This research study the uses of websites and hyperlink by Indonesian environmental movement as mass-self communication as mechanism of power in the network society. Using hyperlink network analysis and framing analysis, this research found that: environmental movements used websites and hyperlink as mechanisms of power in the networks of environmental movements; environmental movements used the injustice frame to raise public anger, but are less using the agency frame so public hope is not raised, environmental movements identity tend to be resistance identity which is conflicting with legitimizing identity but environmental movements did not become a closed community within the society.

"For business and investors, there's no doubt about it... The smart money is going green... and the growing movement toward ecologically forward-thinking companies is quickly becoming bigger and bigger. What may be surprising to some is that socially responsible organizations aren't just doing the right thing for the environment, they are also paying off financially, making their investors money and increasing the bottom line. "Investing in a Sustainable World" reveals the most powerful global mega-trends- from the ongoing focus on emerging markets to natural resource depletion- which are transforming the very basis on which companies will compete, and offers an approach to sustainability-enhancing investing beneficial to both investors and companies. Revolutionary and backed by undeniable statistics, this book shows the clear link between sustainability initiatives and clear-cut profitability."

Malerba, Larry
"According to Dr. Larry Malerba, modern medicine has perfected the short-term technical repair of the physical body at the expense of the long-term psychological and spiritual well-being of the whole person. In Green Medicine he examines this issue and provides a realistic blueprint for wellness and a valuable guide for those seeking deeper and more lasting healing. Written in an accessible style, the book draws on a rich range of fields—physics, philosophy, Jungian thought, shamanism, alchemy, Eastern thought, Western esotericism, sustainability, orthodox medicine—to create a green medical paradigm that represents a powerful integrative medical perspective.
Dr. Malerba interweaves case histories from his own practice with innovative concepts from alternative and Western medicine in order to address a number of crucial questions:
• What are the personal and environmental costs to the overuse of pharmaceutical drugs?
• Is conventional medicine as scientific as it claims to be?
• How can conventional doctors and alternative healers begin to work together?
• How can individuals transform medicine and become participants in their own healthcare?
Green Medicine offers a practical and philosophical basis for building a viable green alternative that draws on the inherent unity of body, heart, mind, soul, and nature."
