Abstrak :
Perancangan kawasan Transit Oriented Development di Sawah Besar dilakukan sebagai respons adanya pembangunan stasiun kereta bawah tanah di daerah tersebut. Lingkungan yang kompak perlu dihadirkan di Sawah Besar sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih hidup karena tingginya intensitas aktivitas yang terjadi di sana. Salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan dalam kawasan yang dikembangkan ini adalah hotel untuk menunjang aktivitas komersil yang terjadi. Akses pada hotel dirancang berasal dari dua sisi untuk menunjang pejalan kaki dan pengguna kendaraan pribadi. Pemandangan hijau dihadirkan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik serta memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung kawasan maupun hotel. ......The design of the Transit Oriented Development area in Sawah Besar was carried out in response to the construction of a subway station in the area. A compact environment needs to be presented in Sawah Besar so that the environment becomes more alive because of the high intensity of activities that occur there. One of the facilities provided in this developed area is a hotel to support the commercial activities that occur. Access to the hotel is designed from two sides to support pedestrians and private vehicle users. The green view is presented to increase attractiveness and provide comfort for visitors to the area and hotels.

Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Pemerintah Pusat dalam aspek pembiyaan menjadikan Pemerintah Daerah harus berusaha lebih giat dalam mengutilisasi sumber daya yang dimiliki daerahnya. Adanya fenomena shifting to leisure diharapkan dapat menjadi potensi dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah melalui sektor pajak hotel dan restoran. Salah satu langkah awal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan pajak hotel dan restoran untuk dapat diefisiensikan proses intervensinya. Dengan menggunakan metode fixed effect model dan menjadikan 10 destinasi wisata utama di Indonesia sebagai sampel dapat diketahui bahwa penerimaan pajak hotel dipengaruhi oleh jumlah wisatawan, jumlah biro perjalanan wisata, dan PDRB. Sementara itu, penerimaan pajak restoran dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi restoran, pendapatan restoran, jumlah wisatawan, jumlah biro perjalanan wisata dan PDRB.

ABSTRACT
One of the objectives that havent been achieved of fiscal decentralization to reduce the dependence of regional governments on the central government in the aspect of financing make local government should try more active in utilizing the resources they owned. The existence of shifting to leisure phenomenon is expected to be a potential in increasing the revenue through hotel and restaurant taxes. The first step that can be done is to know the factors that affecting the tax revenue of hotels and restaurants to be able to streamline the process of intervention. By using fixed effect model method and making 10 major tourist destinations in Indonesia as sample can be seen that the hotel tax revenue is influenced by the number of tourists, the number of travel agency, and PDRB. Meanwhile, restaurant tax revenues are affected by restaurant consumption, restaurant revenues, number of tourists, number of travel agents and GRDP.Keywords Fiscal Decentralization Shifting to leisure Hotel Tax Restaurant Tax Fixed Effect Model.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang dampak penginapan sharing economy terhadap Tingkat Penghunian Kamar TPK hotel berbintang di Bali dan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengukur efek dari sharing economy pada jenis hotel dan lokasi hotel yang berbeda, serta faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan TPK. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi dengan model random effect untuk mengetimasikan hasilnya. Hasil yang dihasilkan adalah sharing economy berdampak signifikan dan negatif terhadap TPK secara keselurhan. Akan tetapi, besaran dampak akan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan lokasi hotel dan juga kualitas hotel. Kemudian, faktor-faktor lainnya yang menggambarkan situasi ekonomi dan pariwisata berdampak signifikan terhadap perubahan pada TPK.

This thesis discusses the impact of sharing economy on star hotel rsquo s occupancy rate in Bali and Yogyakarta. This research measure the effect of sharing economy in various hotel types and different location, and also factors that determine changes in occupancy rate. This research uses regression with random effect model to determine the result. The obtained result are significant and shows negative effect to occupancy rate in general. However, the magnitude of theimpact will vary according to the location of the hotel and also the quality of the hotel. Then, other factors that illustrate current economic condition and tourism situation have a significant impact on changes in occupancy rate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa social media interaction dapat mempengaruhi konsumen dalam memilih hotel. Media sosial telah menjadi alat pemasaran yang sangat efektif di industri perhotelan, mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen melalui berbagai interaksi dan konten yang disajikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei yang melibatkan responden yang aktif menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari informasi tentang hotel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software SmartPLS. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa social media interaction memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pilihan hotel oleh konsumen di Indonesia melalui tiga faktor utama: source credibility, homophily, dan content quality. Dalam hasilnya terlihat bahwa source credibility dan homophily terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan visit intention dan behavioural engagement, namun untuk content quality belum dapat memediasi hubungan antara social media interaction dengan visit intention, walaupun demikian content quality tetap penting untuk meningkatkan behavioural engagement. Hasil serta saran lebih lanjut dibahas dalam penelitian ini. ......This study aims to determine that social media interaction can influence consumers in choosing a hotel. Social media has become a very effective marketing tool in the hospitality industry, influencing consumer decisions through various interactions and content presented. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through surveys involving respondents who actively use social media to find information about hotels. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and SmartPLS software. This study reveals that social media interaction has a significant positive influence on hotel choice by consumers in Indonesia through three main factors: source credibility, homophily, and content quality. The results show that source credibility and homophily prove to play an important role in increasing visit intention and Behavioural engagement, but content quality has not been able to mediate the relationship between social media interaction and visit intention, although content quality is still important to increase behavioural engagement. Further results and suggestions are discussed in this study.
