Abstrak :
Tesis ini membahas tentang Evaluasi proses pelaksanaan program Rumah Antara, yang meliputi tahapan seleksi; Orientasi, Observasi, dan Penelusuran file; Asesmen; bimbingan, konseling dan terapi; Adaptasi dan Pemantapan Minat; dan Case conference. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa tahapan yang berjalan tidak efektif dalam proses pelaksanaan Rumah Antara, seperti pada tahapan seleksi, observasi, penelusuran file, asesmen, bimbingan fisik, konseling dan terapi sehingga perlu perbaikan di beberapa bagian tahapannya. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan peran dan kompetensi SDM Rumah Antara meliputi tenaga perawat, petugas piket dan pekerja sosial; kemudian menyarankan untuk menyediakan ruangan hiburan dan konseling sebagai sarana bimbingan psikososial. ......This thesis discusses the evaluation of the implementation process of Inter House programs, which includes the selection process; orientation, observation, and file tracking; assessment; guiding, counseling and therapy; adaptation and consolidation of interests; and case conference. Using qualitative research method, this study found that some programs of Inter House implementation has been not run effectively, such as in the phase of selection, observation, file tracking, assessment, physical guiding, counseling, and therapy, so it needs to be improved in some parts of the stage. Then, the study suggested to increase the role and competence of human resources of Inter House including nurses, the officer on duty and social worker; and to provide a room for entertainment and counseling as a means guiding psychosocial
