ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko dan rencana pengendalian pada proses pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa oleh Unit Layanan Pengadaan Kementerian Luar Negeri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui focus group discussion dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik risiko yaitu Kelompok Kerja ULP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa oleh ULP termasuk dalam kategori risiko sedang dan memiliki 39 tiga puluh sembilan risiko yang terdiri dari 5 lima risiko termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, 30 tiga puluh risiko termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dan 4 empat risiko termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Respon yang dipilih untuk mengurangi terjadinya risiko yaitu mengurangi tingkat kemungkinan, mengurangi tingkat dampak, dan kombinasi dari kedua respon tersebut.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to analyze the risk and control plan in supplier selection process of goods services by Procurement Services Unit at Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The method used in this research is qualitative method with case study approach. Data are collected through focus group discussion and questionnaires to the risk owner Working Group of Procurement Services Unit . The result of this research is the supplier selection process of goods services by procurement services unit included in moderate risk category and have 39 risks consist of 5 risk in high category, 30 risks in medium category, and 4 risks in low category. Selected responses to reduce the risk are reducing the level of likelihood, reducing the level of consequences, and the combination of both responses.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko, kemungkinan terjadinya dan dampaknya, serta respon dan rencana pengendalian pada pengelolaan aset tetap di Badan Pengelola Aset Daerah BPAD Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara secara mendalam dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik risiko pada fungsi yang terkait perencanaan, pengadaan, dan penatausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengadaan, dan penatausahaan termasuk kategori risiko sedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa perencanaan memiliki 8 risiko, pengadaan memiliki 41, sedangkan penatausahaan memiliki 11 risiko. Respon yang dipilih untuk mengurangi risiko pada perencanaan adalah dengan mengurangi dampak dan mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya, pada pengadaan adalah dengan mengurangi dampak, sedangkan pada penatausahaan adalah dengan mengurangi dampak serta mengurangi dampak dan kemungkinan terjadinya risiko.Kata kunci: Manajemen risiko; pengelolaan aset tetap; rencana pengendalian risiko; risiko; Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to analyze the risk, the probability of occurrence and its impact, also response and control plan in fixed asset management in Local Government Asset Management Agency of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. This study used a qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection is done through in depth interview and questionnaires to the risk owner in association with plan, procurement, and administration function. The results showed that planning, procurement, and administration included in medium risk category. The results identified that planning has 8 risks, procurement has 41 risks, while administration has 11 risks. Selected responses to reduce the risk in planning are reducing the likelihood level and reducing the consequences level, in procurement is reducing the consequences level, while in administration are reducing the consequences level and the combination of both responses.

Abstrak :
These proceedings include a collection of papers on a range of topics presented at the 12th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management (WCEAM) in Brisbane, 2-4 August 2017. Effective strategies are required for managing complex engineering assets such as built environments, infrastructure, plants, equipment, hardware systems and components. Following the release of the ISO 5500x set of standards in 2014, the 12th WCEAM addressed important issues covering all aspects of engineering asset management across various sectors including health. The topics discussed by the congress delegates are grouped into a number of tracks, including strategies for investment and divestment of assets, operations and maintenance of assets, assessment of assets health conditions, risk and vulnerability, technologies, and systems for management of assets, standards, education, training and certification.
