ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah membawa dampak pada electronic commerce e-commerce. Shopee merupakan salah satu e-commerce pendatang baru yang berhasil memasuki daftar 5 besar dengan tingkat pertumbuhan yang cepat di Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran konsumen dari Social Commerce Component SCC yang mempengaruhi penilaian kognitif dan afektif serta bagaimana penelitian tersebut menentukan minat beli pelanggan pada situs Shopee. Variabel laten yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini, diantaranya learning from forums communities, learning from ratings reviews, learning from social recommendations, cognitive appraisal affective appraisal serta purchase intention. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang berusia diatas 21 tahun, walaupun belum pernah belanja di Shopee namun pernah berbelanja online selama kurang dari satu minggu terakhir, dan sudah pernah mengunjungi situs Shopee. Desain penelitian ini bersifat konklusif deskriptif dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang dipilih yaitu nonprobability sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistical Product and Service Solution dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pembelajaran dari forum komunitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kognitif maupun afektif. Sedangkan pembelajaran dari ratings reviews memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penilaian kognitif maupun afektif. Adapun pembelajaran dari rekomendasi sosial tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap penilaian kognitif, namun memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap penilaian afektif. Selain itu, hubungan penilaian kognitif dan afektif terhadap minat beli pada situs Shopee menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.
ABSTRACT
The current technological developments have brought impact on electronic commerce e commerce. Shopee is one of e commerce platform startups and recognized in the top 5 marketplace with an increasing growth rate in Southeast Asia. This study aims to find out the consumer learning of Social Commerce Components SCC that affects the valuations of cognitive and affective and how this study determines the purchase intention of customers on the Shopee website. The latent variables used in this study are Learning from Forums Communities, Learning from Ratings Reviews, Learning from Social Recommendations, Cognitive Appraisal, Affective Appraisal and Purchase Intention. Data is collected by using survey method to the 150 respondents aged over 21 years old who have been shopping online for less than a week either on the Shoppe website or other website and have already visited the Shopee website. The design of this study is conclusive descriptive with selected sampling method is nonprobability sampling. The data is further processed by using SPSS Statistical Product and Service Solution and SmartPLS. The results shows that the Learning from Forums Communties is not related to the both valuations of cognitive and affective. In contrast, the Learning of Ratings Reviews has significantly positif impact on the valuations of cognitive and affective. The Learning of Social Recommendations has no correlation to the cognitive valuation, but has positive and significant correlation to the affective valuation. In addition, the correlation of cognitive and affective valuations on buying interest on the Shopee website shows a positive and significant result.

ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan sebab dan akibat antara peran interaksi parasosial yang terjadi di social commerce platform dalam mempengaruhi online impulse buying. Hal tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh kemunculan berbagai situs e-commerce di Indonesia, mulai dari tokopedia, bukalapak, hingga carousell.com membuat persaingan bisnis e-commerce menjadi semakin ketat. Maka dari itu perlu adanya inovasi dalam pemanfaatan fitur situs e-commerce seperti social commerce, yang merupakan inovasi e-commerce baru yang sedang dikembangkan oleh beberapa situs e-commerce di Indonesia dan merupakan kombinasi antara media social dan e-commerce. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada situs social commerce yaitu Carousell www.carousell.com salah satu Social Commerce Platform berbasis gambar yang baru saja hadir di Indonesia dalam empat tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan 211 responden namun hanya 180 responden yang layak untuk diteliti yang merupakan pengguna aktif Carosuell.com. Dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran likert, kuisioner penelitian disebarkan dengan metode convinience sampling, dan kuesioner penelitian didistribusikan melali layanan google docs. Penelitian ini meggunakan 33 indikator berdasarkan variabel penelitian. Adapun variabel-variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari Information fit-to-task, visual appeal, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, similarity, expertise, likability, parasocial interactions, impulse buying tendency, dan urge to buy impulsively. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa interaksi parasosial memberikan dampak pada kecenderungan pembelian impulsif,. Persepsi kegunaan dan juga nteraksi parasosial pada social commerce platform mempengaruhi persepsi kenikmatan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna yang selanjutnya berpengaruh terhadap dorongan untuk membeli secara impulsif,. Implikasi, batasan, dan diskusi disediakan
ABSTRACT
