"ABSTRACT
Tesis ini membahas penerapan konsep shared learning di Perpustakaan Kementerian PUPR yang dapat dilihat dari desain, layanan, fasilitas, dan kegiatan yang diadakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan Kementerian PUPR telah berhasil menerapkan pembelajaran bersama. Buat ruangan sesuai dengan kriteria fungsional, mudah disesuaikan, diakses, bervariasi, interaktif, kondusif, kompatibel dengan lingkungan, aman dan terkendali, efisien, menggunakan teknologi informasi, dan memiliki desain yang baik. Layanan dan fasilitas yang dibuat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu Ada layanan pendidikan, layanan rujukan, loker, wifi, ruang tamu, area kerja komputer, area pengumpulan, area baca, ruang baca anak, ruang diskusi, ruang baca VIP, audio visual ruang, ruang pustakawan, dan dapur. Kegiatan itu diadakan review buku dan pelatihan pustakawan. Persetujuan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Pekerjaan Umum menjadi yang ketiga.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the application of the concept of shared learning in the Ministry Library PUPR that can be seen from the design, services, facilities, and activities that are held. The research method used is the case study method using qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of research conducted indicate that the Library
The PUPR Ministry has successfully implemented joint learning Make a room according to functional criteria, easy adapted, accessed, varied, interactive, conducive, compatible with the environment, safe and controlled, efficient, using information technology, and has a good design. Services and facilities created are tailored to the needs of users, i.e. There are education services, referral services, lockers, wifi, living rooms, computer work areas, collection area, reading area, children's reading room, discussion room, VIP reading room, audio room visuals, librarian room, and pantry. The activity held was book review and librarian training. The Ministry of Public Works and Public Works Library approval became the place third.

"ABSTRAK
Berdasarkan panduan Rencana Strategis Universitas Prasetiya Mulya untuk periode tahun 2016-2020, salah satu permasalahan strategis yang menjadi perhatian adalah mengenai rendahnya output publikasi penelitian. Selain itu, Universitas Prasetiya Mulya menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang student centered, problem solver dan mengembangkan manusia melalui soft skill. Oleh karena itu, manajemen Universitas Prasetiya Mulya menggunakan konsep ldquo;commons rdquo; sebagai panduan dalam mengembangkan layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan untuk mendukung metode pembelajaran dan meningkatkan output publikasi penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis implementasi Information Commons di Astra International Library, berdasarkan aspek filosofis 4C yaitu connectivity, collaboration, creation dan community. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi dokumen dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hanya aspek collaboration dan community yang telah terpenuhi dan mampu menggambarkan keunikan dan ciri khas dari lingkungan Astra International Library, sedangkan aspek connectivity dan creation belum terpenuhi dengan baik.

ABSTRACT
Based on the Strategic Plan guide of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya for the period of 2016 2020, one of the biggest concerns is the low output of the research publication. In addition, the learning methods applied by Universitas Prasetiya Mulya are student centered method, problem solver and human development through soft skills. Thus, the management of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya used the concept of ldquo commons rdquo as a guide in developing library services and facilities to support learning methods and improve the output of research publications. This research described and analyzed the implementation of Information Commons in Astra International Library, based on the philosophical aspect of Information Commons service called 4C which consists of connectivity, collaboration, creation, and community. The method of approach in this study was qualitative method using case study. The data was collected through observation, document study, and interview. The result of this study showed that according to the four aspects of Information Commons philosophical services, only collaboration and community aspects are able to depict the uniqueness and special characteristics of Astra International Library environment, on the other hand, connectivity and creation aspects has not been performed well."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan konsep learning commons di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi tata ruang gedung Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia, dikaitkan dengan fungsinya sebagai learning commons. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, serta menerapkan purposive sampling dalam menentukan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat dilapangan menunjukan bahwa aspek-aspek learning commons yang terdapat di Perpustakaan UI diterapkan belum serius dalam menunjang kebutuhan pengguna dengan didukung perkembangan teknologi yang mudah digunakan serta fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran interaktif sesuai dengan konsep learning commons, dikarenakan ada perbedaan konsep yang diaplikasikan.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine whetherThis thesis discusses about the application of the concept of learning commons in the Library of University of Indonesia. The purpose of this study to evaluate the spatial in the Library of University of Indonesia s building, linked to its function as a learning commons. The method used in this research is quantitative method, and applying the purposive sampling to determine the sample. Based on the results obtained in the field shows that aspects of learning commons contained in the Library of University of Indonesia s applied is not serious in supporting the needs of users with supported development of technology that is easy to use and supporting facilities, interactive learning in accordance with the concept of learning commons, because there are differences in the concept to be applied."
