Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari kanak-kanak menuju dewasa yang ditandai dengan perubahan biologis, kognitif, dan psikososial. Perubahan tersebut rentan menyebabkan peningkatan gejala depresi pada remaja. Keluarga merupakan salah satu support system yang berperan membantu mencegah dan menurunkan terjadinya gejala depresi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran keberfungsian keluarga terhadap peningkatan gejala depresi pada remaja. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain non eksperimental. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mendatangi 3 sekolah yang ada di Jakarta dan Depok serta disebar melalui social media. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Family Assessment Device (FAD) dan Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II). Total partisipan yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini adalah 403 remaja awal sampai akhir dengan rentang usia 13-17 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multiple regression, keberfungsian keluarga berperan secara signifikan terhadap gejala depresi pada remaja (R2 = 0,310, p< 0,05). Dimensi keberfungsian keluarga yang berperan secara signifikan adalah dimensi pemecahan masalah. Oleh karena itu, orangtua diharapkan selalu melibatkan remaja dalam pemecahan masalah di keluarga guna mencegah peningkatan gejala depresi. ......Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood which is characterized by biological, cognitive and psychosocial changes. These changes are prone to cause an increase in depressive symptoms in adolescents. The family is a support system that plays a role in helping to prevent and reduce the occurrence of depressive symptoms. This study aims to see the role of family functioning in increasing depressive symptoms in adolescents. The type of research used is quantitative with a non-experimental. Data collection was carried out by visiting 3 schools in Jakarta and Depok and sharing it via social media. The questionnaires used in this study were the Family Assessment Device (FAD) and the Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II). The total participants who were collected in this study were 403 early to late adolescents with an age range of 13-17 years. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, family functioning plays a significant role in depressive symptoms in adolescents (R2 = 0.310, p < 0.05). The dimension of family functioning that plays a significant role is the problem solving dimension. Therefore, parents are expected to always involve adolescents in solving problems in the family in order to prevent an increase in depressive symptoms.

Skizofrenia merupakan kondisi gangguan mental yang ditandai dengan gejala positif dan negatif. Diantara tanda positif tersebut adalah risiko perilaku kekerasan dan halusinasi. Karya akhir spesialis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian acceptance and commitment therapy dan family psychoeducation therapy secara online terhadap penampilan personal dan sosial serta kepatuhan berobat pada klien skiozfrenia dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan dan halusinasi. Penulisan karya ilmiah akhir spesialis ini menggunakan desain penelitian operational research. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah pasien sebanyak 48. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji friedman.  Hasil karya ilmiah akhir spesialis ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh tindakan keperawatan ners, acceptance and commitment therapy, dan family psychoeducation therapy terhadap penampilan personal dan sosial serta kepatuhan berobat pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan dan halusinasi dengan p value < 0,05. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan klien skizofrenia dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan dan halusinasi dapat diberikan sesuai standar asuhan keperawatan dengan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis dan ditambahkan dengan tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis acceptance and commitment therapy dan family psychoeducation therapy.

 


