Abstrak :
ABSTRAK Rumah susun merupakan salah satu alternatif terbaik di bidang perumahan dan permukiman bagi upaya menata kota Jakarta. Pembangunan rumah susun selain merupakan usaha meningkatkan daya tampung lahan permukiman yang ada untuk mengimbangi partambahan penduouk yang terlampau tinggi, sekaligus bertujuan untuk menghindari berkembangnya daerah kumuh yang sering timbul akibat mendesaknya kebutuhan masyarakat akan perumahan dengan penggunaan lahan yang tidak menurut aturan. Berdasarkan pemahaman permasalahan, maka tujuan penelitian inl adalah untuk mengetahui faktor psikologis apa saja yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam merencanakan lingkungan rumah susun sistem modul; sedangkan hipotesis peneiitian ini memperkirakan bahwa aspek psikologi lingkungan yang berpengaruh dalam rumah susun sisiem modul meliputi 4 kondisi utama, yaitu kondisi karakter penghuni, kondisi lingkungan fisik fisiologis, kondisi kemudahan berperilaku dan kondisi psikologis.

Abstract "Rumah susun" orlow-cost apartment is an alternative in the residential sector as an effort to restructure Jakarta City as an urban area. Low-cost apartment development not only improve the carrying capacity of the land, it can avoid the development of slum areas due to the pressing needs of the rapidly growing population. Due to this matter, the research focuses to know which psychological aspect must be considered in the module System of low-cost apartment development. Assumption has been made through research hypotheses. The hypotheses is predicting that there are four dominant conditions which influence environmental psychological aspect in the development of module system low-cost apartment; those are the condition of residents characteristic, condition of easiness to behave, physiological condition, and psychological condition.

Abstrak :
Suzuki Shosan as a former of Tokugawa emperor official that later become Budhism priest with Zen religious sect is teaching Zein theoology by not leaving the material world. According to Shosan, human must believe that his work is Budhism practice so they have to done it truly and honest. Ishida Baigan is the founder of Shingaku sect. One of his teaching is to live a simple life and devoted completely on the duty or occupation. The value of the two figure is decanted in Japanese management, which is gemba kaizen that majoring on the common sense and low cost.

Tesis ini membahas dampak masuknya maskapai berbiaya murah low-cost carrier terhadap perubahan jumlah penumpang internasional pada rute-rute penerbangan internasional di kawasan Asia Tenggara dan Asia Timur. Dengan memanfaatkan data dari 30 bandara internasional di Asia Timur dan Asia Tenggara serta analisis fixed-effect, penelitian ini mampu membuktikan bahwa masuknya maskapai tersebut mampu meningkatkan jumlah penumpang internasional secara signifikan. Namun demikian, dampak positif ini akan sedikit terkoreksi ketika jarak antara bandara asal dan bandara tujuan semakin jauh. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa bertambahnya jumlah maskapai berbiaya murah pada rute-rute internasional jarak pendek mampu meningkatkan jumlah penumpang dengan signifikan

ABSTRACT
This master thesis studies the impact of low cost carrier LCC on the change of international air passenger movements in Southeast Asia and East Asia. By using data of 30 major international airports in Southeast Asia and East Asia and employing fixed effect model, this research is successful in finding the fact that LCC entry causes number of international air passenger to increase significantly. This impact however, is moderated as distance between origin and destination airports becomes longer. Furthermore, it is found that additional LCC company is effective to increase number of international air passenger for relatively short distance route

Abstrak :
Sekitar sepuluh tahun lalu tren pengguna jasa 3PL oleh perusahaan-perusahaan telah meningkat. Dikarenakan kebutuhan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan profit tinggi dengan biaya yang rendah. Dengan bantuan 3PL, perusahaam-perusahaan dapat mengatasi hal tersebut dengan cara meminimalisasikan biaya untuk inventory dan juga shipment dari keseluruhan operasional supply chain. Total Field adalah sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa 3PL di Malaysia, yang memasuki bidang warehousing pada tahun 2007. Sebagai perusahaan yang belum matang, TFL perlu meminimalisasikan biaya operasionalnya. Pada sisi lain, TFL juga sudah mendapatkan teguran dari pelanggan mereka dalam hal keterlambatan pengiriman barang. Dalam penelitian ini, sebuah metode heuristic Travelling Salesman Problem digunakan untuk menentukan rute terpendek order picking di dalam gudang. Kemudian metode ini dikemabangkan menjadi sebuah pemrograman yang dapat digunakan perusahaan secara nyata. Setelah mengolah data yang didapatkan, dapat dilihat bahwa dengan menggunakan metode ini, jarak rute order picking menjadi lebih pendek sebesar lebih dari 20%. Maka Apabila jarak berkurang, secara otomatis waktu yang diperlukan untuk order picking juga akan berkurang.

The 3PL users in such industries and companies have increased for the last decade especially in South East Asia. Because companies are striving to get bigger profits with lower costs. With the help of 3PL, companies can achieve that goal by reducing the inventory and also shipment cost for the whole supply chain activities. Total Field is a 3PL provider in Malaysia which started to venture the field of warehousing in 2007. As a new company by itself, TFL also have the need to reduce their operating cost to get higher profit. On the other hand, TFL already have complains of late delivery services for the customers. In this paper, a heuristic method of travelling salesman problem is used to determine the shortest route for each order picking in the warehouse. Why minimize the order picking route? Because 63% of the total cost from the warehouse operation is consumed by order picking. Then in this paper it is developed into a program that the company can use in real situations when delivery order comes. Afterwards, a set of data was processed using the model that has been built. It shows that just with using this heuristic method, the distance travelled is decreased to more than 20%. With the decreasing distance, no doubt that the time needed for order picking will also be minimized.
