Abstrak :

Ketercapaian adekuasi hemodialisis merupakan salah satu indikator kualitas keperawatan hemodialisis. untuk menghasilkan hemodialisis yang adekuat diperlukan adanya perawat yang memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hemodialisis. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompetensi perawat dengan ketercapaian adekuasi hemodialisis. penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 82 perawat yang bekerja di unit hemodialisis dan 82 pasien hemodialisis. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. analisis data dengan Chi-Square dan regresi logistik berganda. Terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi perawat dengan ketercapaian adekuasi hemodialisisb(p=0,000). Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap ketercapaian adekuasi hemodialisis yaitu kompetensi perawat, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengalaman bekerja di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar kompetensi perawat terus ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan baik formal maupun informal agar menambah pengetahuan, sikap. dan keterampilan perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan. 

 


Achievement of adequate hemodialysis is one indicator pf the quality of hemodialysis care. To produce adequate hemodialysis, it is necessary to have nurses who have good competence in providing nursing care to hemodialysis patients. this study aimed to determine the relationship between nurse competencies and the achievemnet of adequate hemodialysis. this research applied cross sectional method was included 82 nurses in hemodialysis unit and 82 hemodialysis patients with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis with chi-square and multiple logistic regression. It has been recognized that there was a relationship between nurse competence and achievement of adequate hemodialysis (p=0,000). furthermore, it is known that the factors that influence the achievement of adequate hemodialysis are nurses competencies, gender, level of education, and nurses working experience in the hospital. From the study, it can be concluded that nurses competencies be improved through formal and informal education in order to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of nurses in implementing nursing care.

LATAR BELAKANG: Meskipun dengan penambahan mesin, peningkatan utilisasi dan kunjungan unit hemodialisis Rumah Sakit Baiturrahim Jambi, namun masih banyak masalah terkait fasilitas, dana, pelayanan dan keluhan pasien hemodialisis. TUJUAN: Mengetahui mutu pelayanan unit hemodialisis Rumah Sakit Baiturrahim Jambi dan memperoleh gambaran kualitas hidup pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Baiturrahim Jambi Tahun 2019. METODE: Penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif analitik potong lintang dengan menggambarkan mutu pelayanan unit hemodialisis dari segi struktur, proses dan outcome. Dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan 8 informan terpilih, observasi dan Focus Group Discussion. Kualitas hidup pasien dari 96 pasien HD dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner EQ-5D-5L. HASIL: RS Baiturrahim kekurangan 1 orang dokter spesialis penyakit dalam dan 11 perawat terlatih, 2 dari 5 SPO yang diobservasi belum dilaksanakan dengan optimal, (58,3% dan 72,2%), konseling dan monitoring juga belum optimal. Dari 96 pasien HD yang memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 62 pasien (64.58%), sedangkan pasien yang memiliki kualitas hidup kurang baik sebanyak 34 pasien (35,41) %. Domain dengan nilai 1 (tidak ada masalah) paling banyak adalah merawat diri (51 pasien, 53%), Sedangkan domain dengan nilai 5 (amat sangat bermasalah) terdapat pada domain kegiatan harian dan rasa cemas (7 pasien, 7%). KESIMPULAN: Mutu Pelayanan unit hemodialisis belum optimal, dan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis mayoritas baik. ......BACKGROUND: Even with the addition of machines, increased utilization and visits to the hemodialysis unit at the Baiturrahim Hospital Jambi, there are still many problems relating to facilities, funds, services and complaints from HD patients. PURPOSE: This study aims to analyze the quality of service in the hemodialysis unit at Baiturrahim Hospital Jambi based on structure, process and outcome and to obtain descriptions of patients who undergo hemodialysis in Baiturrahim Hospital Jambi in 2019. METHOD: A qualitative and cross sectional descriptive analytic quantitative study by describing the service quality of the hemodialysis unit from the structure, process and outcome. Conducted by in-depth interview with 8 eligible respondents, observations and focus group discussion. Patient's quality of life was asked of 96 HD patients using the EQ-5D- 5L quality of life questionnaire. RESULT: Baiturrahim Hospital lacked 1 internist and 11 trained nurses. 2 of 5 observed service procedures were not optimally carried out (58,3% and 72,2%), counseling and monitoring were not optimal. From 96 HD patients, 62 patients had good quality of life (64.58%), and 34 patients had poor quality of life (35.41%), The domain with value of 1 (without problem) was self-care (51 patients, 53%). While the domain with a value of 5 (very very problematic) was found in the domain of daily activities and anxiety (7 patients, 7%). CONCLUSION: Service quality of hemodialysis unit was not optimal, and the quality of life of majority of hemodialysis patients was good.

