Abstrak :
Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan monitoring keuangan Lembaga X yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Y. Lembaga X merupakan lembaga negara yang memegang peranan sebagai bank sentral di Indonesia. Sedangkan Divisi Y merupakan salah satu unit kerja di bawah Departemen Keuangan yang bertanggung jawab atas beberapa aktivitas monitoring keuangan. Monitoring keuangan ini dilakukan secara periodik, yakni secara mingguan dan bulanan. Selain melakukan monitoring, Divisi Y juga bertanggung jawab untuk menyusun laporan monitoring yang diperuntukkan bagi pihak internal dan eksternal tergantung peraturan yang berlaku. Laporan magang ini disusun dengan membandingkan aktivitas monitoring tersebut terhadap teori terkait dan peraturan yang berlaku. Peraturan-peraturan ini meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai Lembaga X serta peraturan internal Lembaga X. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas monitoring keuangan Lembaga X yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Y telah sesuai dengan teori terkait serta peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku. Laporan magang ini juga memuat refleksi diri selama pelaksanaan magang. ......This internship report aims to discuss and evaluate the implementation of financial monitoring in Institution X which is carried out by Division Y. Institution X is a state institution that acts as a central bank in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Division Y is a work unit under the Finance Department which is responsible for several financial monitoring activities. This financial monitoring is carried out periodically, namely on a weekly and monthly basis. In addition to monitoring, Division Y is also responsible for preparing monitoring reports for internal and external parties depending on the regulations. This internship report was prepared by comparing the monitoring activity with related theory and applicable regulations. These regulations include statutory regulations regarding Institution X as well as Institution X's internal regulations. The result of the evaluation shows that the financial monitoring activities of Institution X which are carried out by Division Y are in accordance with related theories and applicable regulations. This internship report also contains self-reflection during the internship.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pedoman dan pelaksanaan proses penyelesaian TPTD hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Jenderal dibandingkan dengan pedoman TPTD yang berlaku. Penelitian dilakukan pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian studi kasus dengan metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Alat yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah Pedoman Pemantauan Tindak Lanjut Rekomendasi Hasil Pengawasan Inspektorat Kementerian Keuangan dan Pedoman Penetapan Temuan Hasil Pemeriksaan yang Tidak Dapat Ditindaklanjuti Kementerian Pertanian. Sumber data yang digunakan diperoleh dari wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pedoman TPTD Kementerian Kesehatan secara umum telah sesuai dan pelaksanaan penyelesaian sudah mengikuti pedoman TPTD yang berlaku namun perlu dilakukan update pedoman tindak lanjut dan membuat petunjuk teknis tindak lanjut hasil pengawasan atau pedoman khusus TPTD yang menjelaskan definisi operasional kriteria TPTD mengenai tolak ukur dan batasan dokumen dari instansi berwenang yang harus terpenuhi sebagai syarat TPTD, langkah kerja mengenai mekanisme usulan TPTD dari satuan kerja, pembahasan dan penetapan TPTD oleh Inspektorat Jenderal, serta format pengajuan usulan TPTD beserta data dukung yang harus dilengkapi. Rekomendasi hasil audit yang menjadi TPTD karena pemberian rekomendasi yang belum tepat Inspektorat Jenderal dapat melaksanakan pengembangan kompetensi APIP Inspektorat Jenderal secara berkelanjutan. Temuan yang diputuskan TPTD namun dilihat dari tindak lanjut yang dilakukan tidak tepat waktu atau berlarut-larut maka perlu dilakukan monitoring tindak lanjut yang dilakukan Inspektorat Jenderal setiap bulan dan terlibat aktif menjaga komitmen waktu. ......This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the guidelines and implementation of the TPTD settlement process from the Inspectorate General examination results compared to the applicable TPTD guidelines. The study was conducted at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health. This research uses a case study research strategy with a qualitative descriptive data analysis method. The tools used for analysis are the Guidelines for Monitoring the Follow-up of Recommendations on the Supervision Results of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance and the Guidelines for Determining the Findings of Non-Actionable Examination Results of the Ministry of Agriculture. The data sources used were obtained from interviews and documentation. The results showed that the TPTD guidelines of the Ministry of Health are generally appropriate and the implementation of the settlement has followed the applicable TPTD guidelines, but it is necessary to update the follow-up guidelines and make technical follow-up guidelines for the results of supervision or TPTD special guidelines that explain the operational definition of TPTD criteria regarding benchmarks and document limits from authorized agencies that must be met as TPTD requirements,  work steps regarding the mechanism for TPTD proposals from work units, discussion and determination of TPTD by the Inspectorate General, as well as the format of submitting TPTD proposals along with supporting data that must be completed. Recommendations of audit results that become TPTD due to improper provision of recommendations The Inspectorate General can carry out the development of APIP competence of the Inspectorate General on an ongoing basis. The findings decided by TPTD but seen from the follow-up carried out are not timely or protracted, it is necessary to monitor the follow-up carried out by the Inspectorate General every month and be actively involved in maintaining the time commitment.
