Abstrak :
Pengelolaan terhadap bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP) sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena dalam menunjang fasilitas pelayanan terhadap pasien serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Apoteker perlu memahami berbagai macam BMHP beserta fungsi dan tingkat pemakaiannya. Namun, minimnya pengenalan calon apoteker dan paparan pengetahuan secara formal mengenai BMHP dapat menyulitkan calon apoteker dalam memahami dan mengelola BMHP sedangkan hal tersebut merupakan tanggung jawab apoteker, khususnya di RSUI dengan kapasitas pasien rawat inap yang relatif tinggi, tentu akan menggunakan banyak BMHP dan perlu dikelola dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, penulis berminat untuk menelaah penggunaan kelompok BMHP umum dan set urin. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengenal berbagai macam BMHP umum dan set urin serta menganalisis laju pergerakan BMHP tersebut di Farmasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada Desember 2022 – Januari 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, studi literatur dan menghitung penggunaan BMHP oleh pasien selama dua bulan terakhir. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa BMHP umum yang paling tinggi penggunaannya adalah Disposable Syringe with Needle 1; 3; 5; 10 CC/mL, Disposable Syringe without Needle 20 CC/mL dan BMHP set urin yang banyak digunakan adalah Urine Bag 2L, Underpad 60 x 90 cm, Foley Catheter 16 FR Rusch, Pediatric Urine Collector, Female Catheter 12 FR Aximed, Kondom Kateter M, Nelaton Catheter. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa berbagai macam BMHP umum dan set urin tersebut harus dijaga persediaannya dan BMHP yang termasuk kategori slow moving dapat direalokasikan ke depo lain yang lebih membutuhkan. ......Management of consumable medical materials (BMHP) is important because it supports service facilities and improves the quality of life of patients. Pharmacists need to understand the various types of BMHP, as well as their functions and usage levels. However, the lack of knowledge and formal exposure about BMHP can make it difficult for future pharmacists to manage BMHP, meanwhile, this is the responsibility of the pharmacist, especially in RSUI with a relatively high capacity of inpatients, so a lot of BMHP need to be managed appropriately. Therefore, the author is interested in reviewing the use of general BMHP and urine sets. This paper aims to recognize various types of general BMHP and urine sets and to analyze the rate of movement of these BMHP at the Inpatient Pharmacy at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital in December 2022 – January 2023. The methods were direct observation, literature study, and calculating the use of BMHP for the last two months. The results showed that the most used BMHP was Disposable Syringe with Needle 1; 3; 5; 10 CC/mL, Disposable Syringe without Needle 20 CC/mL and BMHP urine sets were Urine Bag 2L, Underpad 60 x 90 cm, Foley Catheter 16 FR Rusch, Pediatric Urine Collector, Female Catheter 12 FR Aximed, Condom Catheter M, Nelaton Catheter. In conclusion, general BMHP and urine sets must be kept in stock and BMHP in the slow-moving category can be reallocated to other depots that are more in need.

Abstrak :
Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan BMHP di depo farmasi Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) ialah melakukan analisis penggunaan obat dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) yang dilakukan tiap periode 3 bulan untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi daftar obat dan BMHP yang masuk ke kategori penggunaan slow moving. Setelah mengetahui kelompok obat dan BMHP yang termasuk ke dalam kategori slow moving, langkah selanjutnya yaitu dapat dipertimbangkan terkait metode pengadaan untuk periode berikutnya berdasarkan analisis Always, Better, Control (ABC). Metode tersebut sangat berguna dalam memfokuskan penentuan jenis obat dan BMHP yang paling penting dan perlu diprioritaskan dalam persediaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan studi literatur dan pengolahan terhadap data penggunaan obat dan BMHP di depo farmasi IGD RSUI selama periode Januari hingga Maret 2023.Jumlah obat dan BMHP yang tergolong slow moving di depo farmasi IGD RSUI pada periode Januari hingga Maret 2023 adalah sebanyak 275 item. Salah satu bentuk perencanaan obat dan BMHP slow moving di depo farmasi IGD adalah menggunakan metode ABC dengan mempertimbangkan nilai investasi barang tersebut. Apoteker selayaknya berperan serta aktif dalam menentukan pengelompokkan obat dan BMHP berdasarkan kecepatan penggunaannya, dan pengendalian persediaan tersebut selayaknya diterapkan secara periodik untuk menjamin ketersediaan obat dan BMHP sesuai standar pelayanan kefarmasian. ......One form of management of pharmaceutical preparations and BMHP at the pharmacy depot at the Emergency Room at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) is to conduct an analysis of the use of drugs and Consumable Medical Materials (BMHP) which is carried out every 3 months to find out and evaluate the list of drugs and BMHP is included in the category of slow moving use. After knowing which drug groups and BMHP are included in the slow moving category, the next step is to consider the procurement method for the next period based on the Always, Better, Control (ABC) analysis. This method is very useful in focusing on determining the most important types of drugs and BMHP and needs to be prioritized in inventory. The method used is to conduct a literature study and process data on drug use and BMHP at the RSUI Emergency Room pharmacy depot during the period January to March 2023. Number of drugs and BMHP which is classified as slow moving at the RSUI Emergency Room pharmacy depot from January to March 2023 is 275 items. One form of drug planning and slow moving BMHP at the emergency room pharmacy depot is to use the ABC method by considering the investment value of the item. Pharmacists should play an active role in determining the grouping of drugs and BMHP based on the speed of their use, and inventory control should be applied periodically to ensure the availability of drugs and BMHP according to pharmaceutical service standards.
