Abstrak :
Penerapan otomasi di perpustakaan dapat menimbulkan dampak yang sangat luas, terutama pada sistem kerja, perubahan manajerial organisasi, serta tanggapan pegawai, maupun tanggapan pemustaka. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari pegawai perpustakaan Nasional RI terhadap implementasi Sistem Informasi perpustakaan, maka peneliti termotivasi untuk melakukan kajian penerimaan para pegawai terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi tersesbut. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penggabungan dari model UTAUT Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology ), model integratif multi level abstraksi, serta menggabungkan model Task Technology Fit dan symbolic adoption. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penerimaan yang dapat mempengaruhi pegawai dalam menggunakan Sistem informasi perpustakaan. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) dan melakukan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa faktor kualitas informasi (Information Quality) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan atas perolehan informasi (Information Satisfaction) sebesar (CR : 9.982 dan P : 0.000), serta Kapuasan perolehan informasi (Information Satisfaction) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harapan pegawai atas performa (Performance Expectancy) sistem INLIS sebesar (CR : 8.367 dan P : 0.000). Adapun faktor yang memiliki pengaruh positif secara lansung terhadap mental penerimaan pegawai (Symbolic Adoption) dalam mengadopsi sistem INLISadalah harapan atas performa sistem INLIS (Performance Expectancy) sebesar (CR : 2.024 dan P : 0.043) dan faktor harapan upaya pengguna sistem INLIS (Effort Expectancy) sebesar (CR : 3.348 dan P : 0.000). Selain itu pula terdapat faktor Technology Characteristic yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Task Technology Fit sebesar (CR : 3.716 dan P : 0.000).

Abstrak :
This study examines the usefulness and user acceptance as well as the ease and acceptance of users who are using version 2.7 UNSLA in sebelas maret university surakarta. In this study the authors used a quantitative method that a study was conducted to determine one aspect of the research objectives widely used in data collection techniques although pengambilan samples. In quantitative research, the results may apply generally to all target areas of research. Results of the research that the usefulness factor (preceived usefulness) have significant positive effect on user acceptance (user acceptance) and usability factors (perceived ease of use) has a significant positive effect on user acceptance (user acceptance). Thus, the library staff and library employes in the UNS believes that the information system useful for their work can affect the improvement of their work can affect the improvement of their acceptance of such system.
