first day with complaints of not being able to move because of pain in the area of the surgical wound, the patient has not mobilized. The main nursing diagnoses obtained from the results of the assessment on this patient are physical mobilization barriers and acute pain. Intervention: interventions that have been carried out in these patients are prioritized during mobilization, especially early mobilization, as soon as possible with active and passive ROM exercises. Results: Active ROM was carried out by the patient after the first day of surgery and was able to walk using a brace. Conclusion: Early mobilization of patients with postoperative stabilization in patients with TB spondylitis can prevent postoperative complications and reduce pain scalem

Kaum muda di Indonesia masih tereksklusi dari pemenuhan hak kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi HKSR . PKBI memfasilitasi gerakan kaum muda untuk pemenuhan HKSR dengan memobilisasi sumberdaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mememahami bagaimana PKBI memobilisasi gerakan kaum muda untuk pemenuhan HKSR. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Untuk memahami Peran PKBI dalam memobilisasi gerakan kaum muda, penelitian ini menggunakan teori tipologi organisasi masyarakat sipil, teori tipologi LSM serta teori mobilisasi sumber daya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKBI memfasilitasi gerakan kaum muda dengan memobilisasi sumberdaya internal dan eksternal. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan tipologi PKBI sebagai LSM cenderung mengalami perubahan pada setiap era. Penelitian ini juga menemukan isu kunci yang memperlemah gerakan kaum muda yaitu kapital sosial antar aktor internal dan eksternal serta belum optimalnya penguatan agency aktor gerakan.

ABSTRACT
Young people in Indonesia are still excluded from the fulfillment of sexual and reproductive health and rights SRHR . PKBI facilitates the youth movement for the fulfillment of SRHR by mobilizing resources. The purpose of this study is to understand how PKBI mobilizes the youth movement for the fulfillment of HKSR. This study uses a qualitative methodology. To understand the role of PKBI in mobilizing the youth movement, this research uses theory of civil society organization typology, theory of NGO typology and theory of resource mobilization. This research shows that PKBI facilitates the youth movement by mobilizing internal and external resources. The results of this study show the typology of PKBI as an NGO tended to change in each era. The study also found key issues that weaken youth movement, there is social capital between internal and external actors and agency of movement actor.
