"Difraksi sinar -X merupakan salah satu bagian dari analisis struktur kristal, untuk menganalisis hal ini yang sering dilakukan adalah penghalusan metode rietveld. General Structure Analysis System (GSAS) merupakan metode rietveld yang mampu mengidentifikasi fasa yang lebih dari satu secara bersamaan. Bahan CaMnO3 yang merupakan campuran dari bahan dasar CaCO3 dan MnO2 terbentuk setelah melalui proses milling dan pemanasan. Proses milling yang dilakukan pada sampel dengan variasi waktu 3 jam, 6 jam, 9 jam, 12 jam melalui pemanasan dengan variasi , 6 jam, dan 9 jam. Temperatur yang digunakan pada proses ini 4000C , 8000 C dan 10000C. Hasil pengukuran difraksi sinar-X pada temperatur ruang menunjukan bahwa CaMnO3 dapat dihasilkan melalui pemanasan sampai 10000C."

"[ABSTRAKIndustri pariwisata di Indonesia merupakan salah satu industri yang paling berkembang serta menjadi salah satu sektor penyumbang devisa negara terbesar. Pada skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana pelaku bisnis dapat meningkatkan loyalitas serta dapat me-recall kembali tempat wisata tersebut terutama jenis wisata adventure tourism. Hal ini diukur dari pengalaman pelanggan mengunakan 4 elemen experience economy yang terdiri dari education, entertainment, escapism serta esthetic. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer loyalty dapat dipengaruhi oleh education dan esthetic sedangkan untuk dapat me-recall kembali (mempengaruhi memori konsumen) dapat dipengaruhi oleh entertainment dan esthetic. Sehingga bagi pelaku bisnis wisata petualangan (Adventure tourism) harus lebih fokus dalam memberikan pengetahuan-pengetahuan serta hiburan selama kunjungan pelanggan serta menjaga kelestarian tempat wisata tersebut agar terus dapat dinikmati oleh pelanggannya.ABSTRACTThe tourism industry in Indonesia is one of the most thriving industries and sectors to be one of the largest contributors of foreign exchange. "ABSTRAKPengalaman hidup seorang individu memiliki peran yang penting dalam pembentukan perilaku individu tersebut. Dalam tulisan ini, saya berusaha memahami hubungan antara pengalaman hidup perempuan dewasa muda dengan hubungan romantis yang mereka jalani bersama pasangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan interpretatif, metode life history, dan metode wawancara mendalam dengan lima perempuan dewasa muda yang sedang menjalani hubungan romantis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat lima komponen utama dalam hubungan romantis menurut perempuan dewasa muda, yaitu 1 kedewasaan; 2 latar belakang keluarga; 3 rasa nyaman; 4 rasa aman; dan 5 aktivitas seksual. Tulisan ini kemudian melihat bahwa hubungan romantis merupakan sebuah bentuk interpretasi, representasi, dan ekspresi dari pengalaman hidup perempuan dewasa muda yang kemudian termanifestasi dalam proses pemilihan pasangan serta proses pemaknaan terhadap hubungan romantis itu sendiri.

ABSTRACTLife history has significantly contributed to the way an individual acts on his life. In this paper, I try to examine the relation between the life history of young adult women and their romantic relationships with their partners. The research conducts an ethnographical approach, a cognitive anthropology approach, an interpretative approach, life history method, and in depth interview method with five young adult women who are involved in a romantic relationship. According to them, there are five basic components in a romantic relationship, which are 1 maturity 2 family background 3 comfort 4 security and 5 sexual activities. This paper thus implies that romantic relationship is an interpretation, a representation, and an expression of their life histories which is manifested in the process of choosing their romantic relationship partners and also the way they take meanings of the romantic relationship itself."

"Generasi muda berada dalam dua kutub narasi yang saling bertentangan, namun secara bersamaan digunakan untuk memahami Peristiwa 1965. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini melakukan intervensi terhadap generasi muda pelajar SMA melalui ingatan kolektif perempuan penyintas 1965 yang tergabung dalam paduan suara Dialita. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sejauh mana ingatan kolektif penyintas dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan pemahaman generasi muda, pelajar SMA terhadap Peristiwa 1965. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa penayangan video Dialita dan mendengarkan kesaksian hidup dari anggota Dialita, menunjukkan terjalinnya interaksi antar generasi yang berkontribusi pada pembentukan pemahaman pelajar SMA. Analisis berdasarkan data statistik yang diintegrasikan dengan data wawancara pribadi, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi akhir, mengungkapkan transmisi ingatan kekerasan 1965 kepada pelajar SMA mampu mengurangi kepercayaan terhadap narasi resmi dan meningkatkan keberpihakan terhadap narasi alternatif serta korban politik 1965. Dalam prosesnya, transmisi ingatan antar generasi belum sepenuhnya menghilangkan pengaruh narasi resmi dalam pemahaman sejarah pelajar SMA. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak maksimalnya proses transmisi ingatan dalam diskusi yang dibangun antar generasi. Penelitian ini turut menegaskan pelarangan diskusi peristiwa 1965 yang dilakukan institusi pendidikan formal—mencerminkan ketakutan yang dipelihara—berkontribusi pada tidak efektifnya intervensi yang diberikan.

The young generation found themselves in two polars of narratives which are opposing each other while remain interwoven in understanding the 1965 Event. Utilizing mixed method, this research conducts intervention towards the young generation of senior high school students through the collective memory of 1965’s women survivors which are joined in the choir group, Dialita. This research aims to analyze how far the collective memory of the survivors could affect the behavior and understanding of the young generation, the high school students, towards the 1965 Event. The given intervention as manifests in the screening of Dialita’s video and the listening of the oral testimony by Dialita’s members, showcases the interaction between generations which contributes to the understanding of the high school students. The analysis based on statistic data which is integrated with personal interview, group discussion, and final reflection, exposes that the memory transmission regarding the 1965 violence to the high school students is able to lessen the reliance towards the official narrative as well as improve the partiality to the alternative narrative and the 1965’s political victims instead. In the process, the memory transmission between generations has yet been fully repealed the influence of the official narrative as embodied within the understanding of the high school students. It is due to the less-than-optimum memory transmission as built between generations. This research also asserts the restriction towards the discussion about the 1965 Event as done by the formal education institution—represents a persisted fear—contributing to the ineffectiveness of the given intervention."
