Abstrak :
Perselingkuhan melibatkan kedekatan emosional dan atau kegiatan seksual yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pasangan yang telah maupun belum menikah dengan orang lain yang bukan pasangan resmi. Menurut beberapa penelitian perselingkuhan dapat terjadi akibat hubungan yang intens di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini mempermasalahkan "Peranan Cinta dan Doa terhadap Sikap Mengenai Perselingkuhan". Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, yang mengambil subyek wanita karir di suatu Bank. Cinta yang dimaksudkan di sini adalah "kondisi emosi yang mendekatkan individu pada individu yang lain karena didorong oleh suatu rangsangan seksual atau rasa romantis, sehingga keduanya bersepakat untuk tetap bersatu." Cinta mengandung tiga komponen utama, yaitu keintiman (intimacy), gairah (passion) dan komitmen (commitment). Sedangkan doa adalah "permohonan suci sang hamba kepada Sang Khaliq, agar dijauhkan-Nya dari segala penyebab yang memisahkan atau memalingkan cinta suami-istri pada orang lain. Doa juga memberi harapan seseorang untuk memelihara dan merawat keluarganya, agar tercapai keluarga yang damai, aman dan sejahtera di dunia dan akhirat. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satu dari tiga kasus yang diteliti bersikap negatif terhadap perselingkuhan dalam arti tidak setuju, menjauhi perselingkuhan, sedangkan dua kasus yang lainnya menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap perselingkuhan, artinya setuju, mendekati atau menganggap biasa perselingkuhan. Hal ini berkaitan dengan makna doa. Pada kasus yang besikap negatif terhadap perselingkuhan beranggapan adanya dapat menjauhkan dirinya terhadap perselingkuhan, sebaliknya pada dua kasus lainnya tidak mengetahui dan meragukan terkabulkan doanya sehingga sikapnya menunjukkan positif terhadap perselingkuhan. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa cinta dengan segala komponennya secara bersama-sama merniliki peranan positif terhadap sikap mengenai perselingkuhan, dalam arti selama ketiga subyek mencintai pasangan (diukur dengan mematuhi semua komponen-komponennya) dan benar-benar berdoa dengan menjalankan semua prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh syariah maka sikapnya akan menjauhi perselingkuhan. Hasil penelitian yang lain ditemukan bahwa pada subyek yang pada masa berpacaran telah berselingkuh, maka setelah menikahpun juga akan melakukan perilaku yang sama untuk berselingkuh. Hal itu membuktikan teori bahwa perilaku yang dianut seseorang pada masa berpacaran maka bisa dilakukan kembali Iagi hingga pada masa perkawinan.

An affair involves an emotional closeness and sexual activities conducted by one of a married couple with other person who is not a lawful couple. According to several researches an affair may happen due to an intensive relationship in the workplace. For this purpose, this research is highlighting "The Role of Love and Prayer with respect to Altitudes towards Affair." This research is using a qualitative approach with a case study which takes a subject of a career female in a Bank. The love specified herein is "an emotional condition which makes an individual closer to another individual due to being .stimulated by sexual desire or romantic feeling, so that both individuals agree to remain united." Love contains three (3) main components, namely intimacy, passion and commitment. While prayer is "a holy request of a servant of God to the Creator, so that He will keep those individuals away from all the causes which separate or divert the love of a married couple to other individuals. Prayer also gives hope to someone to look after and take care of its family in order to result in a peaceful, safe and prosperous family both in the world and in the beyond. The research results show that one of three cases which was observed show negative attitude towards the affairs that's mean disagree, avoid the affairs, while the two other cases show positive attitude towards the affairs, that's mean agree, to be close or to recognize as an usual thing. This is correlated with the meaning of prayer. In the negative attitude of the case toward the affairs recognize that it is able to avoid from the affairs, but for the two other cases do not understand and hesitate for prayer response, and then their attitude show positive to the affairs. This study approved that love with all of it's component has positive role on hands towards the affairs attitude, in the meaning that the more the three of subject love the couple (measured by the obey able of the component) and pray concentrate and follow all the procedure that allowed by syari'ah the more of them avoid the affair. Other results of the research find that during the period of engagement between boy and girl has ever made an affair. And then after getting married, also does the same thing of affair as ever before. This proves the theory that a behavior possessed by someone during the period of engagement between opposite sex may be performed again later in a marriage life.

