Abstrak :
Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit berbasis lingkungan dan masalah kesehatan masyarakat, satu diantaranya terjadi di unit wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tegal Gundil dengan IR 13,5 per 10.000 penduduk pada tahun 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sosiodemografi dan kondisi lingkungan dengan kejadian DBD di wilayah tersebut tahun 2014.

Rancangan penelitian menggunakan desain case control dengan jumlah sampel 64 orang. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di Kelurahan Tegal Gundil dan Bantarjati. Data primer didapat dengan melakukan wawancara langsung mengenai DBD dan observasi kondisi lingkungan responden.

Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara umur sebagai faktor sosiodemografi dengan kejadian DBD dengan OR 3,40. Kondisi lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DBD yaitu keberadaan jentik dengan OR 4,59 dan breeding place dengan OR 16,24. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukan adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan, keberadaan jentik dan breeding place dengan OR 2,80. Variabel breeding place merupakan faktor paling dominan terhadap kejadian DBD.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an environtment-centered plague and also a society health problem. From many cases, one happened in Puskesmas Tegal Gundil Working Unit Area with the IR 13,5 per 10.000 people in 2013.

This reseach is aimed to discover the relationship between sociodemography and the environment condition of DHF case in that area in 2014. The research design used case control with 64 sample of participants. The population of the research is the community member who live and stay in Kelurahan Tegal Gundil and Bantarjati. The primary data is gained by conducting direct interview about DHF and observation to the respondence's environment condition.

The result from bivariat analysis shows correlation between age, as a factor of sociodemography, with DHF case, by OR 3,40. Environment condition which links to the DHF case is the existence of mosquito larva, with OR 4,59 and OR 16,24 of breeding place. The result from multivarite analysis shows the relationship between, knowledge, the existence of mosquito larva, and breeding place with OR 2,80. Breeding place variable is the most dominantly influential to the DHF case. Keywords:
