Abstrak :
Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yakni variabel disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Jabatan Fungsional Auditor Inspektorat Jenderal Kemendikbud dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data survei yakni membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 58 auditor Itjen Kemendikbud. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh disiplin kerja adalah sebesar 79,7% secara kuat, positif, dan searah mempengaruhi kinerja auditor di Itjen Kemendikbud. Dengan demikian, apabila terjadi peningkatan pada disiplin kerja maka terjadi pula peningkatan pada kinerja auditor. ......There are two variables used in this research; Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The intention of this research is to analysis how far is the influence of work discipline on employee performance of Auditor in the Itjen of Ministry of Education office. This research uses quantitative approach with technic data collection by questionnaire survey. The sample of the population in this research are 58 samples. This research has found that there are a positive, direct, and strong effect of work discipline to employee performance with the number of percentage 79,7% in the Itjen Kemendikbud office. In this sense, a high standards of work discipline can play an important role to improve employee performance quality.
