"Teknologi telekomunikasi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat signifikan, dimana saat ini pengguna sangatlah mudah mendapatkan perangkat portable. Berdasarkan data dari CISCO, trafik dari mobile device akan mencapai 60 dari total perkembangan trafik. Wi-Fi offload menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah kepadatan trafik ini. Uji performansi dari HSDPA - Wi-Fi offload telah menghasilkan throughput yang lebih baik.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan membahas mengenai jaringan LTE dan Wi-Fi. Permasalahan yang ada pada jaringan LTE ndash; 802.11g offload ini adalah adanya drop call yang terjadi pada proses handoff. Jaringan yang dirancang merupakan sebuah jaringan LTE ndash; 802.11g offload yang menggunakan algoritma Teori Permainan yang telah dimodifikasi untuk memperoleh drop call yang lebih kecil pada proses vertical handover.
Teori Permainan yang dirancang memiliki 3 parameter yaitu Ph, Ps, Pe. Teori Permainan memberikan jumlah drop call yang lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, yaitu 5,57 lebih baik dibanding metode Konvensional.

Telecommunication technology is experiencing a very significant development, where users are now very easy to get portable devices. Based on data from CISCO, traffic from mobile devices will reach 60 of total traffic development. Wi Fi offload becomes a solution to overcome this problem of traffic density. Performance testing of HSDPA Wi Fi offload has resulted in better throughput.
In this research, the author will discuss about LTE network and Wi Fi. Problems that exist on the LTE network 802.11g offload is a drop call that occurs in the handoff process. The designed network is an offload LTE 802.11g network that uses a modified Game Theory algorithm to obtain a smaller drop call in the vertical handover process.
Game Theory designed has three parameters Ph, Ps, Pe. Game Theory provides a smaller number of drop calls when compared to conventional methods, which is 5.57 better than conventional methods.

"Evolutionary Game Theory (EGT) dalam model evolusi virulensi merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari non-cooperative game theory. Model evolusi virulensi dapat dinyatakan dalam bentuk sistem persamaan diferensial biasa. Dalam Evolutionary Game Theory (EGT) terdapat dua konsep, yaitu Evolutionary Stable Strategy dan Replicator Dynamics yang masing-masing berperan dalam mekanisme seleksi dan mekanisme mutasi dalam proses evolusi. Evolutionary Stable Strategy dan Replicator Dynamics dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan memprediksi hasil interaksi antara organisme patogen dan sel inang.

Evolutionary Game Theory (EGT) in the model of evolution of virulence is one application from a non-cooperative game theory. The model of evolution of virulence can be expressed in the form of a system of ordinary differential equations. In Evolutionary Game Theory (EGT) there are two concepts, namely the Evolutionary Stable Strategy and Replicator Dynamics, each of which plays a role in the mechanism of selection and mutation mechanism in the process of evolution. Evolutionary Stable Strategy and Replicator Dynamics can be used to describe and predict the results of interactions between pathogenic organisms and the host cells.
