Pernikahan Xiao Erhei merupakan cerita pendek mengenai hubungan antara dua orang yang tidak direstui oleh masing-masing keluarganya yang menyebabkan suatu konflik. Konflik mereka tidak terbatas hanya dari keluarganya saja, namun juga berasal dari pihak lain yang berupaya untuk menjatuhkan dua tokoh utama dalam cerita pendek ini. Hasil dari konflik ini memiliki dampak yang menentukan akhir dari cerita pendek Pernikahan Xiao Erhei.

The Marriage of Xiao Erheiis a short story about the relationship between two people that are not condoned by each family which causes a conflict. Their conflict is not limited to just fromtheir family, but also from other parties who have agreed to exclude the two main characters in this short story.
