Abstrak :
Minyak sawit mentah merupakan produk perkebunan terbesar dan menjadi pendulang nilai ekspor bagi Indonesia. Namun, pada produk minyak sawit hasil rafinasi terdapat senyawa kontaminan 3-monochloropropanaediol (3-MCPD) dan apabila dikonsumsi secara berlebih berpotensi menyebabkan penyakit pada ginjal dan testis. Selama ini pengujian kandungan 3-MPCD dilakukan menggunakan alat yang canggih, memerlukan waktu yang lama dan membutuhkan keahlian teknisi yang tinggi. Metode cepat untuk mendeteksi senyawa 3-MCPD masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sensor pendeteksi cepat berbasis kolorimetri menggunakan nanopartikel emas. Sensor nanopartikel emas disintesis dari asam tetrakloroaurat yang direduksi menggunakan senyawa trisodium sitrat. Nanopartikel emas difungsionalisasi oleh capping agent yaitu glutathione (GSH) agar dapat berikatan dengan 3-MCPD. Setiap sampel yang dibuat diuji menggunakan alat berupa UV-Vis spectroscopy UV-Vis, dynamic light scattering (DLS), dan Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkannya komposisi larutan GSH-AuNPs yang stabil. Indikasi deteksi 3-MCPD sangat kuat diwakili oleh turunnya intensitas AnNPs-GSH murni dari 0,8197 menjadi 0,744 ketika dicampurkan 3-MCPD sebanyak 3 ppm. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan GSH-AuNPs berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dalam deteksi 3-MCPD......Crude palm oil is the most extensive product of agriculture in Indonesia and has become a great portion in export value. However, refined palm oil products  contain a harmful substance called 3-monochloropropanaediol (3-MCPD) and if consumed in excess has the potential to cause disease in the kidney and testicle. Detection of 3-MCPD is always dependent on the sophisticated machine, time-consuming and highly skilled technicians. A simple method that proposes rapid detection remains a challenge. Hence, this research  aims to develop a colorimetric-based rapid detection sensor using gold nanoparticles. The sensor material was synthesized from chloroauric acid that was reduced using trisodium citrate to make gold nanoparticle. The gold nanoparticle will be functionalized with a capping agent, glutathione (GSH)  to bind to 3-MCPD. The GSH-AuNPs were tested by UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The result shows that stable GSH-AuNPs composition has been found. The indication for detection of 3-MCPD is very striking, represented by the decrease in the intensity of pure AuNPs-GSH from 0.8197 to 0.744 when mixed with 3 ppm of 3-MCPD. Based on the results, it can be concluded that GSH-AuNPs have the potential to be developed for the 3-MCPD detector application.

Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Industri Farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker dapat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman, calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi dan Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak Biak Periode Bulan Februari – Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi ......A pharmacist plays an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists must fulfill competency standards as requirements for joining the world of work and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as abilities that are expected by pharmacists to pass and join professional work practices. As a provision and experience, prospective pharmacists can understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, internship at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi and Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak during the period February-July 2020. During the internship, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice.