Tingkah laku tidak jujur merupakan tingkah laku yang kerap ditemui dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan juga dalam situasi yang berbeda-beda. Tingkah laku tidak jujur dapat menimbulkan berbagai kerugian yang cukup berarti, baik kerugian yang berupa finansial ataupun kerugian yang bukan merupakan kerugian finansial. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak risiko eksplisit tertangkap terhadap tingkah laku tidak jujur dengan anticipated shame, atau ekspektasi seseorang akan emosi shame yang akan ia rasakan apabila melakukan tingkah laku tidak jujur, sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain 2 x 2 beetween-subjects factorial design kepada 90 orang partisipan. Temuan yang diperoleh melalui penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, risiko eksplisit tertangkap tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat tingkah laku tidak jujur F (1, 89) = 0,396, p = 0,531, anticipated shame tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat tingkah laku tidak jujur F (1, 89) = 0,396, p = 0,507, dan bahwa anticipated shame tidak berperan sebagai moderating variable dalam hubungan antara risiko eksplisit tertangkap dengan tingkah laku tidak jujur F (1, 89) = 0,02, p = 0,965.

ABSTRACT
Dishonest behaviors could be found in various situations in our daily lives and could give rise to negative consequences, whether financially or not financially. This study is conducted to explore the effect of explicit risk of getting caught towards dishonest behaviors, with anticipated shame, someone?s expectation about the shame they will experience should they decided to commit dishonest behaviors, as moderating variable. This study uses 2 x 2 beetween-subjects factorial research design, and is conducted with 90 participants. The results shows that, explicit risk of getting caught does not significantly affect dishonest behavior F (1, 89) = 0,396, p = 0,531, anticipated shame does not significantly affect dishonest behavior F (1, 89) = 0,396, p = 0,507, and there are no interaction effect of risk of getting caught and anticipated shame toward dishonest behavior F (1, 89) = 0,02, p = 0,965.

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara metakognisi moral dan ketidakjujuran akademis pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Ketidakjujuran akademis merupakan perilaku tidak etis sebab melanggar integritas akademis. Sebelum terlibat dalam ketidakjujuran akademis, individu terlibat dalam proses pembuatan keputusan etis untuk memutuskan akan melakukan tindakan tersebut atau tidak. Hal tersebut membutuhkan kesadaran dan rasionalitas dalam proses kognitifnya. Untuk memastikan bahwa proses kognitif tersebut berjalan dengan baik, diperlukan kemampuan untuk dapat mengetahui, memantau dan meregulasi proses tersebut, yang dikenal dengan metakognisi, khususnya metakognisi moral. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada 959 mahasiswa menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara metakognisi moral dan ketidakjujuran akademis (r= -0,140, p<0,01). Implikasi dari penelitian ini didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to determine strength and direction of the relationship between moral metacognition and academic dishonesty among students in Universitas Indonesia. Academic dishonesty is considered as a non-ethical behavior because it violates the academic integrity. Before engaging in academic dishonesty, one involves in ethical decision making which requires awareness and judgment in its cognitive process. To ensure the cognitive process goes well, one needs to be aware of, monitors, reflects on, and regulates thinking, which is known as metacognition, especially moral metacognition. Data were collected from 959 college students by having them completing two questionnaires. The result shows a negative and significant correlation between the two variables (r= -0,140, p<0,01). Implications of the findings for college students to improve their moral metacognition are discussed.
