Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan PBI. Dimana BPJS Kesehatan PBI merupakan salah satu perwujudan pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam menyelenggarakan program akses kesehatan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia, terutama bagi mereka yang memiliki kekurangan secara ekonomi melalui program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Hal ini ditambah dengan banyaknya berita mengenai pelayanan kepada pasien BPJS Kesehatan yang tidak memuaskan. Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara kualitas layanan kesehatan yang dijabarkan ke dalam variabel bebas yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty dengan kepuasan konsumen yang dijabarkan ke dalam variabel terikat yaitu kesesuaian harapan, minat menggunakan jasa kembali, dan kesediaan merekomendasikan. Dalam menganalisa hasil temuan digunakan metode uji univariat dan tabel silang untuk mengukur tingkat korelasi antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien. Selain itu juga, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien. ......This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of health services on BPJS Kesehatan PBI users. Whereas BPJS Kesehatan PBI is one of the manifestations of the Indonesian government in organizing health access programs for all Indonesian people, especially for those who have economic problems, through the National Health Insurance (JKN). This is coupled with a lot of news about services to BPJS Health patients that are unsatisfactory. This research examines the correlation between the quality of health services which has independent variables, which are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty, and patient satisfaction which has dependent variables, including the suitability of expectation, the desire to reuse, and the intention to recommend. The results is analized using univariate test methods and cross tables to measure the level of correlation between variables. The result of this research is that there is a strong correlation between quality of health services and patient satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study prove that there is a strong influence between the quality of health care and patient satisfaction.

Nurses in quantity become thelargest workforce, providing 24 hour service continuously and absorb more than50 Hospital budget. High nurse turnover rates can cause disruption to servicesprovided to patients. Standard turn over employees, which can still be tolerated is10 per year. Turn over nurses that occurred in RSU Prima Medika whichincreased from 2015 to 2017, causing concerns from the management, especiallyat the end of 2016 intention turnover rate of 22.1 .The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of Turn Over IntentionNurses at Prima Medika Hospital in 2017Method: This research is analytic with quantitative approach. This study usedcross sectional design. The number of samples used in this study was 114 nurseswho come from employees who work at Prima Medika Hospital after deductingexclusion criteria.Results: Salary Factor has relationship with nurse work satisfactory at RSU PrimaMedika in the year of 2017. Other factors such as: working conditions; statuswithin the organization; supervision; peer-partner interpersonal relationships,superiors and subordinates; achievement and the work itself, has no significantrelationship with nurse job satisfactory. Job satisfactory has relationship withturnover intention nurses at Prima Medika Hospital in 2017Conclusion: nurse intention turnover is influenced by job satisfaction that lies inthe salary, so the salary in this case needs to be considered.Keywords: turnover intention, job satisfaction, extrinsic factor, intrinsicfactor

Pelayanan kepada pasien miskin yang diberikan secara berbeda masih sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi tentang pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit kepada masyarakat miskin di enam wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah masyarakat miskin yang sedang dan/atau pernah mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit di enam wilayah Indonesia. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pasien miskin di rumah sakit pemerintah maupun rumah sakit swasta, umumnya memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang kurang memadai, di antaranya pada pelayanan administrasi yang dinilai rumit, berbelit, kurang informasi, petugas yang kurang ramah, tidak diberikan resep obat generik, dan pelayanan yang memakan waktu cukup lama. Selain itu, keharusan membayar uang muka juga menjadi penghalang bagi masyarakat miskin untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.
