Abstrak :
Pelaksanaan MPKP sudah berlangsung lama dan belum pernah di evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan implementasi MPKP dengan kemampuan klien harga diri rendah di Rumah Sakit Jiwa. Desain penelitian cross sectional dan responden terdiri dari 30 perawat, 30 pasien dan 13 keluarga di ruang rawat MPKP, dengan tehnik total sampling. Analisis menggunakan korelasi pearson ditunjang dengan hasil wawancara terhadap midlle manajer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan yang bermakna antara implementasi MPKP compensatory reward dan professional relationship dengan tanda dan gejala ( p value < 0,05 ) hubungan antara implementasi MPKP: professional relationship dan patient care delivery dengan kemampuan klien ( p value < 0,05) ada hubungan patient care delivery dengan kemampuan keluarga ( p value < 0.05) Persepsi midle manager terhadap sustainability implementasi MPKP adalah sudah berjalan dan perlu di tingkatkan. Rumah Sakit agar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan MPKP. ......PNPM implementation of long standing and not has been evaluation. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan proses resosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Ceger. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa untuk meresosialisasi ODGJ, PSBL Harapan Sentosa 3 Ceger melakukannya dalam bentuk beberapa kegiatan, yaitu, bimbingan dan motivasi kepada ODGJ, bimbingan dan motivasi kepada keluarga, pemberian motivasi kepada masyarakat, serta penyaluran. Selain itu, terdapat faktor pendukung maupun penghambat yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan proses resosialisasi ODGJ ini. ......This study discusses about the implementation process of resocialization in The Institution of Social Rehabilitation Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Ceger for people with mental disorders. This research uses qualitative with descriptive research. The research describe that The Institution of Social Rehabilitation Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 3 Ceger does several activities in order to resocialize ODGJ, such as, providing guidance and motivation to ODGJ, providing guidance and motivation to the family, giving motivation to the society, and discharging. Furthermore, there are also supporting and barriers factors that affect in the implementation of this process.
