Abstrak :
Menyediakan kualitas layanan yang baik merupakan cara bagi penyedia jasa logistik untuk menjaga kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan Logistik - Logistics Service Quality (LSQ), dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan (CS) dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (CL). Model konseptual didapatkan dari studi literatur kemudian dikembangkan, dan validasi telah dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan para ahli logistik. Target responden dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bekerja sama dengan perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik. Survei dilakukan untuk memperoleh data dan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan bahwa ada hubungan antara Kualitas Layanan Logistik, dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. ......Providing good quality services is one way logistics service providers can maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study is aimed to explore the relation between Logistics Services Quality (LSQ), Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL). The conceptual model is obtained from literature study then it is developed and validated through semi-structured interviews with logistics experts. The target respondents are companies that work with logistics service providers. The survey was conducted to attain data and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method was used to analyse the data to a further stage. The results from this study indicate the relation between Logistics Services Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.

Abstrak :
Tol Laut adalah infrastruktur maritim yang menghubungkan wilayah Barat dan Timur Indonesia berupa ketersediaan kapal laut angkutan barang yang rutin dan terjadwal. Tujuan Tol Laut adalah menjamin kesediaan barang, mengurangi disparitas harga barang, dan menjamin kelangsungan angkutan barang dari dan ke daerah tertinggal, terpencil, terluar, dan perbatasan. Walau telah banyak pencapaian sejak diimplementasikan tahun 2015, analisis atas data kinerja 2016 - 2020 menunjukkan bahwa faktor beban muatan balik Tol Laut hanya 16%. Evaluasi para pemangku kepentingan Tol Laut tahun 2020, mengidentifikasikan bahwa volume kargo balik dan utilitas kapal rendah. Di lain pihak, Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia no. 26 tahun 2012 menetapkan perlu dibangun sistem e-logistik untuk menangani logistik domestik dan internasional. Walau sistem e-logistik internasional sudah tersedia pada saat penelitian ini, sistem e-logistik domestik belum direalisasikan. Physical Internet (PI) adalah inovasi penting yang berpotensi merevolusi industri logistik dengan cara mengatasi Gejala Tidak Berkelanjutan Logistik Global, seperti kemasan kosong atau angkutan bermuatan kosong. Penelitian ini mengkaji rekomendasi sejumlah penelitian yang dilakukan Uni Eropa (EU) sehubungan implementasi PI di negara anggota EU. Hasil kajian lalu diadaptasikan pada rancangan sistem e-logistik berbasis PI (SELPI) yang memiliki kemampuan meningkatkan faktor beban muatan balik Tol Laut. Selanjutnya rancangan SELPI ini akan ditinjau menggunakan Tabel Manfaat Bisnis SI/TI Generik dan Kerangka Kesejahteraan Digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengusulkan rancangan SELPI dan melakukan identifikasi manfaat ekonomi rancangan SELPI ......Tol Laut is maritime infrastructure connecting Indonesia’s western and eastern regions in the form of availability of regular and scheduled sea freight. Tol Laut aims to guaranteeing availability of household goods, narrowing disparity of commodity prices, and ensuring continuity of sea freight to and from Indonesia’s underdeveloped, desolate, outermost, and border regions. Despite many achievements since inception in 2015, analysis of 2016 - 2020 reports shows that Tol Laut average return cargo load factor is only 16%. Evaluation conducted by Tol Laut stakeholders in 2020 identified that return cargo and ship utilization is low. On the other hand, Regulation of the President of Republic of Indonesia no. 26 year 2012 stipulated the need to build e-logistics systems to manage domestic- and international-bound logistics. Whilst international-bound logistics e-logistics systems have been developed at the time of this research, such system for domestic-bound logistics is yet to be developed. Physical Internet (PI) is an important innovation that has the potential of revolutionizing logistics through meeting the Global Logistics Sustainability Grand Challenge, such as empty packaging or empty travel. This paper examines recommendations published by studies carried out by the European Union (EU) on PI implementation in EU member countries. The result of the study is then adapted into PI-based e-logistics system (SELPI) design featuring capabilities to improve Tol Laut return cargo load factor. Further, the benefits of SELPI design is then reviewed applying the Generic IS/IT Business Value Table and Digital Prosperity framework. The objectives of this research are to propose design of SELPI and to identify the economic benefits of SELPI design.

