Abstrak :
Dalam pelaksanaan otonomi daerah kesiapan sumber daya Iokal termasuk sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan suatu prasyarat yang harus dipenuhi. Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu lembaga yang berperan penting dalam penyiapan SDM Sejalan dengan hai tersebut, Fakultas Teknik - Universitas Tirtayasa (FT-Untirta) sebagai sebuah lembaga pcndidikan tinggi teknik di protinsi Banten mendapat tantangan yang lebih berat di masa mendatang. Untuk itu diperlukan perbaikan yang terus menerus dalam pengelolaannya terutama dalam sistem manajemen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengkaji sistem manajemen yang diterapkan di FT-Untirta. Acuan yang digunakan dalam kajian tersebut adalah kriteria-kriteria pada Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBQNA) dan Badan Akreditasi Nasional-Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). Di dalam penelitian ini, data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan FT-Umirta diperoleh dari dokumentasi yang tersedia. Selain itu, sebagai pelengkap, juga disusun kuesioner. Dari penelitian diperoleh beberapa kesesuaian antara kriteria MBQNA dan BAN-PT daiam hal : Faculty and Staff Focus; Educational and Support Process Management; dan Organizational Pedormance Result _ MBQNA mempunyai cakupan yang lebih Iuas. Kriteria yang tidal: terdapat pada BAN-PT adalah : Leadership dan Strategic Planning. Kekurangan BAN- PT untuk kedua hal tersebut diatasi dengan metoda Hoshin Kanri. Dalam penyusunan strategic planning diaunnkan metoda Hoshin Kanri. Keunggulan Hoshin Kanri terletak pads penentuan fokus dalam rencana jangka panjaun dan menengah serta penjabarannya (deployment) di dalam program kerja.
One of the conditions for the implementation of 'Region Autonomy' concept is the readiness of local resources. Human resources is one of the resources should be prepared. University has an important role for human resources development In regard of the region autonomy, Engineering Faculty of Tirtayasa University (FT-Untirta) as engineering education institution in Province of Banten will get more challenge in the fixture. For that reason, a continuous improvement in the management system of the faculty is needed. The aim of the study is to elucidate the application of the management system in FT-Untirta. Criteria from Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBQNA) and National Accreditation Board for Universities (BAN-PT) is applied as reference for evaluation. Data and information for the study are obtained from the existing faculty documents. In addition of that, to get more comprehensive information a set of questioner are prepared and distributed. From the study can be concluded that there are good agreement between MBQNA and BAN-PT in some aspect especially in the following criteria : Faculty and Staff Focus; Educational and Support Process Management; and Organizational Performance Result. But, it is also found that Leadership and Strategic Planning criteria are not exist in the criteria's of BAN-PT. The lack of these criteria for BAN-PT has been overcome by application of Hoshin Kanri method. Hoshin Kanri method has been applied for strategic planning development Hoshin Kanri method has advantages in determining focus for long-term and medium-term planning and its deployment for current activity.

Studi ini merupakan meta-analisis yang bertujuan untuk memetakan penelitian mengenai Enterprise Risk Management periode waktu tahun 1992 hingga 2022. Sampel sebanyak 638 artikel jurnal diambil dari database SCOPUS dan dilakukan analisis bibliometric dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman R dan package bibliometrix. Kemudian Analisis konten dilakukan secara manual terhadap 10 studi yang paling banyak mendapatkan sitasi sehingga penulis menemukan bahwa terdapat 4 sub-topik yang menjadi bahasan utama dalam topik ERM. Pertama, sub-topik yang membahas mengenai kerangka ERM yang dibahas dalam 4 artikel jurnal. Kedua, sub-topik determinan implementasi ERM dibahas dalam 1 artikel jurnal, tingkat kematangan ERM yang dibahas dalam 2 jurnal, dan efektivitas implementasi ERM yang dibahas dalam 2 jurnal. Secara garis besar, studi dengan topik ERM mempunyai kecenderungan yaitu: 1) merekomendasikan penekanan terhadap risiko secara kualitatif. 2) keberadaan sumber daya manusia professional dalam bidang manajemen risiko memiliki dampak positif terhadap penerapan ERM.
......This study is a meta-analysis that aims to map research on Enterprise Risk Management for the period 1992 to 2022. A sample of 638 journal articles was taken from the SCOPUS database and bibliometric analysis was carried out using the R programming language and the bibliometric package. Then content analysis was carried out manually on the 10 studies that received the most citations so that the authors found that there were 4 subtopics which became the main discussion on the ERM topic. First, the sub-topics that discuss the ERM framework are discussed in 4 journal articles. Second, the sub-topic of determinants of ERM implementation is discussed in 1 journal article, the maturity level of ERM is discussed in 2 journals, and the effectiveness of ERM implementation is discussed in 2 journals. In general, studies on the topic of ERM have tendencies, namely: 1) to recommend a qualitative emphasis on risk. 2) the existence of professional human resources in the field of risk management has a positive impact on the implementation of ERM.

Persaingan dunia usaha menuntut agar setiap perusahaan harus bisa meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia, salah satu cara dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia tersebut adalah melalui penerapan TQM. Data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden di PT Socfin Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketepatan model yang digunakan, diuji dengan koefisien determinasi, pengujian Hipotesis secara parsial digunakan uji T dan pembuktian hipotesis secara bersama sama digunakan uji F. dari hasil penelitian ternyata peran pimpinan memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kualitas SDM, dan aspek organisasi memiliki pengaruh palling kecil terhadap kualitas SDM.

ABSTRACT
Digitalization offers the new direction in creating opportunities for business to support national economic growth. Indonesia, as the rising star in Southeast Asia emerging market, shows a promising employment prospect along with the increasing growth of digital savvy Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs). There is a growing need for SMEs to understand Talent Management (TM) better and optimize the digital economy potential in Indonesia. Nonetheless, TM in SMEs is still under research in Indonesia since most of the Human Resource Management studies were conducted in well-established large enterprises. Accordingly, this study aims to explore TM, especially in digital-savvy SMEs that using internet platforms in their business. By using cluster analysis, this study presents the pattern of TM issues: attract, select, develop and retain key talented employees. This exploratory study involved CEOs and managers of digital-savvy SMEs in Jakarta, Bandung and Yogyakarta. This study also aims to map the awareness of SMEs in harnessing the demographic growth of the young population in Indonesia. In addition, early identification of TM challenges - related to digital-savvy concern will contribute not only to the SMEs in scaling up their business, but also newly stage entrepreneurs who are commencing their start-ups and attracting new talents. As part of the discussion, this study proposed a perspective that the digital economy will produce the New Working Life employment in the nearly future which entails the more flexible time, place, work tasks and social interaction which might answer the geographical challenges of the archipelago in Indonesia.
