"Tenun Ikat Sintang merupakan salah satu produk tradisional yang keberadaannyaterancam punah. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana strategi masyarakat Sintangdan pemerintah daerah merespon ancaman ini melalui kebijakan dan kerja sama dalampengembangan produk tenun ikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denganmelakukan wawancara dan pengamatan di lapangan serta didukung dengan studikepustakaan. Subyek penelitian adalah para perajin, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, danPemerintah Daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan berjalandengan baik dan diperlukan keterlibatan pihak lain seperti yayasan dan Pemerintah Daerah.Walaupun pengembangan telah dilakukan, masih ada hambatan yang belum terselesaikanterutama dalam penyediaan bahan baku dari tumbuh-tumbuhan alam yang ada di hutandan dalam bidang pemasaran yang disebabkan tingginya biaya produksi sehingga membuatharga tenun ikat menjadi mahal."

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) achieves product design by choosing and defining factors that can be qualitatively argued. The aim of design is to match needs in new and innovative ways. In this perspective, the QFD aims to evaluate the quality of a design process. TRIZ is a design methodology that aims at defining and overcoming some critical issues that can affect the development of a product, by means of potential innovative solutions. In this paper, QFD and TRIZ analysis were adopted in order to validate a design method for direct open molds by means of a new strategy: hybrid manufacturing can reduce production time, use of material, and energy and waste consumption, employing subtractive and additive techniques efficiently combined."

"Tenun ikat Sintang is one of the traditional products whose existence is threatenedwith extinction. The purpose of this study explains how Sintang community’s strategiesand local governments respond to these threats through policy and cooperation in thedevelopment of weaving products. This study used library method and fieldobservations. Interviews were conducted with artisans, private organizations (NGO) andlocal governments. The results of this study were variety of efforts such as the developmentof human resources artisans, provision of raw materials, product diversification, the provisionof the means of production and marketing. In order for this strategy to work well it needed theintervention of authorities and institution such as non-governmental organizations suchand the local government. Despite efforts towards the developmen had been done,the problems still remain especially in the supply of raw materials on natural resources inthe forest as well as marketing as the effect of high production costs that make the Ikatweaving more expensive."

"Pengukuran kinerja berbasis Balanced Scorecard (BSC) belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan berskala kecil menengah yakni pengukuran kinerja yang sederhana dan mampu mendorong karyawan untuk menyelaraskan perilaku mereka dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendapatkan suatu usulan perbaikan terhadap pengukuran kinerja berbasis BSC agar lebih sesuai untuk diimplementasikan di perusahaan berskala kecil menengah di Indonesia. Usulan perbaikan yang diajukan merupakan kombinasi dari tiga metode yakni TOPSIS-AHP, Total Performance Scorecard, dan Pay for Performance. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penerimaan karyawan, tingkat penerimaan karyawan lebih baik terhadap pengukuran kinerja yang baru. Dengan demikian, usulan perbaikan ini diharapkan lebih sesuai untuk kebutuhan perusahaan berskala kecil menengah di Indonesia.

BSC based - performance measurement has not fitted the needs of small medium enterprises which are simple yet able to encourage employees to allign their behaviour with company's objective. This research is intended to get an improvement proposal upon BSC based ? performance measurement that more suitable to be implemented in Indonesian small medium enterprise. The improvement proposal is combination of three methods which are TOPSIS - AHP, Total Performance Scorecard, and Pay for Performance.

Based on employees acceptance test, it is concluded that the employees acceptance towards the new performance measurement is better. Therefore, this improvement proposal is expected to be more suitable with the needs of Indonesian small medium enterprises."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen penyimpanan obat di Instalasi Logistik Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif melalui pengamatan langsung, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara mendalam kepada informan terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada faktor-faktor input dan proses yang belum terlaksana dengan baik, sehingga berakibat kepada hasil penyimpanan seperti kualitas (mutu) obat yang belum optimal. Disarankan faktor-faktor yang menunjang manajemen penyimpanan dapat ditingkatkan seperti SDM, anggaran, prosedur, formulir/dokumen, sarana dan prasarana, penyusunan obat, serta stock opname.

This study aims to determine the drug storage management in the Logistics Installation of Children and Maternity Harapan Kita Hospital in 2014. This research was conducted by using qualitative approach with descriptive design through direct observations, documents learning, and in-depth interviews with related informants.The results showed flawed input factors and processes which resulted in storage outcomes such as the quality of medicinal drugs not optimal or change in medicinal drugs? quality like damaged syrup?s packaging. It is suggested that the supporting factors such as human resources, budget, procedure, forms/documents, facilities and infrastructure, drugs? organization, and stock opname be improved."
