Penelitian analitik dengan metode kualitatif dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan telaah data bertujuan menganalisis alur proses pelayanan laboratorium pasien UGD RS. Masmitra dan membuat usulan rancangan perbaikan setelah menerapkan konsep Lean Thinking

Pada Current State Value Stream Map didapati 39% kegiatan non value-added serta 7 jenis waste dalam proses pelayanan laboratorium pasien UGD serta melalui penerapan Lean Tools diciptakan ide-ide perbaikan dalam bentuk Future State Value Stream Map dimana hanya terdapat 9% kegiatan non value-added pada proses tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penerapan konsep lean thinking sangatlah tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan laboratorium RS.Masmitra.

ABSTRACT
Initial steps to improve the quality and enhance the hospital laboratory service at Masmitra Hospital is through Lean methods which aimed then to create value by reducing errors and waiting time.

Analytical Study with qualitative methods by taking observation, interviews and documents analysis which aims to analyze the process flow of the ED patient laboratory service at Masmitra Hospital and creating the improvement after applying the concept of Lean Thinking

On the Current State Value Stream Map found 39 % of non value-added activities as well as 7 different types of waste in the process of ER patients and laboratory services through the application of Lean Tools which has created improvement ideas in the form of Future State Value Stream Map where there are only 9 % of non value- added activities to the process. Jerman mengalami peningkatan lanjut usia yang tinggi dan penerimaan imigrasi tiap tahunnya. Dengan alasan tersebut, Jerman memerlukan pekerja terampil dalam bidang keperawatan. Pada tahun 2017, Bonner Verein für Pflege- und Gesundheitsberufe e.V. mulai mengadakan program bernama Willkommen in der Pflege! (WIP), yang bertujuan untuk melatih para pencari suaka yang baru tiba dalam membantu populasi lanjut usia di Jerman. Penelitian ini membahas buku Linie 1 Pflege B2 yang digunakan dalam program WIP. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif studi dokumen, korpus data dikaji dengan pedoman pengajaran dewasa yang diklasifikasikan oleh Knowles (1976) dan kriteria keterampilan pembelajaran bahasa Jerman pada tingkat B2. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa buku Linie 1 Pflege B2 sudah sesuai dengan teknik dan hasil perilaku pengajaran dewasa serta kriteria keterampilan bahasa Jerman di tingkat B2. Buku Linie 1 Pflege B2 dapat dinyatakan sudah efektif dan efisien untuk program WIP karena sudah sesuai dengan standar piramida Miller untuk pengajaran di bidang keperawatan. ......Every year, Germany experiences a high increase in the number of senior citizens and immigrants. For this reason, Germany needs skilled workers in the nursing field. In 2017, Bonner Verein für Pflege- und Gesundheitsberufe e.V. launched a program called Willkommen in der Pflege! (WIP), which aims to train newly arrived asylum seekers in helping Germany's aging population. This research focuses on discussing the Linie 1 Pflege B2 book used in the WIP program. Based on the document study, the data was examined based on the adult teaching guidelines classified by Knowles (1976) and the criteria for German language skills at B2 level. The results of this research show that the book Linie 1 Pflege B2 is in accordance with the techniques teaching and behavioral outcome of adult learning as well as the criteria for German language skills at the B2 level. The Linie 1 Pflege B2 book can be declared effective and efficient for the WIP program, as it meets the Miller pyramid standards for teaching in the field of nursing.

Economics is one of social subjects learnt by vocational high school students.Therefore , cooperative integrated reading and composition (CJRC) could improve the students learning result at the second grade TN 1 SMK negeri 1 Padang panjang.

Contextual teaching and learning in cooperative learning of TGT strategy was used to increase science process skills and science learning outcome. The problems of this research was the low science process skills and learning outcome of the students. Type of this research was CAR. The source of data in this reseacrh were students of class VII MTS Tarbiyatun Nasyiin Pemekasan. The result of the research shows the students' science process skilss and learning outcome were increased. Contextual teaching and learning combined with cooperative learning of TGT strategy could also gain positive response.