Schizophrenia is a condition of mental disorder that is characterized by positive and negative symptoms. Among these positive symptoms is the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations. This final scientific work aims to determine the effect of online acceptance and commitment therapy and family psychoeducation therapy on personal and social performance and treatment compliance for schizophrenia clients with the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations. This final scientific work implemented an operational research design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 48 patients. The data analysis used the Wilcoxon test and the Friedman test. The results of this final scientific work indicated that there is an influence of nursing practice, acceptance and commitment therapy, and family psychoeducation therapy on personal and social performance and treatment compliance for clients with the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations with p-value < 0,05. Therefore, the implementation of schizophrenia client nursing practice with the risk of violent behavior and hallucinations can be provided according to the standard of nursing care with generalist nursing practice and added to the acceptance and commitment therapy and family psychoeducation therapy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah work-family conflict work interfering with family/ WIF maupun family interfering with work/ FIW dan kepuasan kerja berhubungan secara negatif dan apakah family supportive supervisor behavior dapat berperan sebagai moderator untuk melemahkan hubungan negatif di antara work-family conflict WIF maupun FIW dan kepuasan kerja. Tipe penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 205 ibu bekerja dengan menyebarkan kuesioner offline dan kuesioner online. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tiga variabel penelitian, yaitu Work-Family Conflict Scale WFCS untuk mengukur work-family conflict, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire MSQ short-form untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja, dan Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior Scale untuk mengukur family supportive supervisor behavior. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict berhubungan secara negatif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja work interfering with family, ? = -0.32, p < 0.05 dan family interfering with work, ? = -0.29, p < 0.05 . Akan tetapi, penelitian ini belum berhasil membuktikan peran moderasi family supportive supervisor behavior untuk melemahkan hubungan negatif antara work interfering with family maupun family interfering dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan.
The aim of this study were to prove whether work family conflict work interfering with family WIF and family interfering with work FIW negatively related to job satisfaction and whether family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderator, could weaken negative relationship between work family conflict WIF and FIW and job satisfaction. Type of this research was quantitative research with cross sectional design and conducted on 205 working mothers via offline and online questionnaire. There were three instruments to measure three variables, such as WFCS to measure work family conflict, MSQ SF to measure job satisfaction, and FSSB Scale to measure Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior. This research has proven successfully that work family conflict WIF and FIW related negatively and significantly with job satisfaction work interfering with family 0.32, p 0.05 and family interfering with work 0.29, p 0.05. However, this research has not proven moderating role of family supportive supervisor behavior significantly to weaken negative relationship between work interfering with family nor family interfering with work and job satisfaction.

Pandemi Covid-19 tentunya menyebabkan banyak sekali penyesuaian yang harus dilakukan oleh masyarakat, termasuk mahasiswa. Pada masa pandemi ini, mahasiswa banyak melakukan kegiatan secara daring yang menyebabkan perubahan hidup yang cukup signifikan pada mahasiswa. Situasi ketidakpastian akibat pandemi berdampak pada subjective well-being mahasiswa. Keluarga sebagai salah satu sumber dukungan sosial, berperan penting dalam membantu mempertahankan tingkat subjective well-being yang tinggi pada mahasiswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran keberfungsian keluarga terhadap subjective well-being mahasiswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi penelitian noneksperimental, di mana peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner keberfungsian keluarga (Family Assessment Device) dan kuesioner subjective well-being (Subjective Happiness Scale) kepada partisipan. Sebanyak total 390 mahasiswa dan mahasiswi S1 dengan rentang usia 18 - 23 tahun berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multiple regression, diketahui bahwa keberfungsian keluarga berperan secara signifikan terhadap subjective well-being mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 (R2 = 0,274, p < 0,05). Dimensi keberfungsian keluarga yang berperan secara signifikan adalah dimensi komunikasi, peran, dan respon afektif. Oleh karena itu, keluarga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi, pembagian peran dan respon afektif sehingga dapat mempertahankan tingkat subjective well-being yang baik......The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot of adjustments that need to be done by the community, including college students. During this pandemic, students are doing a lot of online activities that cause significant life changes for students. The situation of uncertainty due to the pandemic has an impact on the subjective wellbeing of students. Family as a source of social support plays an important role in helping to maintain a high level of subjective well-being in students. This study aims to determine the role of family functioning on college students' subjective well-being in Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative nonexperimental study, using Family Assessment Device (FAD) and Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS) questionnaire. A total of 390 men and women college students in the range of 18 - 23 years old participated in this study. Using multiple regressions analysis, the results showed that family functioning has a significant role on college students’ subjective well-being in Covid-19 pandemic situation (R2 = 0,274, p < 0,05). In addition, we obtained that communications, roles, and affective response dimensions have a significant role on subjective well-being. Therefore, families are expected to improve communication, roles and affective responses to maintain a good level of subjective well-being in college students.
