Abstrak :
Percabaan penyalutan tablet Placebo telah dilakukan dengan proses penyalutan lapisan tipis menggunakan Hidroksipropil Metilselulosa, Sebelum proses penyalutan, ailakukan pemeriksaan kekerasan, uaktu hancur, keregasan, keseragaman bobot dan keseragaman ukuran dari tablet inti. Formula tablet Placebo yang digunakan seba— gai tablet inti diperoleh dari Lembaga Farmasi TNI-AL, Sedangkan metoda penyalutan yang digunakan adalah metoda panci penyalut 1 dengan sistim penyemprotan, n Dari basil percobaan penyalutan, didapatkan Dahuja dengan penggunaan Hidroksipropil Metilselulosa diperoleh basil yang cukup balk sesuai dengan Farmakope Indonesia Edisi III. ......A coating experiment of Placebo tablets has been performed I ^ I according to film coating process using Hidroksipropil Metil— celulose, Before the coating process a laboratory check of hardness, disintegration time, friability, ueight^variation tolerances, thickness and diameter of core tablets has been carried out» The formula of Placebo tablet used as the basic component of the tablets mas taken from the Nauy Pharmaceutical Institute (LAFIAL),.Whereas the meth od of coating being used ujas that of coating pan method with the spraying system, 1 From the experiments it was found out that using the if Hioroksipropil P^lerilceluloce gave good enough result according to Farmakope Indonesia III^° Edition.