Building Management System (BMS) atau yang sering disebut dengan Building Automation System (BAS) adalah alat yang sangat penting untuk mengoperasikan sistem gedung menjadi lebih aman, efisien, dan andal. BMS dengan generasi terbaru ini menguntungkan pemangku kepentingan dengan menjadikan platform integrasi yang lebih terbuka dengan menggunakan IoT, Komputasi awan, analisis data, dan teknologi, kecerdasan buatan ini dapat dimaksimalkan melalui sumber daya yang tersedia dan sistem yang terhubung. BMS adalah alat penting untuk mengoperasikan seluruh bangunan atau bahkan armada bangunan dengan aman, andal, dan efisien dengan cara yang berpusat pada manusia. Dalam laporan ini saya akan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang aman, efisien, dan andal oleh sistem BMS dan menjelaskan elemen penting yang diperlukan untuk memecahkan tantangan manajemen. Penggunaan fungsi otomatisasi dan kontrol pada gedung menghasilkan efisiensi energi dan menghemat biaya operasi gedung, menghemat sumber daya energi, dan menurunkan emisi Co2. ......Building owners, facility managers, and system integrators such as electrical, mechanical and fire are face for increasing pressure to save more energy, reduce costs, and maintain availability all while enhancing occupant experience and well- being. Achieving these varying objectivizes are best solved by a new type of BMS available today that goes well beyond HVAC controls. The building management system (BMS) or as its sometime called the building automation system (BAS) is a critical tool for operating a building safely, efficiently, and reliably. These modern next generation BMSs benefit stakeholders by being a more open integration platform that uses IoT, cloud computing, data analytics and artificial intelligent technologies to get more out of your available resources and connected systems. BMSs are a critical tool for operating the entire building or even fleets of building safely, efficiently reliably and in a human centric manner. In this report I will explain factors for safely, efficiently, and reliably by BMS system and describe essential elements necessary for solving management challenges. The use of energy efficiency building automation and control function saves building operating costs, preserves energy resources and lowers Co2 emissions.

This paper identifies the functions of facilities management (FM) in value management (VM) studies in Malaysia. Most previous research in this area has discussed the history, evolution, knowledge, challenges, and contributions of FM in both the private and the public sectors, yet it is also essential to explore the benefits of FM involvement and the drawbacks of FM non-involvement in VM studies during the pre-construction stage in Malaysia. This paper provides an overview the FM manager’s roles in a VM workshop based on a review of literature collected and compiled from various publications. The study contributes to current knowledge by addressing the five elements of FM functions and their impacts on VM studies. The findings will enhance project, product, and service value by illustrating the importance of FM functions in a VM study.

Unit Penunjang di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi yang berperan dalam pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana non-medis rumah sakit, masih kurang efektif dalam memberikan pelayanannya. Sehingga ditemukan beberapa keluhan dari pengguna. Sepertimatinya pendingin ruangan, rusaknya toilet, matinya lampu,dan beberapa keluhan lainnya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran waktu tunggu pelayanan di unit penunjang, dalam memelihara sarana dan prasarana non-medis di rumah sakit islam jakarta pondok kopi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen, serta pendekatan sistemyang meliputi input, proses, dan output. Pengambilan data primer dan sekunder dilakukan selama 7 hari di rumah sakit islam jakarta pondok kopi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kinerja staff unit penunjang sudah cukup baik. SOP sudah ada, dan diterapkan. Hanya saja terdapat kekurangan dalam hal kuantitas sumberdaya alat, dan manusianya. Seringkali terjadi kekosongan petugas pada saat ada laporan kerusakan sarana dan prasarana, dikarenakan petugas sedang atau belum selesai pelayanandi unit lain yang terkait. Belum lagi alat penunjang operasional yang pendek usia kegunaannya, atau tidak ada di tempatnya pada saat akan dipakai, semakin menambah kendala dalam waktu tunggu pelayanan di unit penunjang. Saran dari penulis, manajemen rumah sakit islam jakarta pondok kopi harus menerapkan penjadwalan untuk stand-by di ruangan terhadap petugas unit penunjang, menambah tenaga kerja, dan mengadakan pelatihan bagi petugas agar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di unit penunjang rumah sakit islam jakarta pondok kopi.
ABSTRACT
Supporting Unit at Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pondok Kopi which plays a role in the maintenance of non medical facilities and infrastructure unit of the hospital, is still less effective in providing its services. So that be discovered some complaints from users.Like the demise of air conditioning, toilet damage, blackout, and several other complaints. This study discusses about the description of service waiting time in thesupporting unit, in maintaining non medical facilities and infrastructure in Jakarta Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative by using the method of observation, in depth interview, and document review, as well as system approach that includes input, process, and output. Primary and secondary data were collected for 7 days in Jakarta Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital. The result of the research shows the performance of supporting unit staff is good enough. SOP is already exists, and its applied. It 39s just that, there are deficiencies interms of quantity of tool and human resources. Often, there is a vacuum of officers when there is a report form of facilities and infrastructure damage, due they were unfinishe services in other related units. Moreover, the operational support tools that are short ofu seful life, or are not in place at the time, it increasing the obstacle in the service time of supporting unit. Authors advice is that management of Jakarta Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital should apply the office schedul to officers to stand by in the room against report form offacilities and infrastructure damage, increase human resources, and conduct training forofficers so that improve service quality in supporting unit of Jakarta Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital.

ABSTRAK Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Seorang apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan baik dibidang farmasi klinik maupun kemampuan di bidang manajerial apotek. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Prima Sehat ini bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memperluas wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan memperoleh pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, memperoleh gambaran yang nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan yaitu pembuatan media promosi kesehatan tentang batuk berdahak dengan tujuan yaitu sebagai upaya promosi kesehatan tentang swamedikasi batuk berdahak melalui media poster, untuk mengetahui bagaimana membuat poster yang menarik dan pengobatan batuk berdahak. Kata Kunci : Apotek Prima Sehat; Media Promosi Kesehatan; Praktek Kerja Profesi.
ABSTRAK Pharmacy is one of pharmaceutical care facilities to do practice by pharmacist. Pharmacists are required to have good knowledge in clinical pharmacy and capabilities in management of pharmacy. Profession Internship Program at Prima Sehat Pharmacy aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, perform pharmaceutical care accordance with the provisions of law and ethics, gain knowledge, skills, and practical experiences in pharmacy, give a real illustration of any problem that occurred in pharmaceutical practices and learn the strategic ways to develop the practice of pharmacy. Special assignment were done is making health promotion media about productive cough with purpose as health promotion efforts about productive cough self care via poster, to know how to make an attractive poster and treatment of productive cough.
