"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, industri event di Indonesia berkembang pesat seiring meningkatnya wisatawan mancanegara dan banyaknya event internasional. Hal ini menciptakan kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja profesional yang mampu mengelola event secara efektif. Dyandra Academy sebagai lembaga pendidikan non-formal memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM di bidang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas program kelas Dyandra Academy dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta di bidang event management, serta mengidentifikasi aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan lima responden, terdiri dari peserta, pemateri, dan penyelenggara kelas. Pedoman wawancara disusun berdasarkan indikator pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dasar peserta melalui pembelajaran interaktif. Meskipun praktik terbatas, peserta tetap dapat mengaplikasikan materi secara langsung dalam event, yang berdampak pada peningkatan keterampilan. Beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan meliputi durasi pelatihan, praktik teknis, dan evaluasi terstruktur. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kurikulum Dyandra Academy dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas SDM di industri event yang kompetitif.
In recent years, the event industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, driven by an increase in international tourist arrivals and the growing number of international events hosted in the country. This growth has created a high demand for professional human resources capable of managing events effectively. Dyandra Academy, as a non- formal educational institution, holds great potential in enhancing human resource competencies in this field. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Dyandra Academy’s class program in improving participants' knowledge and skills in event management, as well as to identify aspects that need further development. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method involving five respondents, including participants, instructors, and program organizers. The interview guidelines were structured based on indicators of knowledge and skills development. The analysis indicates that the program is fairly effective in enhancing participants' fundamental knowledge through interactive learning. Although practical sessions are limited, participants were still able to apply the materials directly in real event settings, which contributed to skill development. Areas that require improvement include the extension of training duration, enhancement of technical practice, and implementation of a more structured evaluation system. This research offers recommendations for curriculum development at Dyandra Academy and contributes to the improvement of human resource quality in the increasingly competitive event industry."