This study aims to investigate the cause and effect relationship between the role of parasocial interaction that occurs in the social commerce platform in affecting online impulse buying. This is motivated by the emergence of various e commerce sites in Indonesia, ranging from tokopedia, bukalapak, to carousell.com make e commerce business competition becomes more stringent. Therefore it is necessary to innovate in the utilization of ecommerce site features such as social commerce, which is a new e commerce innovation that is being developed by several e commerce sites in Indonesia and is a combination of social media and e commerce. This research was conducted on the social commerce site Carousell www.carousell.com one of the Social Commerce Platform based image that has just been present in Indonesia in the last four years. This study managed to collect 211 respondents but only 180 respondents who deserve to be investigated who is an active user of Carosuell.com. By using the Likert measurement scale, the research questionnaire was distributed by convinience sampling method, and the research questionnaire distributed by service google docs. This research uses 33 indicators based on research variables. The research variables consist of information fit to task, visual appeal, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, similarity, expertise, likability, parasocial interactions, impulse buying tendency, and urge to buy impulsively. The results show that parasocial interactions have an impact on the impulsive buying tendency. The perception of usability and also the parasocial nteraksi on the social commerce platform affects the perceived enjoyment perceived by the user, which further influences the impulsive buying impulse. Implications, limitations, and discussions are provided.

[Pertumbuhan social networking sites (SNSs) telah memunculkan paradigma baru dari e-commerce yang disebut social commerce (s-commerce). Social commerce merupakan cabang dari e-commerce yang memungkinkan konsumen untuk dapat saling berinteraksi dengan difasilitasi oleh media sosial maupun interaksi sosial antar konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik social commerce (s-commerce) yang terdiri dari reputation, size, information quality, transaction safety, communication, economic feasibility, WOM referrals terhadap consumer's trust dan trust performance (purchase intentions dan WOM intentions) dengan menggunakan studi kasus Groupon Indonesia yang merupakan situs s-commerce berbentuk group-buying. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah pernah membuka/browsing situs Groupon Disdus/Groupon Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2 (dua) tahun terakhir, namun belum pernah melakukan pembelian pada situs s-commerce tersebut. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputation, information quality, transaction safety dan communication tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap consumer's trust. Sedangkan, size, economic feasibility dan WOM referrals memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap consumer's trust. Kemudian, consumer's trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intentions dan WOM intentions. ......The growth of social networking sites (SNSs) has given rise to a new paradigm of e-commerce called social commerce (s-commerce). Social commerce is a subset of e-commerce which enables consumers to interact each other via social media or even by social interaction among them. Respondents of this research are those who have browsed Groupon Disdus/Groupon Indonesia site within the last two (2) years, but have never made any purchasement on this site. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to process the data. The results of this research show that reputation, information quality, safety and communication transaction have no positive effects on consumer's trust. Meanwhile, size, economic feasibility and WOM referrals have positive effects on the consumer's trust. Fokus dari laporan ini adalah untuk membahas pengaruh dari pemasaran melalui media sosial yang dilakukan oleh luxury brands terhadap ekuitas nilai, ekuitas merek, ekuitas hubungan, ekuitas konsumen, dan intensi membeli. Hasil penemuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa pemasaran melalui media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas nilai, ekuitas merek, dan ekuitas hubungan. Ekuitas nilai, ekuitas merek, dan ekuitas hubungan juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensi membeli. Untuk ekuitas konsumen, ekuitas nilai, ekuitas hubungan, dan intensi membeli menghasilkan pengaruh positif, sedangkan ekuitas merek tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap ekuitas konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu luxury brands untuk memprediksi tindakan konsumen untuk membeli di masa depan sekaligus memberikan wawasan untuk strategi pemasaran luxury brands. ...... The focus of this study is to examine the effect of social media marketing carried out by luxury brands on value equity, brand equity, relationship equity, customer equity and purchase intention. This study finds that social media marketing has positive effect on value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity. The value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity also have positive effect on purchase intention. As for customer equity, value equity, relationship equity, and purchase intention are proven to have positive effects, while brand equity shows no effect on customer equity. The findings can enable luxury brands to forecast future purchasing behaviour and provide useful insights for marketing strategies.