AEC (Asean Economic Community) 2015 menimbulkan beberapa tantangan dalam industri logistik. Oleh karenanya diperlukan peranan dan penerapan layanan IoT (Internet of Things) untuk meningkatkan daya saing, yaitu berupa implementasi layanan smart logistic transport. Tesis ini mengusulkan model implementasi smart logistic transport di Indonesia yang berfokus pada sistem cold supply chain. Tesis ini bertujuan melakukan analisis ekonomi teknik dalam bentuk analisis komparatif layanan smart logistic transport terkait pemilihan teknologi jaringan 2G/3G/4G dan fitur MDVR yang dibedakan menjadi Skenario 1-2-3. Sedangkan pengembangan model implementasi didapatkan setelah melakukan wawancara dengan application customers,technological vendors,regulator & network provider. Berdasarkan trial implementasi smart logistic transport bulan September – Oktober 2015 dengan analisis ekonomi teknik, didapatkan layanan not feasible hanya pada skenario 3 untuk unit "CD6", di jaringan 4G. Hal ini terkait masih mahal dan belum banyak tersedianya modul m2m gateway dan MDVR teknologi jaringan 4G. Sehingga diperlukan jumlah minimum truk "CD6" dan "Fuso" pada tiap skenario agar implementasi menjadi feasible. Untuk model implementasi layanan terdiri atas 11 fitur, yaitu 2 fitur basic dan 9 fitur advanced. Dikarenakan bisnis proses yang dinamis maka konsumen membutuhkan fitur advanced yang lebih spesifik di masa akan datang. Dengan melihat peluang tersebut maka local content developer dapat menciptakan dan mengembangkan fitur yang relevan. ......Asean Economic Community 2015 has been creating more challenges in logistics industries in Indonesia. The implementation of IoT in logistic services is needed for increasing competitiveness leading to the establishment of so-called "smart logistic transport". We propose the implementation model of the Indonesian Smart Logistic Transport, by focusing on cold supply chain system. We have conducted an engineering economic analysis of the smart logistics transport, in relation with the mobile network platform of 2G, 3G, 4G. Development of the implementation model is completed by conducting in-depth interviews with the application customers, technological vendors, regulator and network provider. Based on implementation trial in September-October 2015 and engineering economic analysis, we have found that Smart Logistic Transport is not feasible only on scenario 3 for "CD6" at 4G network. Such condition is caused by the expensive price of 4G’s M2M gateway module and MDVR. Therefore, it requires the minimum amount of implemented truck to make implementation feasible. Our proposed model has signified 11 features, i.e. 2 basic feature and 9 advanced features, formulating the Indonesian smart logistics transport system. Due to the dynamic business process, customers may need specific advanced features in the future. By taking such opportunity, Indonesian local content developer can work to develop any relevant application features, which is needed by the logistic companies in the near future.

Data dikmnpulkau melalui survey yang dilakukan te(hadap mahasiswa Magister Manajemen Universitas Indonesi L Analisa jalur digunakan untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel di dalam model yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa model penerimaan teknologi dan teori difusi inovasi relevan untuk adopsi belanja online, dimana ;Hm;:eiwd usefulness, perceived ease of use, word of mouth. dan behavioral intention berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap actual use belanja online. ......This study present an extended technology of acceptance model (TAM) that integrates innovation diffusion theory, perceived risk, trust, and word of month into TAM model to investigate what determines online shopping adoption. Data was collected from a survey of student of Magister Manajemen, University of Indonesia. Path analysis was used to evaluate the causal effect among variables within proposed model. The finding of this study confirm that technology of acceptance model and innovation diffusion theory is relevant for online shopping adoption 1rhere perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, word of mouth, and behavioral intention significantly affected actual use of online shopping.
