Lansia hipertensi membutuhkan dukungan keluarga untuk meningkatkan status kesehatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengambarkan dukungan keluarga yang dirasakan lansia hipertensi di Kelurahan Pancoran Mas, menggunakan desain deskriptif cross sectional, sampel berjumlah 106 responden, dipilih secara purposive sampling. Responden diwawancari peneliti berdasarkan instrumen yang telah dimodifikasi dari studi literatur pada penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga yang kurang adekuat dirasakan lansia hipertensi sedang sebesar 51,9% dan lansia hipertensi berat sebesar 18,5%. Derajat kesehatan lansia dapat menjadi tolok ukur dukungan keluarga yang dirasakan sehingga keluarga sebaiknya meningkatkan keakraban dengan lansia.

ABSTRACT
Elderly needed family support to improve their health. This study was aim to describe family support that was felt by hypertensive elderly in the Pancoran Mas village, Depok. This study?s design was a descriptive cross sectional, using a sample that was selected by purposive sampling technique including a total of 106 respondens. Respondens were interviewed by the researchers based on instrument that has been modified from the study literature of previous research. The results of this study showed that inadequate family support was felt by elderly with moderate hypertension of 51,9% and 18,5% of severe hypertension. The health level of the elderly can measure the perceived family support by the elderly so their family should spare some times and increase familiarity for the elderly.
