......Instance segmentation of 3D point cloud is possible to perform the segmentation of 3D object shape and to differentiate instances on similar semantic class. Urban Area's large-scale 3D point cloud instance segmentation has its own challenges, namely large-scale instance forms and is more diverse, compared to indoor 3D point clouds. This study proposed optimization of 3D point cloud instance segmentation in largescale urban areas by enhancing the patching method by using overlapping method and modifying the HAIS backbone section with 3D U-Net Attention ASPP Sparse CNN (the proposed method). The experiments and evaluations will be carried out on HAIS model with baseline method from STPLS3D and our proposed method. Based on our experimental results, was found by using patching method 50 size overlapping and modification of the HAIS backbone with 3D U-Net Attention ASPP Sparse CNN (evaluation results of AP = 48.78, AP50 = 60.45 and AP25 = 65.33) has trend to increase the performance of HAIS method which is better than the baseline method (evaluation results AP = 44.83, AP50 = 56.48 and AP25.

ABSTRACT
Beam-column joint is part of the building which get large load like moment, shear or axial that design based code at the time. In Indonesia, PBI 1971 and SK SNI T15-1991-03 applied on 1971 and 1991. In other hand, beam-column joint behave semirigid indicated by degradation of stiffness and formed of rotation after crack at the beam. This study made to check trend of difference from strength, stiffnes and ductility than characteristics of semirigidity beam-column joint designed by both of code. In this study made experiment on specimen and analysis of its results and than made a modelling and numerik analysis use Drain-2DX. Results of the analysis show that design use SK SNI T-15-1991-03 more than 30% design use PBI 1971 for strength and stiffness than have ductility more than 5 for both. Morever, for semirigidity of joint, rotation, moment and stiffness of rotation designed by SK SNI T-15-1991-03 have a tendency more than PBI 1971. From experimental and numerical show that strength, stiffnes, ductility and Semirigidity designed by SNI-T-15-1991-03 more than designed by PBI 1991.

The LNCS journal Transactions on large-scale data- and knowledge-centered systems focuses on data management, knowledge discovery, and knowledge processing, which are core and hot topics in computer science. Since the 1990s, the Internet has become the main driving force behind application development in all domains. An increase in the demand for resource sharing across different sites connected through networks has led to an evolution of data- and knowledge-management systems from centralized systems to decentralized systems enabling large-scale distributed applications providing high scalability. Current decentralized systems still focus on data and knowledge as their main resource. Feasibility of these systems relies basically on P2P (peer-to-peer) techniques and the support of agent systems with scaling and decentralized control. Synergy between grids, P2P systems, and agent technologies is the key to data- and knowledge-centered systems in large-scale environments. This, the seventh issue of transactions on large-scale data- and knowledge-centered systems, contains five revised selected regular papers on the following topics: data management, data streams, service-oriented computing, abstract algebraic frameworks, RDF and ontologies, and conceptual model frameworks.

The COVID-19 pandemic has occurred throughout the world, and also in Indonesia. Apart from causing casualties, this pandemic also caused losses in various sectors. The government try to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by implementing various policies such as the large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy, as well as other related policies. However, this policy has not been effective in view of the level of the spread of COVID-19 which has not decreased. Lack of public awareness is the cause of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. For this reason, this study examines the effect of social support and social trust on the efficacy response to COVID-19 using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. This factor was chosen because social support is an important aspect of the life of Indonesian society. This research was conducted on formal and informal workers, because workers are still required to have activities outside the home. The results show that social support and social trust are more influential on formal workers than informal workers. Strategy recommendations are compiled based on literature studies. After that, the weighting was done by using a relationship matrix. The results of the relationship matrix are seven prioritized strategies for formal workers, and three prioritized strategies for informal workers.