Destination branding dianggap sebagai aspek utama dalam penerapan konsep pemasaran dalam suatu destinasi, terutama saat peluang dalam industri pariwisata meningkat dan bertambahnya berbagai pilihan destinasi wisata. Sebelumnya, telah dibahas mengenai theoretical framework mengenai destination branding menggunakan variabel source credibility, destination image, destination attachment, dan destination satisfaction. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari destination source credibility terhadap destination satisfaction dengan mediasi destination image dan destination attachment. Penelitian ini melibatkan 302 orang responden yang sebelumnya pernah mengunjungi destinasi wisata Malang Raya dan melakukan pencarian informasi menggunakan situs dan/atau aplikasi User Generated Content UGC . Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel destination image memediasi pengaruh destination source credibility terhadap destination attachment. Destination attachment memiliki peran mediasi pada pengaruh destination image terhadap destination satisfaction. Namun, destination attachment tidak memiliki peran mediasi dalam pengaruh destination source credibility terhadap destination.
Destination branding is considered as the main aspect of destination marketing, align with the increasing opportunity in tourism industry and the development in alternative destination choices. Before, the theoretical framework of destination branding already developed, which include destination source credibility, destination image, destination attachment, and destination satisfaction. This quantitative research aims to see the effect of destination source credibility to destination satisfaction with destination image and destination attachment as mediation variable. The study involved 302 respondents who have visited Malang Raya and have done information research using site and or application of User Generated Content UGC . The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . The results of this study showed that destination image does mediate the effect of destination source credibility to destination attachment. Destination attachment does mediate the effect of destination image to destination satisfaction, but does not mediate the effect of destination source credibility to destination satisfaction.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan elektronik dari mulut ke mulut (e-WOM) baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi, yaitu kepercayaan terhadap keterlibatan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional deskriptif konklusif dan kuesioner didistribusikan secara online kepada 216 responden yang telah menghabiskan pengeluaran untuk fashion e-commerce di Indonesia. Tesis ini menggunakan analisis pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM), pengolahan data responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan LISREL 8.51. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan elektronik dari mulut ke mulut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterlibatan keputusan pembelian. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa elektronik dari mulut ke mulut juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel mediasi kepercayaan untuk mencapai keterlibatan keputusan pembelian. Penggunaan media sosial Instagram tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan keputusan pembelian jika dimediasi oleh kepercayaan. Memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keterlibatan keputusan pembelian dalam belanja konsumen dalam mode e-commerce di Indonesia dapat membantu pemasar memprediksi perilaku konsumen dalam kegiatan pemasaran produk atau perusahaan
This research was conducted to determine the effect of the use of social media Instagram and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) both directly and through mediating variables, namely confidence in the involvement of purchasing decisions. This study uses a conclusive descriptive cross-sectional method and a questionnaire distributed online to 216 respondents who have spent spending on fashion e-commerce in Indonesia. This thesis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, respondent data processing in this study uses LISREL 8.51. This research resulted in the use of social media Instagram and word of mouth have a significant influence on the involvement of purchasing decisions. Other results from this study indicate that word of mouth electronics can also be influenced by trust mediation variables to achieve purchasing decision involvement. The use of social media Instagram does not have a significant influence on the involvement of purchasing decisions if mediated by trust. Understanding the factors that can influence purchasing decision involvement in consumer spending in e-commerce mode in Indonesia can help marketers predict consumer behavior in product or company marketing activities
