"Obat dan/atau bahan obat harus disimpan dengan kondisi penyimpanan sesuai dengan informasi pada kemasan. Ruangan penyimpanan harus dapat menjamin suhu pada rentang yang dipersyaratkan secara konsisten. Dengan demikian diperlukan sensor suhu yang dilengkapi dengan alarm untuk memberikan notifikasi jika terjadi penyimpangan suhu sehingga perlu dilakukan uji tantangan atau challenge test. Tujuan dilakukan challenge test adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan display suhu pada alarm buzzer ketika terjadi perubahan suhu, mengevaluasi kemampuan alarm buzzer memberikan notifikasi suara ketika terjadi penyimpangan suhu, serta mengevaluasi kecepatan pengiriman pesan notifikasi penyimpangan suhu melalui Whatsapp. Pengujian dilakukan dalam dua kondisi yaitu diatas dan dibawah rentang suhu yang dipersyaratkanyaitu kondisi pertama atau suhu diatas rentang yang dipersyaratkan dan kondisi kedua atau suhu dibawah rentang yang dipersyaratkan. Hasil pengujian pertama dan kedua pada dua kondisi suhu yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa alarm buzzer dapat berfungsi dengan baik ketika terjadi penyimpangan suhu. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa display suhu alarm buzzer berubah dan berbunyi ketika terjadi perubahan suhu saat challenge test, notifikasi penyimpangan terkirim melalui Whatsapp setiap kali terjadi penyimpangan, namun mengalami delay dengan waktu delay terlama adalah pada chiller FS.

The storage space must be able to consistently guarantee temperatures within the required range. Thus, a temperature sensor is needed which is equipped with an alarm to provide notification if there is a temperature deviation so that a challenge test is needed. The purpose of the challenge test is to find out changes in the temperature display on the buzzer alarm when there is a change in temperature, evaluate the ability of the buzzer alarm to provide sound notifications when a temperature deviation occurs and evaluate the speed of sending temperature deviation notification messages via Whatsapp. The test is carried out in two conditions, namely above and below the required temperature range, namely the first condition or temperature above the required range, and the second condition or temperature below the required range. The results of the first and second tests at two different temperature conditions show that the buzzer alarm can function properly when there is a temperature deviation. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the temperature display of the buzzer alarm changes and sounds when there is a change in temperature during the challenge test. Deviation notifications are sent via Whatsapp every time a deviation occurs but experience a delay, with the longest delay time being the FS chiller."
